It all started with Carina, she showed us the different types of stone and from there she kept in close contact with me via email. Some of the best customer service I have ever received! Thank you Carina! The crew that came out and put our granite countertops in were respectful and efficient. They were as tidy as could be with such a messy job. There was a tiny hiccup along the way but it was taken care of quickly and met our expectations. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting beautiful countertops and awesome customer service.

I recently had my granite counters installed by braza Stone and have to say they were very professional from beginning to end. The price tag is what it's worth to you. And of course it's important that you are in love with the Stone You choose, it's a little nerve-racking choosing the people you want to flip your kitchen but they came through with no issues. I would recommend these great people to anyone from Jago, who will hold your hand through the process, Hyran my installer, who was easy to talk to and an excellent craftsmen as well ,as Miguel the fabricator who pays attention to details. BRAZA Stone did a excellent job on my kitchen countertop. Reasonable price and good quality work. They provide very good service as well: Jago is very professional, knowledgeable, and cooperative! David understands customer’s needs and try to meet the needs as much as possible. When he learned that I also needs other works besides the countertop, he did try to help me to find the contractor to work on them. Even though in the end due to the contractor’s schedule, they couldn’t help me to do the work, but I still appreciate the effort David did for me. The countertop installation manager Hyran is excellent in not only did great job on the countertop, but also shared plumbing knowledge with my husband and made the project a very smooth and pleasant experience for us.

Hello! All started with online research and then Bamm…Braza Stone! Jumped in the vehicle, headed to their location, and Wifey and I found the Granite Top for our outdoor table! However, our first “wooden frame” (home built) was garbage so when the Braza Stone installers came they told me straight out…that’s not going to work! Sheesh! Anyway, they took it back to shop, we found a table base (over seas) that worked, had it shipped, and we put it together! Then we called Jago at Braza Stone, sent pictures, discussed resizing the Granite Top to be legal…yes legal…with Dave the Manager, who is Awesome (yes we paid for the extra necessary work and all this happened on Wednesday), then today, Thursday, their Awesome installers showed up and installed the Granite Table Top! From the pictures you can see how beautiful, stylish, and solid this table is for our outdoor Patio! Anyway, if you’re not getting your granite stone from Braza Stone… you might as well get one of those folding tables with chairs! Just sayin’! Outstanding customer service, excellent granite stone, intelligent and knowledgeable staff, considerate management! Definitely a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience! You pay for quality and you get it! Brutha’ Q! 1) found the stone I wanted as a remenant! I was happy 2) cost more to have it polished than I paid for the slab 3) paid all the fees - they asked that I come pick it up 4) wouldn't give it to by builder - I owed more money (they never bothered to tell me when talking to me) 5) paid the difference - they ignored me in the office - only offered a chair when I asked for one. 6) - they still wouldn't give it to my builder as they had a "policy." I said that's fine but you did not tell me. OK at that point I lost my temper ---- just did not communicate on ANY lever.

Had our Master bath vanity replaced with a stone slab with cut-outs for 2 sinks. We visited their showroom and had great experience with Sago, who showed us what they had and together we made a decision. Their workman Miguel came out 2 or 3 days later and did the measurements. Hyron and Mario came back a few days later and mounted the sinks and did the installation. it looks great, they were all very friendly, and knew what they were doing. We would highly recommend them for any stone work you may have.

Braza Stone expertly installed quartz countertops in my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a shower threshold, and a bay window. The on-site cuts were minimal, and the job was completed quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They covered the floors every day and were very mindful of the cabinets and appliances already in place. There were some difficult corners and miters that were beautifully done! I'm very pleased with every part of the process; from receiving a quote, measuring, and installation, the Braza Stone personnel were very professional and courteous. I am so incredibly happy with and thankful for the amazing work that the whole team at Braza Stone did for my little vanity project. I built a powder room vanity and needed a small top made for it. Everything was done and ready to go in LESS THAN A WEEK! Insane. You can't beat this price, this turnaround time, this craftsmanship... they're the best. They sell the slabs and do fabrication in-house. Laminated edges, perfect cuts, holes for drains and sinks--there's nothing better than a place that does it all in one place. Give them a call or go in for a visit. They're gonna take great care of you.

