Customer service is great!! Very patient and friendly! Ruth worked with me to find the right color, finish, and grout. The tile setter out to my house to measure and tile was ordered the same day. Very reasonably priced, great selection of tile. I was looking for something specific and they had it. Tile setter was prompt answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Will be back for future projects.

We have had multiple horrible experiences with almost all aspects of the remodeling in previous projects and we were very skeptical when beginning our 3400 sq ft complete remodel!! I voiced my concerns to Alex and he assured me his name means more to him than making money. We trusted him to do the flooring on almost 1700 sq ft of vinyl plank flooring and it came out perfect, they also did a beautiful herringbone tile pattern with subway tile for our backsplash that went all the way to our 9ft ceilings and down to the absolutely stunning quartz counter tops, what really makes this review so important is the fact Alex made a mistake, they made our center island 10” narrower than we had agreed to and I came home half way through the mistake and found it with thousands of dollars in material and labor wasted. When Alex was aware of the mistake he stood to his word and had the island ripped out and redone to the exact island we were expecting!! Extremely happy with the customer service and the fact Alex was only one ring away at all times through our process, we won’t use anyone else for ANYTHING else if we have the option of Alex helping us he will be the man… I wish we could leave 10 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was midway remodeling my kitchen with Lowes, and I got tired of all the stalls that come from working with a huge corporation. I decided to go local. Burgos Tile had excellent customer service every step of the way and was extremely knowledgeable in every question I had. Their store is also fully stocked with a wide variety of materials to choose from.

False advertisement! “Price match guaranteed” is a dam lie!! I made a purchase with them, found the exact same thing for $600 cheaper in Bakersfield with in a week or my purchase and Alex refused to match the price. The guy is a lier, didn’t even look at me in the eyes when I went to speak to him. Will NEVER refer or purchase anything from him again!!! They price you something and change price around. Sad to try and shop local and they screw you over. His loss not mine, he lost a $6,000-$8,000 additional sale.

This place is super helpful. Ruth our up with me dropping in on my lunch break, after work and a hundred different times while I was deciding on backsplash and a countertop. Everyone there was patient and honest and helpful and they have a surprisingly large selection for a smallish local shop. I wish I could post pictures. My $9k kitchen counter & backsplash is so below par. Owner did not come to my house until the job was " done " & saw the mess. So many problems- the subs he hired were pathetic. He even admitted it. Everything was hurried & some work was done without my knowledge 3 months later I'm still waiting for mistakes to be resolved.
