Rod spent a lot of time with us and helped us get a great design. There are a lot of options and we are looking forward to our remodel.

I bought a house a going on two years ago that had been completely remodeled before I purchased it. I had no issues until recently when all of a sudden my pantry door fell completely apart. My lazy Susan had already started falling apart months ago because the wrong screws were used to secure the brackets, but it was no biggie because I was able to fix it myself. When my pantry door fell apart I was shocked. I couldn’t believe my whole pantry door fell apart and my cabinets haven’t even been in use 2 years. I called cabinet land to see if there was a warranty, but because I wasn’t the one who owned the house when they did the cabinets the warranty is void. I will have to glue the cabinet back together, but I’m not happy about the quality of the work that was done. This is a professional business and they need to do a better job, especially when people spend good money for new cabinets.

We used Cabinetland for our kitchen are incredibly happy with the sales, service, and design. Our designer/sales rep even identified some cosmetic flaws on a drawer front that we didn't see and got them replaced with not fuss. I 100% trust them to do an amazing job and to correct anything that might not be up to par. We're currently working with them again to have some built-in bookcases installed in our den. Amazing to work with.

Very nice people but from a unloading point of view it is not somewhere you want to unload in a 65ft long truck. Blind back only in very small gravel lot. No dock or equipment. Hand unload only. About two hour unload. So my rating is only for truckers on the receiving side and would not book a load back to here.

Randy and there crew were fantastic, great cabinets at a great price and way faster then anyone else. Will share photos when the kitchen is complete.

I delivered cabinets here and the staff were very nice and polite and while looking around the show room the displays were very nice

Over the years, they’ve provided great prices and customer service. When there was an issue with a cabinet (from shipping) they were there in 30 minutes with a replacement.

Provided the cabinets for our home to our contractor! Beautiful and functional. Staff and owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Computer renderings were provided as well!

Fourteen years ago, Randy installed the cabinets that we purchased from Rod. They still look great and are very solid without any problems. Love my Cabinetland of Springfield Cabinets!
