AVOID. The process and end result haunts me every time I use the kitchen which’s the heart of the house. Absolutely the worst. What supposed to be a 2-day job for demo, kitchen cabinets and countertop turned into months of nightmare. It’s still incomplete till this date, 9 months later. I ordered custom cabinets which are carefully measured, designed and made. Every piece was marked corresponding to the final drawing which shows where each piece goes in the kitchen. Couldn’t be simpler for the installers. Yet, Sammy and his crew took it upon themselves completely ignoring the drawing and markings. The end result is my beautiful custom cabinets turned into crappy patchwork. Worse, ceiling trim fell and almost injured us. Doors and drawers can’t close/open properly. All in a matter of a few months after installation. The job was done in March with a lot of follow-up fixes. Owner Bryan finally showed up in late April for final check. Said he’d get the crew, fix and wrap up. Nothing happened. With multiple phone calls, emails, texts to the shop, Chip, to the owner, Bryan. Bryan showed up with another install-lead late September. Then ghosted AGAIN! Pics for example. The ceiling trim fell because of their sloppy patch work. Instead of using the mitered ceiling trim supplied, Sammy and his crew cut wrong pieces and flimsily glued it on. With dollops of glue not even adhering to any surface. Leaving Glue marks everywhere (can’t be cleaned). Screws busted cabinet surfaces. None of the screws are flush. Rough cuts and scratches everywhere. None of the drawers and cabinets are aligned, some of them so crooked the paint rubs off every time it opens or closes cuz they rub. Countless damages to walls, ceilings and floors not properly repaired. Every cabinet box was manufactured with 4 adjustable legs, so instead of adjusting them to make the counter level, they had the counter just sit on a thin sheet filler then cut other custom pieces to half-ass cover the mistake.

Amazing customer service, product quality, pricing, and install! We were told 2-6 weeks to deliver new kitchen cabinets and we got them in a week and a half. They were so professional, easy to work with and really helped us out. We got our cabinets and countertops and hardware here and I highly recommend! Everything went smoothly and looks gorgeous.

The Brayan’s cabinet is already the second time I've used it. From the president to the manager, staff, assistant staff, and finally the plumber are all kind, They came home at the right on time in their order in a very well-organized schedule and perform their duties. Most of all, I can feel themselves working very happily . I feel happy in my kitchen how they decorate. I'm not worried if the kitchen is old anymore when I'm selling my house now and choosing another one. Just sign a contract with Bryan and order whatever I want and they do everything for my order. All I have to do is pay the balance. There is a nearby Brayan so I am not worried about remodeling the house anymore.

I've gone to Bryan's for several things the past couple years. Bathroom cabinets and countertops, quartz countertops for two kitchens, kitchen cabinets and flooring. I have nothing but good things to say -- great selection of products, great pricing, professional, prompt, communicative, and an excellent installation team. Bryan personally comes over to take final measurements and has always been spot on. They do allow you to buy products and install yourself or they have professionals who can install for you. I've toured a lot of homes where the countertop installation didn't look good and the cuts were not clean, and I only noticed because mine installed by Bryan's team looked so much better. I've referred them to tons of my friends and family and they have all been impressed as well!

It's easy to recommend Bryan's Countertop & Cabinet because it was so easy to work with them and our quartz countertops are gorgeous! Chip was really helpful and friendly as I was learning about different brands of quartz. They have a great selection. Their precise measuring and installation process is much faster than the big box stores. For our project, it was measure one day, then install the next day. The work was beautifully done, exactly as we wanted. The price at Bryan's was really competitive too, especially given the great service.

I had this vision for a built-in custom cabinet for my husband's den to replace this ugly closet. Someone referred me to Bryan's and it was a terrific recommendation. The plans were drawn out, I went to check out the cabinets, and although the order for the custom cabinets took a number of weeks, the guys who installed the built in were amazing. (Thanks Sammy!) I am beyond happy with the way it all turned out. In addition, I had them install a new quartz countertop in our guest bathroom and that is beautiful too. I cannot recommend Bryan's enough....and I will do so from now on.

