We have used Buffalo Granite and Marble twice now and couldn't be happier with their service! We purchased our kitchen counters and bathroom counter from them and were very pleased with the result. They have a beautiful selection of products and are able to answer any and all questions that you have throughout the process. Erica was also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. My husband's family owns a construction company and we are careful when making recommendations of other companies to our customers, but Buffalo Granite and Marble we trust to recommend!

I shopped around for about 3 weeks looking for the perfect countertops for my new kitchen.Traveling to the showroom after the showroom throughout WNY. I did my due diligence in collecting the information needed to make my final decision. After collecting all the information from customer service to product pricing and timing. I made my decision to go with Buffalo Granite. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Brenda, who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I explained that I was looking for something unique, especially with the color that I chose. I was looking for something with a sapphire blue. Brenda then took me to the back where she had a piece of quartz, which was not only what I wanted, but exceeded what I expected to find. Other companies that I had shopped around could not provide what I was looking for and tried to sell me on something that I just didn't love. I revisited the showroom again with Brenda, I was then able to give her my dimensions, and she had worked on a price. About a week later, Steve came out to my house and did final measurements. Steve as well answered all of my questions and concerns I had. Another week later and I was on the schedule for installation. Instalation day i was like a kid on Christmas morning, I was so excited to finally see my kitchen one step closer to completion. There was a minor hick up when a sink bracket was missing off the truck. However, the owner, Paul himself, had brought the missing item from Tonawanda to West Seneca. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of customer service that I received. The quality of the product and the pricing couldn't be beat either. I had been to various companies to find quartzite countertops and Buffalo Granite & Marble was definitely the best to work with, had the best inventory selection and pricing. Chelsae took time to find me exactly what I wanted and answered our many questions. Everyone else involved from templating to installation were very courteous, professional and did an impeccable job. What a great experience! I was originally hesitant to use them because I heard their prices were high! I’m so glad I went ahead and booked an appointment with Erica. She was fabulous! She explained the process, explained the product, helped me pick the right quartz for my new countertops! And their prices were on par, and in my budget! She offered up several options in different budgets! I probably would have paid more, somewhere else and gotten an inferior product! She helped me through the whole process! The installers Mark and Ben went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We had a few hiccups along the way- but they were professional and made sure I was completely happy with the results and product before they left! Those guys explained everything in detail, definitely know their products and work! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They were kind and very respectful of the house too! The company was so great- we had two custom vanity tops installed as well! Again a little hiccup with the sink I bought- but Paul took care of it right away! That was my fault- and he fixed it! I can’t leave out Nicole! When Erica wasn’t there- Nicole helped me with the vanities- and scheduling and picking out the quartz tops!! If you’re considering a new kitchen countertop, or vanity- or counters in general- do yourself a favor and make the call to Buffalo Granite! You get what you pay for- which is hand selected product and A+++ service! We’re so happy and can’t thank them enough!!

We visited about 6 local countertop fabricators in Buffalo. We had the best experience at Buffalo Granite, price was on par with rest. Brenda was extremely helpful and always answered all my questions. Nicole was also very pleasant to deal with. The installers came today, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Explained to me everything. All in all the final product is very nice and we are very happy! 5 stars all the way!

I’m in love with my countertops!! I priced several other countertop shops and feel like I got excellent value for my money with them. Erica was our service person and guided us through the process well. Really beautiful stonework-even matching the pattern through out our backsplash! Erica was very knowledgeable about all the products and guided me through the process so I could make the best decision for our project. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend them. Alex, Mark Dave and Brenda are amazing. We have had nothing but problems with our remodel till we hired them for our countertops. Their customer service is a 10. Some of the nicest people, honest and genuine. Can't say enough good things about this company and we LOVE our countertops. Best price around and I went to at least 10 places. So save yourself some time and just hire them. I'll post pictures as well, we are the first house to get these, they are the newest quartz look, so beautiful. I looked at hundreds of different slabs and I knew this was the right countertop as soon as I saw this one. They just got it in an hour before we went there. Can't even Google the name of it yet, it's so new. It's Polish arris, it has slight flecks of gold in the veining.

