Freakin incredible crew over there. We picked out a stone we really liked and the finished product was amazing. Dave Thomas also came through after and wrapped up the plumbing connect and replaced the dishwasher to boot. Very minimal downtime and the turnaround was lightning fast. If there were ten stars I would leave it! All the boys and girls there know this stuff and it shows. Don't waste your time with anyone else, this was a home run. Thanks to all of you.

We searched over 7 granite shops in Richmond area and finally landed with BBG. We also should have come here first. Stephanie is a true professional in every facet of her business. She was very informative, patient and collaborative with us through-out the whole process. We should have gone here first. BBG run's a very sophisticated operation and have a great selection of countertops. From start to finish from our slab selection, buying and installing everything went extremely smooth. Khash, our sales associate was great and extremely pleasant to work with. Our installers Diego and Claudio were fast, cleanly and on time. My wife and I are very impressed. Any future projects will run through BBG.

I had an excellent experience working with BBG. The project manager who I worked with was Stephanie Blom — she was so responsive, helpful, and I also appreciated that she cared about keeping the project within my budget. BBG replaced my laminate kitchen countertops with beautiful quartz. They did it so quickly — Stephanie got back to me with a quote the day I reached out, and about three weeks later they installed the new countertops. It looks beautiful. I love spending time in my kitchen!

Just a note of thanks and acknowledgement to the crew (Diego & Claudio) that you sent to our home yesterday (10/24) to install the countertops. They called ahead of time to let us know when they would be here, respected our property with runners protecting our hardwood floors in the kitchen and cleaned up after the job was completed. Recently purchased a stone with BBG from the Portmouth Location. First interaction was with Jane Ibeawuchi. I advised what I was looking for and within the time I was in the store and my return home, she had sent a quote. I spent allot of time with Jane throughout my process, as BBG was the first vendor I identified before the start of my project, and almost the last vendor utilized upon completion of my project. Jane was always a true professional, (even when I asked her to not be so formal)! She helped to sooth my many concerns during the process. It was over a year before my project came to completion, and my slab was held for those many, many months. I am thankful that BBG worked with me throughout the extended time and held my stone for that long period. There were a few hiccups with the slab selection due to the length of the process and my change in requirements, but BBG provided a solution, while not my favorite, that at least gave me options. I also met with Jane and Ricardo and was graciously assisted in my layout selection to help satisfy my slabs' aesthetic requirements. The real star of the process, for me, were the fabricators (stone cuts and matching seams look perfect) and the installer, Silvano Souza. Silvano solved one problem and then identified a problem in the install that I believe many installers would have not cared to or have known to identify, which saved allot of heartache. On his second visit, the installation was great with completing unusual request, pointing out possible issues and overall being a true professional. He and his team appeared to really enjoy their work, aiming to please, and it showed in their workmanship and the end product (as I have heard many fabrication and installation horror stories, and I did not experience any of those). BBG provided me with a beautiful stone. From start to finish I do not hesitate to recommend their services.

The BBG team provided outstanding customer service. I spoke to Erica and she quickly scheduled a customer service visit and in less than 24 hours, Brian showed up. He was so nice, knowledgeable and very helpful addressing our counter top concerns. We also found out this visit was a courtesy, because even though BBG installed the countertops in our new construction unit, they are not covered by a warranty, what a surprise! BBG was highly recommended by a friend of ours who knew that we were looking for granite countertops. We are so grateful for the all-around great customer service and team of professionals who did the work in our home. Thank you Jaime for an awesome experience! From the moment we stepped into the BBG building in Henrico, VA and met Jaime, Sales Rep to the finished project in our kitchen was seamless and nothing short of amazing. Her knowledge of granite and design really helped me with my selection. She was very thorough explaining the selection/ installation process and was very responsive to our phone calls/emails. We also recognize the team of professionals who did outstanding work in our kitchen: ---Jacob who came to measure the counters using a laser. His job was key to the accuracy of the new granite tops. ---Luiz and his partner who removed the old granite and installed the new granite. It is noted that the old granite was installed 15 years ago, and it took four men to carry the granite for the island into our home. I was shocked that Luiz and his partner carried the old granite out and the new in by themselves without incident. They were very courteous during the installation and ensured that the kitchen was swept up and cleaned before they left. ---Chris the plumber who replaced the new sinks, disposals and faucets took professionalism a step further by sharing his time saving knowledge on refilling the liquid soap dispenser. He took the time to mark the inside tube of the soap dispenser to show me when to stop filling the soap. What took me almost an hour to do, will only take a matter of minutes now. Thank you for the timesaving tip. Again, thank you for an overall exceptional experience. I am definitely recommending BBG to all my friends and neighbors who are in the market for new kitchen countertops!