I did a ton of research before I chose a cabinet company to supply the cabinets for our new home. I chose Bryan's Evergreen Countertop and Cabinet and I am so happy I did. Bryan, Chip and their entire team are fabulous! I can't say enough good things about them. They had great ideas for design and were incredibly patient when I asked for tons of iteration. When I asked if there was a way to use standard cabinets to make a highly customized nook, they came up with a solution. Their installation team was professional, meticulous and easy to work with. They did a beautiful job on both the cabinets and the countertops. And they were so accommodating! They even let me go to their remnants yard to choose stone for my fireplace and then installed it for me. I couldn't be happier with their work or the relationship. And to top it all off, their prices were competitive with the big box stores. We had many contractors in the process of building our home and Bryan's Evergreen Countertop and Cabinets tops the list! We've just moved from another state and bought our new home here in Redmond, Wa. Our new place needed a make over pretty badly, the kitchen reminiscent of those 70's Partridge Family tv scene. We picked Evergreen Granite & Cabinet after doing extensive research and getting a number of references from friends of many kitchen . There were a number of of key points about Evergreen that helped us made the decision. One is that Steve, the proprietary owner, came talking to us personally when we wondered into the store showroom. I won't mention name, there was one other showroom vendor we visited, had us wonder around the showroom for more than half hour before a sales person asked us if we need any help and made us waited for another 40 minutes before a design consultant came talking to us. Back to Steve, he was very personal and pragmatic in his approach to kitchen design. He gave us a cost estimate that was very reasonable and pretty close to the actual when we finalized what we wanted of the new kitchen. The other key point is, he kept us posted on the progress of the delivery consistently. The cliche is he never did over promise but consistently delivered his services and goods with quality. During the installation, as with any renovation, there were bits of imperfection here and there but he and his team of staff were quick to fix the problem to our satisfaction. Delivery was on time and everyone in his team was very courteous and polite but were quick and very particular in their work. I'd have given a 11-star rating if there was one. I strongly recommend Evergreen to anyone in need of kitchen renovation. Kudos to Steve and team for a job well done.

These folks did an amazing job for us. They were quick, professional and handled everything as well as could be expected. Our contractor had measured our island incorrectly and they were back the next day with a newly cut quartz counter-top. My wife wanted a piece exchanged because they didn't have as much veining as the other pieces of quartz and they did it without hesitation. We love our new countertops and could not be happier with the job these guys did in making that happen for us.

Talked to several different companies and eventually hired Evergreen Granite & Cabinet to put in new quartz countertops. From the initial meeting to bid on the work, to measuring, to the installation itself, everyone on the team was great to work with and very concerned that we were happy with the final product. We shopped around for a kitchen remodel service provider for a few months looking at both "big box" and local shops. Going with Bryan and his team was a pretty easy decision initially due to cost, selection, and quality materials. There were a few minor issues during the installation and finalization; however, Bryan quickly addressed and fixed everything at no cost. I highly recommend this company if you need any counters and/or cabinetry work. I've got two bathrooms and a laundry room I plan to contract with Bryan again!

Brian was willing to take a slab of granite which had 2 cracks across it, stabilize it, cut a hole in it for the gas fire place and have 7 men move it into the house. All other fabricators wanted to cut it in half or would not even consider doing the fabrication. He was below 2 other bids I received and would do the fabrication as I wanted it. He was prompt, very careful in getting the granite into the house. In the fabrication he even had enough to cover the sides of the fabrication.

I really appreciated Evergreen, from Brian in the showroom to the installers Jose and Joachin. Everyone was very helpful, patient, and approachable and the finished product is perfect. They were very approachable and prompt in the showroom, writing me up a bid and getting us out the door within like 20 minutes. They had a very reasonable scheduling window (2 weeks out) and two highly capable granite wranglers showed up within an hour of when they told me to start looking for them. Both the office people at Evergreen and the installers were very patient and beyond reasonable dealing with a miscommunication we had and did everything to ensure that we got it sorted out ASAP. Jose and Juachin clearly really knew what they were doing and the finished product is beautiful! The price was very competitive but I could tell I was getting full quality product and installation - I will (and have) recommend them to friends.

Brian is great! He's not super salesy. Totally listens to what you want. His team does great work. We got quartz for our kitchen countertops. I had a great experience with Evergreen Granite in Shoreline. We were adding countertop to our kitchen and wanted to match the granite that was installed by Evergeen 3 years ago. The stone was no longer available in the showroom or from the suppliers. Brian and Ting tried every connection they had and finally found 1 piece in a display showroom in rural Washington. The installers arrived on time, cut the granite on site and had everything installed within 30 mins. Great experience all around. Thanks guys!

