George, John, Nandina and the whole crew did a wonderful job helping me upgrade my outdated kitchen. The countertops are absolutely gorgeous and are getting many compliments from family and friends. The herringbone backsplash was quite complicated but expertly installed I love it. The entire crew was respectful and tidy while working in our home and I look forward to working with them again. I was searching for a specific piece of granite or marble and George happened to have it! Such a great guy! I owe him some croissants. While I was looking around I saw some great samples. So many colorful pieces! Different patterns and textures! Truly a work of art! Highly recommend if you are looking for custom pieces that are not your "typical" styles that are found in most generic corporate stores.

Of every place I've went, they've been the most honest. I got really great vibes from them. I'd rather work with a local family business like them than big companies. I did my kitchen estimates (they come after hours which worked out because I was off work), picked out the cabinets and tiles. They've been giving me updates with everything. I like that they do they and are upfront about it. Excited for my kitchen!

They remodeled my bathrooms, kitchen and living rooms for a very reasonable price! We had a great experience with Bouquet Tile and Marble! My husband and I bought a fixer-upper, and neither of us knows the first thing about homes. Lucky for us, We found George and Simon at Bouquet Tile & Marble! We hired them to redo our master bathroom, hallway bathroom, fireplace, and kitchen. New bathtubs, tiled showers, bathroom vanities with quartz countertops, new kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, a gorgeous backsplash...They did it all! And more importantly, they did it well. I appreciated their fair prices, easy to get along with personalities, knowledge and help with making decisions, excellent work, and availability. George runs the place. I never got his wife's name but she works the store. We had two bathrooms that needed remodeling. George and his dad, Simon, did a fantastic job in demo and tile, changing out two shower/tubs to beautiful walk-in showers. This family is from Saugus, and George is a SHS graduate with a poli-sci degree. He is no slouch and he knows his business well During the tiling, we were hit with the necessity for a whole home repipe, not related to the bath refub. George and Simon were very patient while that was going on. Nobody LOVES home refurbs. But I totally recommend Bouquet Tile.

I recently had my guest bathroom and master bathroom remodeled by Bouquet Tile and cannot be happier with the end result of both bathrooms. George and his dad did an AMAZING job on the tile work. George provided guidance through the entire process and helped me with picking out tile for both the shower walls and floor. Bouquet Tile took care of everything from removing the old fiber glass shower/tub inserts to installing new toilets, frameless shower doors, flooring, and rerouting plumbing. The estimate I received from Bouquet Tile for both bathroom remodels beat every single estimate I received from the 5 other contractors I received quotes from. I will definitely be back for all my future remodel projects!! Thank you Bouquet Tile for doing such a great job!!!

Bouquet Tile installed travertine tile in both of my bathrooms, and ceramic tile in my laundry room. Simon is truly a craftsman and I could not be more pleased with the results. The price is not the lowest but the results are worth every penny. If you want an honest and quality tile firm, Bouquet Tile is your place.

We wanted our kitchen counters remodeled and to add a backsplash and sink, and these guys were recommended to us by a friend who had them do their bathroom counters. They were touted as having a high level of care and consideration for the home while working (keeping things clean and polite and punctual) and also doing great work. Having a father who lives at home with dementia, maintaining a clean, safe, and considerate work environment was almost as important to me as the quality of the work and good price. Luckily, these guys get great marks in each of those categories. They got rid of our old counters and added our new granite and sink in a single day. They leveled it out and added all the little details we wanted. Simon came back a day later to do our backsplash, and when, after hours of work installing it, my mother was unhappy with the light gray color of grout used to cement the backsplash tiles (a color I had previously okay'd with them) he scraped ALL OF IT out and STARTED OVER with the white grout she preferred. The minor difference in color was lost on me personally, but the idea that he was essentially willing to do the entire job TWICE at the end of a long work day to please a picky old lady was impressive and just the kind of attitude you can expect from this company as a whole. Here are 4 things you should know about working with them: 1. It is true that the ladies working the storefront do not have exceptional English (though their Russian is excellent). This can come across as a little off-putting at first, but it does not mean they are not willing to help you in any way they can. George, the main salesman, has perfect English, is extremely knowledgeable, and always available by cell if he is not in the store to answer your questions. 2. You have to go down to San Fernando to pick out your material. This was a good experience, and being able to see your granite or quartz as a huge slab in person was extremely helpful and we ended up picking a different color than we had previously chosen because of it. Those little test pieces in the store DO NOT do enough for your eye to make a color decision. All you do is pick it out and they cut everything on their own site and show up on installation day with your counter. 3. Potential frustration: they seem to have a problem getting the sink from their manufacturer on time and it delayed the first phase of our project for a couple days. After reading the previous reviews it's apparent that they probably need to change their sink supplier. The quality and price of our sink, however, was unbeatable and I did a considerable amount of price checking online. 4. Their overall prices are not going to beat every single estimate, but they are not unreasonable. Very middle of the road here, but considering the quality and craftsmanship you get for it, it's worth it. The bottom line is that if you are looking for a high quality and careful job done with reasonable prices and a considerate presence in your home, these are the guys.

