We had previously used Builders for our kitchen remodel, and when we moved into a new house, we went to them for our new floors. We chose a beautiful wood-look tile for most of the house, and a hexagon for our laundry. Caleb and his team were very professional, and kept us up to date on the timeline and progress. The floors came out absolutely wonderful, and the team put in a lot of work prepping our slab to make sure they would stay that way. We would highly recommend Builders!

If you’re contemplating a remodel, we can highly recommend this family owned business. We hired them to replace all the vinyl plank flooring in our villa in Sun Lakes. Everyone on their staff was a pleasure to work with, and the owners, Nik and Katherine, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with decisions about the products. They provided quality products and workmanship. They were also flexible in working around our schedule so that we could remain in our home while the work was being done. Their pricing was very competitive with others as well.

We worked with Caleb to find the perfect flooring for our dream home and we could not be happier! There is no question that we found much higher quality flooring than we could at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor and Decor, etc. Trust me, we shopped around! I've relied on Caleb and Nik at Builders Flooring & Design for several home renovation projects and they have always exceeded my expectations. Their tile showroom is fantastic with hundreds of options (and they've got access to thousands more if you're looking for something specific). Over the past few years they've re-tiled my entire house, installed carpet in the bedrooms, completely overhauled my primary shower, and provided new counters/backsplash in my kitchen. Each time their install crews have been extremely professional and Caleb would coordinate with the plumber directly for a turnkey experience. I trust them to do amazing work every time and will always be my go-to for future projects.

I have loved working with Builders Flooring and Design. I definitely did my homework on what I wanted, design wise, and every other company was quoting me almost TWICE what builders flooring and design did it for. We are SO happy with our kitchen, and get so many compliments on it. Caleb really made sure to go above and beyond for us. I also really liked their cabinet installer. He did a phenomenal job and was super nice. All in all, builders flooring and design really were the most pleasant professionals to work with in our big house renovation! The photo is the only recent photo I have. I will post updated ones once the alcove hood is completed.

Nearly 6mo ago we had a significant leak in our house that led us to doing a complete remodel. After acquiring estimates and meeting with 5 different contractors, we selected Builders Flooring & Design (and their partner CMD Construction & Remodeling). We selected them because their estimates were competitive, we had the opportunity to see their prior work, and Caleb/Dino were very straight forward (which we appreciated). Fast forward to today and our house is basically brand new. Their crew has incredible attention to detail, they delivered on their timelines to the day, and stayed in great communication all along the way. I'd highly recommend them for anything and everything that has to do with remodeling. Although I'd never want to go through this process again (living in Airbnb's, moving, etc.), my wife and I would not think twice about using them again. Thank you Caleb and Dino! You guys are awesome! To anyone searching for quality contractors that "do things right", won't cut corners, will deliver on their timelines, and are simply easy to work with... Don't bother looking anywhere else, these guys are simply the best!

Highly recommend this family owned business! They replaced all flooring on our first floor (installed mostly wood-look porcelain tile and some carpet). It looks incredible. The dustless tile removal was impressive and allowed us to live in the house while work was being done. They also installed beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen. It was a pleasure working with Caleb and Nik throughout the process. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Prices were competitive. We’ll recommend them to friends and will call upon them when we’re ready to update our second floor. Thanks for helping to make our house feel like a home!

When moving into my new home, it was a project...From walls being knocked out, to painters, to air duck cleans, to ac repairmen and plumbers. With all of the different people I’ve had to work with in this process, Nik and Kathryn at Builders Flooring couldn’t have treated my family better. They were super easy to work with, they fit within our tight schedule, and they did the best job I could have hoped for. Beautiful black wood tile with 5 inch white baseboards. It looks amazing! They even cleaned up nicely after themselves. I know this floor should last me a lifetime, but I know I’ll come back to them in the future for any flooring work needed.

The people are honest and reliable and their service is excellent. I had a difficult time making up my mind about which flooring to get and they were very patient with me and offered several suggestions to help me. Well since everyone has been staying inside for almost a year a lot of people are looking to doing some home improvement! This review is by far the longest overdue review ever! (Since I've been doing updates slowing to my house with this team for 11 years!) The most recent job Caleb completed I think is now my absolute favorite! A white subway tile backsplash in the kitchen and complete new carpet in the bedrooms. The "refresh" of the white subway tile in the kitchen is amazing, it makes it appear larger, cleaner and updated with such an easy project. The best part was Caleb and his crew. Every-time I work with this team they make it so easy. Timing, completion of work, quality, efficiency, professionalism of everyone doing the work- they are the best in the business. They have now completed granite through my kitchen and bathrooms, foyer hardwoods, refreshed & updated my fireplace & added a beautiful wood mantle, hardwoods in my kitchen, carpet twice, and now my subway tile back splash over the last 11 years. I had Builders Flooring @ Design install the tile on my new home, we had tile in 90% of the home, including our master bathroom which was a custom design with natural stone floor in the shower, full shower surround, with a large pony wall, kitchen backsplash and all the rest of the floors in the other bathrooms and main living, dining and kitchen area in our home. We multiple tile types, especially in the master shower and bath, and a herribone design for our backsplash in the kitchen with a special mix of 40% blue, 40% grey, and 20% while for the backsplash. The preparation work that was done in the master shower was amazing, including the other application in the home, the main living area we used a 20"x20" high gloss if it called that tile on a diamond patter, the prep work before they installed any of the tile was right on target. I have been in the trades for my entire life and I know what I'm looking at, and I will tell you, these guys hit the prep work on the heat! Remember, the finish work only looks as good as the prep work. Now as far as the finish work goes, all I can say is "Amazing", the attention to detail was awesome, the cuts for the master bathroom on the outside corner of the pony wall had to be 45% outside corners and they were perfect, the floor in the master bath was natural river rock and the layout and grout around the floor drain were perfect, looks just like it should. The backsplash in the kitchen is another "WOW" anyone that comes to our home, is amazed at how it looks, the cuts, the edge work and the grout work are absolutely breathtaking, no exaggeration. It just looks that good. The main floor and tile work are amazing also when you walk into our home, it looks very classy and very elegant, and the fine details of cuts around the doors, and inside and outside corners are perfect. Again the grout work is everything on a large tile job and they nailed it. Our experience did not just happen at the jobsite, the attention to customer needs and planning and design center help at their offices was beyond anything we experienced with any of the other trades. Nick and Katheryn were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a very picky tradesperson, and I seriously have not one thing bad to say about the whole experience with Builders Flooring & Design. I recommend this company to anyone and have nothing but great things to say about their product! We loved what Builders Flooring & Design did for us in our kitchen! We bought some granite, and wanted it cut to fit our existing counter tops. We had a company come to cut the granite, but in the middle of the job we realized they made it so our sink was not centered with the cabinets or the window- it looked horrible. They also cut part of the granite off that was suppose to stay bull nosed. We told them what we wanted, I think they even wrote it down, and then they decided to do whatever they wanted. We let them go. We had heard good things about Builders Flooring & Design so they were our next call. We got in touch with Nik at Builders Flooring & Design, and he came out that same day with another gentleman. They took measurements, listened to us, and then helped us figure out what our best option would be to save the remaining granite we had, and fix the un-centered sink. I was so frustrated about the expense of the lost granite, and really appreciated Nik's calm demeanor and willingness to help us. They got to work right away, did everything we asked them to do, and the kitchen granite looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Builders Flooring & Design to anyone who wants the job done right and in a timely manner. Thank you so much!