They did an extremely poor job cutting the countertops to fit, which they had to come back to replace and did not show up as scheduled. The company has been out a number of times to correct issues, but creating other issues. The installer fixed our seams with CHEAP craft paint and a sharpie marker, telling us this is an industry trick instead of using the proper material. I guess .97 craft paint is cheaper to mix in the adhesive. The installer told me to keep a sharpie marker on hand and to just color the seam back in when it lightens . I just wonder how many other people have they done this to!

I thought I was getting blue pearl there is no blue in my granite, very disappointing. Something I have to live with forever! The salesman brought me a sample and I went to your Portsmouth store where it was very dark. I have never purchased granite before hard lesson learned

BBG Granite is fantastic!! Due to user error (me!!), I needed to replumb my in-wall drain line as after going from a top mount (7-inch deep) kitchen sink to a bottom mount (9-inch deep) sink, I realized too late that the existing drain line was now too high to hook up a garbage disposal! [HINT - do your calculations BEFORE you remodel!!] For us, a garbage disposal is a must!! After mentioning this miscalculation (again, on MY PART) to Khash, and telling him to correct this I would need to remove the the newly installed granite countertop, the sink base, and the dishwasher to allow me access to get into the kitchen wall to drop the drain pipe. He very generously and kindly offered to have their people remove the brand new countertop for me and reinstall again after I completed my work... AT NO CHARGE! WOW!! BBG Granite went above and beyond what they needed to do to help us out!! This is a company I highly recommend!

I went several places before I spoke to the salesman at BBG. who helped me with the overall design. I installed or repaired the cabinets myself and had planned to use butcher block countertops in some places to save $. He said "no, that's not going to look very good " and then gave me a price I could afford to put ganite on all the counters. The workmanship is beautiful! From measurements to install, these guys know granite!

I used BBG to do my kitchen countertops. The selection of onsite slabs was great. I was able to see the full slabs and pick what I wanted. They worked with me on pricing and options for the edge. They really listened to what I was trying to accomplish. Everyone was friendly, professional which gave me confidence to move forward with them. Erika in the billing and installer setup group was easy to reach and friendly. The installers were great. They removed my old counters efficiently and installed the granite in large slabs. The way the cuts were done I had no seams. They just did an amazing job on my bar counter which I had to have steel bracing which you can't see. They installers cleaned as they went and covered my wood floors when they started. Just amazing! Due to the fact that it was such a pleasurable experience and the outcome is gorgeous I am going to be doing some more changes in my home and the only vendor I will use is BBG.

Brazilian Best Granite installed my quartz countertops yesterday. I was very impressed with the whole process. There was a slight hiccup but a reasonable solution was quickly worked out leaving me very satisfied. Writing this review on behalf of my Dad, John, who does not Yelp! Lol He used Brazilian Best Granite to do his kitchen countertops. Jamie was the sales rep who helped him and even came out to do a free in-home measurement. He mentioned how knowledgeable she was, especially in regards to his bar top overhang, which needed brackets for extra support. I went with my Dad to the warehouse to look at the granite slabs to see what he was interested in. After finding something he liked, Jamie worked him up a quote and also told us about the current special they had going on for in-stock inventory. My Dad was quite pleased with the price along with a couple people referring him to this place based on the quality of service they received. After we got the ball rolling, they came out to install within a two weeks. My Dad even complimented the installers that came out, as they were professional but also skilled. My Dad was very pleased that he chose BBG to upgrade his kitchen and I know who I'll be using when I decide to change my countertops!