After shopping around for months for new cabinets for our kitchen, we ended up going with used. We knew going into it that there were 2-3 cabinets we'd be missing for our configuration but were going to order those separately. Evergreen Granite & Cabinets was one of the shops we had visited and received quotes from during the initial shopping around phase - their price came in as one of the lowest, and their customer service in getting the quote and talking about our kitchen was wonderful even though we didn't end up ordering a full set of cabs from them. So when it came time to order the extra 2-3 cabinets we needed, it was a no-brainer that we went straight to Evergreen. Brian answered my phone call and he had me come down to the showroom with an extra door and drawer from my set, so we could try to match it up. Immediately upon coming in he could tell that he didn't have my style of cabinets. He asked me questions to try to determine who might have provided the cabinets, and we settled on a couple possible options. He said he knew the other cabinet shop owners and proceeded to visit their websites to look at cabinets they offered and then he called around to investigate further. Brian told me he'd look into it further and could even come by our house to look and measure. Sure enough last night he came by and talked with us about the cabinets. He gave us a couple of options and then said he would take our door sample downtown this week and visit a couple of shops, in hopes of finding someone who still carries this line! Brian has been amazing so far, and we haven't even ordered from him yet! If he finds the cabinets, we will be so thrilled. We have plans to have him do our granite work once the cabinets are all in place, and we'll definitely be considering him for future work! I'm looking forward to posting another rave review after this is all through!

We had our kitchen countertops redone by Evergreen in 2008, and despite some very tricky cutting and fitting, they did an astonishing job. Everything was cut on-site, by a very professional (and fearless!) crew. They worked very hard, got the job done in record time, and made sure we were totally happy with the job. They were the lowest bidder on our job but we have absolutely no complaints with their work. We still love our countertops three years later!

I've had 2 jobs done w/these guys and I was completely satisfied on both occasions. Bryan is a straight shooter and a great owner(he thinks very much like a customer) I would have no problem sending my mother to him(usually i'm wary of sending women to contractors, auto mechanics, ect). the quote was less than half the price of home depot and very competitive w/the other quotes I got in SODO. The price didn't change even though there were a couple of minor changes(we decided on a different faucet that required a little more work). You can trust these guys to do a good job and not "nickel and dime you" once your kitchen is in pieces. These guys seem to stay pretty busy so it may take a week+ to schedule your project( it's worth the wait. trust me, bad contractors are a headache)

They have very affordable cabinets and excellent customer service. I bought the cheapest cabinets for a back bathroom and now that they are installed, I am surprised by how beautiful they are. They had to custom cut a linen cabinet to fit it into the space. After they installed it, it still seemed too large for the space. I called Ken and told him. Even though I know it meant alot of extra work for them, they re-installed the cabinet without a complaint. That's dedication to customer service!!

Just went to the grand opening of Evergreen Granite and Cabinet and I have to admit the showroom was quite nice. They have a large selection of granite counter tops, cabinets, and sinks. Pricing, according to my friend, was quite good and much better than home depot and lowes. So if you're in the market for a kitchen and / or bathroom upgrade definitely check them out.

I've used Evergreen for two jobs now and have been more than satisfied. I first did a kitchen remodel using a similar company in downtown. Evergreen is far easier to deal with as their workers are far more meticulous than the others that I tried. No remodeling project will ever go perfectly but my cabinets were taken out and new ones started to be reinstalled the next day. The final product is great and I'm more than pleased. Anyone who has ever undertaken any kind of remodel needs to anticipate the unexpected. I had to have an electrician in to move outlets, there was no subfloor under the old cabinets. Of course these issues need to be addressed and no shop could anticipate this until the process begins. Evergreens installers were very meticulous to detail, and very neat. I have other projects to do and I will use Evergreen in the future.

First and foremost, I am pleased with the quality of the finished product provided by Evergreen. That being said, although the folks at Evergreen are very nice to work with, my project was laden with delays and instances of missed installation appointments. Since we were tiling around the vanity cabinet, the two week delay from the time I was first promised the cabinet would be installed until the time it finally was (after I left a voicemail suggesting a refund may be appropriate) held my bathroom project hostage (forcing my tile contractor to shuffle his schedule as a result). The "cabinet installation guy" was cited three different times as a reason for the no-show or scheduling delay. Although Brian was very apologetic each time I called, what I really needed was follow through and execution as promised. Having ordered and paid in full for my cabinet at least six weeks in advance, I felt that there was really no excuse for the delays. They forgot my mirror and cabinet hardware when installing the cabinet, and when I called them the next day to make them aware of the oversight, I was told I could stop by and pick it up myself. I then vowed to share my experience on Yelp, as this constructive criticism is well earned. After informing them of my intention to share a review of my experience on Yelp, they hustled the overlooked items to my house within the hour. While appreciated, they must understand the damage was already done. Their shop is nice to visit and they do offer quality cabinets and counter tops. They customized my cabinet to fit in a tight space, which was nice. My experience may be isolated, however, from my perspective improvements in customer service are definitely needed and I hope they take these words to heart.