My husband and I just completed a kitchen remodel and worked with Erica at Buffalo Granite and Marble. Erica was helpful, professional and very responsive to my every email and call. We worked through a contractor who recommended Buffalo Granite so we didn't "shop" our purchase. I had previously looked into granite on my own and can say without a doubt, Buffalo Granite has great pricing. As a customer,I know I require patience because I am a bit of a control freak. I made multiple calls and trips to Buffalo Granite to ask questions and look at the stone I had chosen. Each time, Erica was gracious and never made me feel like I was causing her extra work. Twice they pulled out the slabs so I could compare colors and then chose what part of the granite would be used for my island. The installers arrived on time and were professional. As a General Contractor, I feel I am experienced and have the expertise to negotiate great deals and purchase high quality products, and it was particularly important when it came to replacing all my kitchen, laundry and two bathroom countertops and backsplashes, for a house, I just purchased. I was very diligent as to who would be the best company to complete the job. To say, I was impressed with Buffalo Granite and Marble is an understatement. The quality of the workmanship was impeccable and the granite is so beautiful and unique that everyone that comes into our home is immediately drawn to the kitchen. And, the durability is amazing. You can chop vegetables on it without making a mark. And, the price is what surprised me the most. Of the 5 companies, I reviewed and consulted with Buffalo Granite came in the lowest, which made me skeptical, however, you choose the pieces you want and because it is a natural stone with variations, I must have gone through 9 pieces. And, the granite is of the very best quality, timeless and cost 22% less than the other companies. I would highly recommend the entire team at Buffalo Granite and Marble from Erica in Sales and Marketing to Ron for installation. We could not be happier and I am very proud that our City has true quality Tradesmen that take considerable pride in their product, servicing and work ethic!!! I have worked with Buffalo Granite & Marble for 2 kitchen remodels now, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Last year was the first time I had done a kitchen remodel, and I was a little overwhelmed. With so many options out there figured I would be making a lot of trips shopping around, going from place to place for quotes and to look at selections. Buffalo Granite & Marble was the first and last place I stopped. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of different stones, but their staff is so knowledgeable, polite and professional. Every time I called or stopped in I was greeted warmly and was always made to feel so comfortable throughout theprocess. I received a quote within a day of my first visit, the price was great and I decided to go with a brand new stone they had just gotten in stock. The men who came to install the countertops were so friendly. They were careful, clean and they did a wonderful job. Because of the layout & size of my kitchen I needed to have a seam in my countertops. I was a little nervous about having the seam, but it turned out great; I didn't even notice it until they pointed it out! Since then, we moved into a new house and used Buffalo Granite & Marble again for our new kitchen. We couldn't be more thrilled with our countertops and would absolutely recommend them.

Exceptional experience, top-to-bottom. Spoke to the owner, the customer service representative, the scheduler, the pick-up guys, the template-guy, and the installers, and had great experiences with all. A few details: I recently occupied a Buffalo condo unit within which a competing Clarence firm supplied and installed a vast amount of expensive marble countertop. I needed to have a section of this marble cut-to-size and re-installed at another location within the same unit. The competing firm said they were not technically able to accomplish this task. So in the end, I freed the marble myself with a Dremmel Saw, and BUFFALO MARBLE AND GRANITE from Tonawanda came in, picked up the 20 square foot slab, cut it, and re-installed it without incident, at a reasonable price, and with the friendliest customer service you could possibly imagine. Summary: for any Granite and Marble needs in Western New York State, head to Buffalo Marble and Granite where you will be treated with grade-A customer service and a high degree of professionalism.

So many positive reviews. Lots of selection of marble, granite and quartz in their Tonawanda showroom. Erika is helping my mother select a suitable granite or quartz for the new countertop in her kitchen. She's got great insight into what works well together with your cabinet color, backsplash and overall decor style. Erika is patient as well. She welcomed us back to look again as many times as needed. She wants us to be totally satisfied we've picked the right material and style for our remodel project. We will be back! This is a fun process, a bit mind-boggling. So much to pick from, various looks, something for every taste. We are contracting with a cabinet refacing business that works exclusively with Buffalo Granite and Marble. I think they have a good rapport with each other to make the total remodel "a beautiful thing" when all is said and done. I foresee this four star review will soon be upgraded to five stars. Will be back to let you know how our countertop piece of the project turns out! With pictures of course!

These counters better be amazing. They are super friendly and helpful but 11 weeks is a loooong time to wait for installation. A long time. Too long. I wish i had shopped around and not just accepted that 8-10 weeks was how long these things take. Or even that it was more like 8 weeks and not closer to 12. I am not even excited about my kitchen being finished anymore. I am over it and wish i never even started.

Let me state that if I had an iota of the idiocracy that I would have to deal with in regards to installation and the subsequent customer service that I then received from Buffalo Granite and Marble I never in a million years would have allowed this company into my home. On 4/19/2017 it was determined that two of the four pieces of granite ordered were incorrectly templated by Buffalo Granite and Marble, resulting in the installers inappropriately cutting my island topper to size within my residence. This caused my house to fill with micro particles of granite creating a layer of dust over my new electronics, furniture, appliances and flooring. I spent over $11,000 on new Bose, LG Appliances, lighting fixtures and furniture only to have the owner of Buffalo Granite and Marble treat my expenditures like they were meaningless and the money I spent was inconsequential. Yes, I did receive an apology from Paul who was sympathetic to the fact that his installers were sub-par. The apology while appreciated did nothing for the fact that I spent hours over several days cleaning walls, woodwork, furniture, light fixtures and electronics. The apology will also do nothing should my brand new electronics fail due to the fine layer of granite that now resides inside of them. My installation was delayed for approximately 8 weeks while I repeatedly waited on call backs from the owner to discuss the issue. My ask was for $1000.00 off the total of the approximately $4000.00 spent at Buffalo Granite and Marble OR for BGM to be responsible for any failure of my Bose and LG appliances for 36 months. After much delay it was a "no" to both. A small amount of money was instead removed from my total invoice. I accepted the terms only because I wanted my renovation completed. Believe me I resented handing any money whatsoever to this company, who I felt could care less about my issue and more about the profit they were making from the job. I work in an industry where I calculate profit and loss on a daily basis and know from experience that if you take a loss on one job, you can certainly make the margin up over another. Save yourselves the headache, the anxiety, the sweat equity when you have to clean up after them and spend your hard earned cash with another company.