We did not have a large job as I needed to replace the counter in our bathroom. Braza had a wide selection to choose the right one for me that matched the tile on our walls. I live in a high-rise condo on the strip, and I contacted Braza Stone for an estimate. They had not been in my building before, and it requires a lot of paperwork (insurance etc.) before being allowed to do work in it. Braza was efficient with the paperwork and were approved quickly. The estimate was a very good price for replacing the countertop on the kitchen island. The slab came in on time and they quickly removed the existing countertop and made templates as it was an irregular shape. The installation was quick, and they were very professional with their work. Cleanup was good and attention to detail was excellent. I am very happy with the whole experience of using Braza and will certainly use them again for future work.

We thought white would be the color we wanted but after showing him pictures of our kitchen he made a few suggestions, including one hidden in the back that was on sale. We purchased quartz and were happy with the price compared to big retailers like lowes and HD. After four failed outings to look for my much needed, wanted and waited for updated countertops I was in awe when we pulled up and saw the many selections of slabs. I knew then I was going home happy! Save time and check this place out first! David was ready for us when we arrived for our appointment, he is so friendly and very Knowledgeable in all selections of stone. After a really good discussion and with David's help my husband and I decided to go with fairy white quartz. Absolutely beautiful! We got a great price! All went smoothly from setting the day to come for the measuring to the installation. The installers did amazingly beautiful work! No mess left behind. They have awesome customer service, Kathy is so pleasant! I am extremely pleased with the look of my new quartz countertops. I highly recommend Braza Stone! Braza Stone is AWESOME! I walked the store looking for the "just right" piece of stone for my bathroom vanity. My niece picked out a stunning slab but I didn't need that much quartz nor did I really want to pay for the whole piece (though I really wanted it)...BUT David came to my rescue, he showed us some pieces that were within the size that I needed, found a slab that was perfect colors and best of all it was a scrap so I was not paying for excess. Within a week my vanity was measured and another week the install was complete! Did I mention the "big box store" could not provide the countertop for at least 60 days? I highly recommend this store for your stone needs.

Loved these guys. I bought a slab of vanilla swirl marble from them for two bathroom vanity tops. They worked with me to find a stone that fit my price range and my needs, and David was super friendly and helpful (and courteous, ALWAYS masked). . Kudos to Kathy who is the secretary there - she provided the best customer service from any company I've seen in a long long time. We had a large crack in our granite countertop behind the faucet that was about 2 feet long which needed to be repaired. They came out and gave us an estimate and I thought it was a little high (to be perfectly honest) but now that it's all finished and looks great and watching the work they did to repair it it was well well worth the money. Arturo and Diego were here for hours working on it and did a wonderful job - if you close your eyes and run your finger over the area it is so smooth you can't feel where the crack was. Braza Stone did a wonderful job with my quartz counter tops. My kitchen looks brand new after 20 years. David was great educating me and my husband regarding the differences between granite and quartz. Showing us the differences between a top mount sink and undermount sink. We also bought our stainless steel sink and faucet fixture and his shop. The installers did an awesome job. They were done in a day. They were very careful not to damage the floor or my glass kitchen table. They cleaned everything up even the front yard. Could not even tell they were there working. Thank you Braza stone. I needed a slab of granite to match the existing granite in my kitchen. A friend referred me to Braza Stone and I was able to match the color exactly. They held the piece until I was ready and came out to get exact measuresments. The slab of granite came and it was not at all what I expected. There was a misunderstanding on my part and I was not happy with what got installed. David and the staff from Braza Stone fixed the problem in a very timely fashion because we already were in a time crunch from the first install. It got installed today and it looks 10 times better. Thank you very much for fixing the problem and I'm sorry I misunderstood what we had discussed. In the future, if you give a visual of any differences there might be, it might be easier for people to understand.

THIRD TIME BACK TO THE WELL Braza Stone is a great company to work with. Nice people, great quality stones and impeccable craftsmanship with installations. This is one of those places where you CAN get great quality at an AFFORDABLE price. Why, because they are direct importers of a large portion of their stones (Marble, Granite etc.) The first time I used them they sold me a marble top with installation for my barbecue pit, followed by the marble counter top for my master bath and they just installed an amazing looking marble top with rainforest design for my guest bath. I highly recommend them and will keep using them as needed as you cannot find better in Las Vegas.