I used this company on a recommendation and I must say that I only had on small mishap. From day one in the Williamsburg showroom, Zack gave me his undivided attention. He was very patient and he had great suggestions. I chose the back splash to be the same as the counter tops and I picked out a new sink different from the normal double sink. Time came for the measurements, James was on time and was a pleasure to work with. His skills were on point because when installaltion time came, the two installers Diego and side kick did an amazing job. No problems with the pieces at all. James had to come twice and so did the installers. I only had one scheduling problem but if I am asked would I use this company again, hands down and yes I would.

I've been working with BBG for over 6 years. They've invested in good technology and Fernando does good to import his own stone. I love the way they can get the granite to fit an out of square wall with out notching the sheetrock. They even cut an angled notch around a pre-installed bullnose-tile for me to get a tight fit. Hoiwever, consider hiring a general contractor if you have nuances beyond the normal scope of work of a granite shop.

My husband and I have been very pleased with BBG. We worked with Tanya, who was very helpful from her help in the selection of the stone thru to the scheduling of delivery. The selection of granite and marble was extensive, and Tanya's education on the products helped us to pick the perfect piece for our kitchen project. While I like my countertop very much, these people were terrible to deal with. First of all, they charged me an insulting "Small job" extra fee. Then the installers were rude and did sloppy work. They marched into my house and disconnected the extension cords my other workers were using without even giving them a heads up. They needed extra space to get through a doorway, so they ripped off some trim, gouging the doorway in the process. They slammed the trim back on and it's crooked and has nail holes all over the place. Completely unsatisfactory. I am going to send them an invoice for the needed repairs but doubt they will take any responsibility. Neither my designer nor I will ever do business with these people again.

These guys are crooks. They sold me on a higher grade countertop for my bar top and only when it broke said it was an unsuitable installation. They charged me full price but revoked any warranty. Save yourself some trouble & shop elsewhere.

Prior to putting our house on the market, I decided to explore granite options for our bar. This wasn't a necessary purchase as we already have granite in our kitchen - so, this would just be an added perk. In working with Jamie, who was beyond wonderful, I decided to make this purchase for the sale of our home. We paid the additional fee to have our bar measured to ensure proper cutting. Upon the installers arriving, we quickly learned that the measurement completed was not properly taken. This then delayed our installation as they had to send another individual out for measurements. When the granite was finally installed, we learned that we would have to higher a plumber as the sink was cut so far back that we have to change our plumbing and we were unable to put the trim back up - DESPITE being told we would be able to add the trim and we would be able to put the sink back together. We are now having to spend a significant amount of more money, simply for a purchase that was not necessary. While I loved working with Jamie, I would never recommend BBG to anyone. I did send an email which stated that I was not looking for anything, however I would like to explain my experience. It is my understanding that this email was shared with the Owner and HR. While I wasn't looking for anything, a simple call of acknowledgment of my beyond poor experience would have been appreciated. Now, we are scrambling to have our sink plumbing repaired before we put our house on the market.

Nothing "best" about them really. We had them install granite in our kitchen and baths in January and the whole way they screwed it up. They templated the kitchen wrong even though everything was preinstalled the way they asked us to. Now I have a kitchen sink that is supposed to be flush with the counter but now has grout to fill in the gap. In my upstairs hall bath I just noticed that the grout they installed is already flaking and coming loose (if its due to a plumbing leak that's on them too as they reconnected the plumbing). We got this work done less than 3 months ago so it shouldn't already be worn out. We got a breakfast bar installed and they told us they were going to install a balluster to support it but then didn't and told me they "didn't do that type of work even though my salesperson told me that. I had to argue with them to come do it. The granite quality is really good but the work quality is terrible. Just avoid them if you don't want headaches.

I have visited this location several times. I've spoken to several different sales associates. One who was very nice and knowledgeable and always eager to help. Unfortunately she no longer works with the company. The last two times I visited I was helped by a pregnant woman who has been very short with me and because I'm not ready to buy seems to blow me off for other customers entering the facility. Each time I've been there she is wearing clothing that is way to revealing and is exposing way too much of her breasts. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. If I wanted to see that I would go to a gentleman's club. I've also spoken to the office manager and she has been very rude and short with me as well. It is taking me sometime to decide which countertop best suits the needs of my wife and I and this company and it's employees are not very polite or understanding. I feel they are very unprofessional. I've done some research on the company and they have not been around very long and with the way they treat their customers I would say they may not be around much longer. We have decided to go elsewhere and would suggest others do the same.