I ordered a granite countertop for my new kitchen. The guys who installed it were nice but they forgot to seal the granite, and the stone absorbs EVERYTHING. I called several times, they came and applied a stain remover paste once, one other time they brought a sealant and left the paste on but they never came back to complete the work, and now they've started ignoring my calls. My super-expensive countertops now look like crap with all the stains - it's been 3 months since it was installed and between their visits I haven't been able to fully use my kitchen since I can't spill anything on the granite.

I'd give them a 0 if I could. They did a kitchen and bathroom remodel for me in 2013, and called me yesterday claiming that I hadn't paid them (I had) and threatening to put a lien on my condo unless I could prove it. They treated me like I was a complete deadbeat and made it very clear the burden was on me to prove I wasn't 5 years delinquent on a $5,000 payment. I showed them credit card statements as proof, and they dropped it, but what if my records didn't go back that far? I'd have to fight it out in court. I'm truly sorry that their accounting is so bad that they can't figure out work has been paid for and then wait 5 years to try to sort it out, but now anyone who does business with them has to worry about a phone call out of nowhere because they can't get their act together. You should avoid working with this company!

I write this review with great frustration and after a considerable amount of patience. If I could give a rating of zero I would! May 8, 2017 my husband took a cabinet door to the shoreline location to inquire about the repair of draw. We were advised that the Evergreen Granite and Cabinet could repair the cabinet door/drawer. However, they would have to order a frame for the drawer which would take about two weeks to receive. We were told to leave the drawer with the store and that they would contact us when they had the frame and were ready to install the drawer. In good faith we left the drawer with the store and we paid, in full, for the anticipated service. July 5th and 6th we contacted the store and spoke to Karen and Brian Fukushima (the owner/manager) to inquire about the drawer. Brian came out to our home to take pictures of the cabinets. At that time he advised us at that he was unsure which cabinet belonged to us because a previous employee did not label the cabinet drawers properly. Before leaving our house he told us that he would be in to schedule the installation. We patiently waited to hear back from Brian or a surrogate but did not. Nov 18 I went to the store to inquire about the status of the cabinet/draw and was advised by Larissa that she could not provide an update because the person who was responsible (Brian) was not available. She told me that she would get in touch with him and follow up with me later that day-no follow up call or message was received. I presented again to the Shoreline store on Nov 24 at which time Larrisa and Karen indicated that Brian was "supposed" to contact me and that they did not have an update. Needless to say but I will say that as of Dec 3, 2017 I have not received my cabinet and I have not received a call back. It has been more than 6 months that this has been going on-truly ridiculous! This is a highly unprofessional group and their customer service is truly lackluster. Truly unhappy with my experience. I would not recommend this company to an enemy!

I called this company for my kitchen remodel. They came, took measurements and they never sent an estimate. I called many times and the front desk would say that they are working on it! I never got one!!!! I went with someone else of course but this is no way to treat customers.

Avoid at all costs! Horrible customer service from the women who work the front desk. I ordered bathroom cabinets for installation and hook up and the gal who took my order simply did not care, nor listen and she was rude. They were late and did not get my order right. If they did a good job with the bathroom, I would have used them for my kitchen, so they just lost out on a job. They simply don't care about their customers.

It all started out well, with decent service, and all calls but one returned in the beginning. We placed the order for our cabinets and counter top, and I even made a second call to make positive sure our new cabinets would be available for pick-up as promised on the following Tuesday. Demo started and I even scheduled someone to pick-up the old cabinets and counter tops. After depositing our down payment for over $6,600.00. I received an email stating the cabinets are on back order and wont be available for another 3-4 weeks. Of course I am still waiting for our deposit to be returned..... Extremely disappointed, I have family visiting for a week and will have a half demolished kitchen! I really feel as though I should have been offered something more than an alternative layout that would require a lot more than our budget allows.

I cannot believe this!! I ordered a bathroom sink over a month ago. They told me this week it would finally be done today (Saturday). We called this morning and they said it would be ready later today and they would call. No call (they are famous for that). When I called they said it would be ready Monday. EXCEPT my bathroom is all torn apart now waiting for the sink. I have had it with this company! They have been the WORST experience in service of my life.

Sadly I was very disappointed with Evergreen Granite on 18336 Aurora Ave N. I gave them 1/2 down on cabinets and granite they were to install. I did this 2.5 weeks before install with them knowing during that time I would be tearing out my old kitchen cabinets and getting everything ready for them for the scheduled time they were to come out. I was ready on my end and yet sadly it wasn't until the day before Evergreen was to come out and install cabinets and granite, Brian called me saying they did not have all the cabinets. He asked me if I wanted a "similar" looking lazy susan. I was very disappointed in how this was resolved and I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!. For those looking for a good price on kitchen cabinets go to the following website.