My wife and I were doing our research and we visited many places and had some tough times finding the right place. Then we finally came to Braza Stone . They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. We were astounded by the large selection of stones that they had on display. We picked out a white slab. We scheduled a free estimate and the sales man was on time and started getting right to work. Tony and the sales team was nice and price wise , we got the best deal in town for a very good quality piece. We signed off on the deal and couldn't wait for our kitchen project to get started on. All the workers were very nice from the guys who template to the installers and even the office workers. Great customer service. We had gone to Braza Stone a few months ago. They came out and took measurements and emailed me a quote. It took a few months before we were ready, but when we returned they remembered us, were friendly and gave us great discounts. There was no pressure or upselling. They came out and measured twice just to be sure they had it correct. One week later I had a beautiful new kitchen. The cuts and angles were well done. The installers went over everything with me and made sure I was happy before they left. Braza Stone also looked at my home colors and made suggestions for which granite would work. Well I waited a long time to get my granite counter tops and Brazastone gave me everything I could have hoped for. Extremely friendly, helpful, and an absolutely beautiful selection to choose from. The guys that came to install it were so proffesional and did such an impeccable job. I've Been looking at countertops for years and there is a difference between those that know what they're doing and those that think they know what they're doing. Brazastone knows their stuff! This is a great place to get your granites! Customer service is on point...not to mention a great selection onsite. Being as it was our first time upgrading our home, we wanted to make sure the quality was right to increase the value. It has been almost a year now since we've installed our new countertops and it is still as good as new. I highly recommend this place!

Great customer service. Best price for granite i found. Almost half of the price from the BIG ones. I was impressed with the big variety of granite they had. The owner Tony was very friendly and gave me a great deal ,also went personally to inspect the granite instillation on my kitchen . Don't fall for the big guys! Give local business a chance.

We just got our granite installed a few days ago. The installers were great and cleaned up as best they could; however, I noticed a gap btw the kitchen wall and granite that was about 3/8" wide. I asked the installers about it and they said, "it's your walls, their crooked". That comment seemed funny to me because isn't that why they take measurements in the first place? Besides that, I checked off the list on the blue sheet they give after the installation and gave a good comment on the installers. When my husband came home and saw the gap, he thought it was unacceptable and even though walls are crooked, the measurements should be taken at different points of the counter. So he called and spoke to tony and all they could tell him was that it's normal and they couldn't do anything about it. My husband went on further to explain how the measurement on one slab was different on one side compared to the another side but still flushed against a "crooked wall"....so Tony decided he could put a plug in the gap for us once we get our backsplashes put in (that we decided to do ourselves). They also stated we can just use mosaic tiles as a back splash and it'll look fine....but the gap is at a corner and it would look fine from the front but if you view it from the side, the gap will still show on the bottom (where he offered to put a "plug" in between). I had high expectations for this company and besides that corner, I do understand the granite may not be fully flushed against the wall....but about 3/8" far off the wall is a bit too much for any excuses.

We went to these guys for a quote. First thing was that he was over 1 hour and 40 minutes late to measure our kitchen and bathrooms. The excuse was that he was stuck in traffic at around 9a. I've driven around that time and traffic at that time is not bad. Lies is what I think... The price he quoted us was higher compared to the other 4 companies we talked to and for our bathrooms the price was quoted for prefabs. Come on now man. Stuff is already cut! Didn't know we already did our research. Sorry buddy but your overpriced! No thank you. On to the next. Wasted a bunch of our time.

After posting this review I was contacted by the owner. He seemed surprised that I was upset, which was weird to me since I ended our last conversation by saying "I am still unhappy, but I need to move on from this situation." He said after looking over my job he realized that they did mess up the measurements and were willing to refund the money they overcharged us and give us a store credit for future purchases. All I ever wanted was for them to check the measurements, issue a refund, and apologize. I wish they would have checked the job after it was completed and not send me a refund months later.

The price is ridiculously high! We requested a quote for quartz countertops installation for only 3 pieces 2x9 and 1 piece of 42" island with a undermount sink cut, and they provided us a bid of $3100-3500 for LABOR ONLY, while my pricing from elsewhere is $2360 ($1100 labor and remaining is material) for this project including material and labor for investor pricing (not consumer pricing). Even for consumer pricing, it seems they're charging at least $2000 more for their premium profit over my current $1100 labor cost. Please beware and get more bids from other companies before saying yes to your order!

After mismeasuring my kitchen, misreading their own specs, and miscutting the marble for my counters, they refused to make it right. However, the NV Contractors Board agreed with me on all counts and they were required to redo the entire kitchen. And even though they were at fault, and though I had to deal with their mistakes and fight them for a year, I never received an apology. Go elsewhere.