I was in the market looking for some basic repairs to my shower and went through a number of companies for estimates before picking bouquet tile. They were courteous, gave a decent estimate and didn't try to nickel and dime me during the repairs. They showed up, did the job in under 2 days as estimated and cleaned up after themselves. I've met the whole family at this small family owned and operated business. They've been very nice to me on my numerous visits ( about 6) First they helped me match my 12x24 floor tile but not very responsive on actually getting it... but not terrible. I emailed my counter layout plan for an estimate and picked out the exact stone. Took a couple more visits but was able to get an estimate. I was able to get a field measurement scheduled. George said that he could give me a better idea of timing since I said three weeks was a bit longer than I wanted to wait. Hopefully we'll get that soon... I run my own business and appreciate busy seasons... I think this is a regular part of Bouquet Tile and Marble... I wish Simon, George and his wife the best but am struggling on using them because of their slow response time. It's a shame because they are less than a mile away from my house and are very knowledgeable.

I used them to install new kitchen counters. They did a good job, but did have some issues that they had to come back and fix, but not bad, overall. George, the owner, is kind of a mess. I returned to bouquet tile for a bid on updating some rooms in the house. This time George changed the appointment on me several times in one day. He did the bid and was supposed to email me. I waited several days without getting his email before finally calling him. He claimed to have misspelled my email wrong, which I don't believe. Aside from poor service in getting back to me via email, he also failed to return numerous calls. His work was good the first time around but was not without some issues. I don't know why he wouldn't be itching to get back to me as a potential new customer. But in any event, his inability to return calls in a timely fashion caused me to use another contractor for the work. I would not use George and bouquet marble and tile again.

Would of gave negative stars if possible! We used this company to remodel two bathrooms, Simon did a great job on the tile work, they also installed 4 LED recessed lighting in the main bathroom which are not up to code, when one of the lights went out after 2 1/2 yrs(was told would last 20 yrs) I found out that it needed to have the whole thing rewired. When I asked George for some help he said "not my problem get an electrician". BBB was notified! Re-think before using this company!! Customer service is terrible!

They installed granite countertops in my kitchen. A big, long portion of the granite split and cracked off. leaving me to cut my arms when I wash dishes. I have called George and I cannot get a response from him. He promises to call back or to send someone to my house to look at the problem but that has not happened. My house is only a couple of blocks away from his location. He told me on the one phone call I was able to talk to him that it was out of warranty. Oopps, he said, I must have gotten a bad piece of granite. I just need to replace the cracked and split granite countertop so I will stop cutting myself. If only I could communicate with George and set something up. It was difficult communicating with him during the initial installation.

I went inside the store to ask about their services. The owner"s daughter was the only employee and she was in the back babysitting 2 small children. I spent 1/2 hour reviewing their services and set up an appointment at my home. The time of the appt. was 5:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m. I received a phone call from a male employee that he was running late because of traffic and it would be another hour. I said that would be fine. No one ever came and they never called to inquire or apologize.

DO NOT USE BOUQUET TILE AND MARBLE!!!! I would give zero stars, but that isn't an option. The problem started when I initially went into Bouquet Tile for a quote. I met with the owner's wife who was working in the store that day and had no knowledge of the services that they offered. She called him while I was in the store and he gave me a ballpark estimate of what it would cost to put granite in my kitchen. I gave my email address and some drawings of the kitchen to his wife and he said that he would email me a better estimate later. After a couple days, I still hadn't received anything and had to call him, only to find out that he had emailed the estimate to the wrong email address. When I finally got the email which took quite awhile, I decided to go with Bouquet Tile and Marble based on the price matching that I had done with other stores. BAD idea. I went into the store to pay for the service and was told to go down to the stone company in the San Fernando Valley and pick out the granite that I wanted, which I did. That part of the service was decent. I was told to pick out the granite on a Thursday and that they would have it installed the following Monday. We picked out the granite and went on our way. We received a call Monday morning stating that the free sink that came with the order had not arrived and it was questionable as to whether or not they would be able to install that day. Well, you can guess where this is going.... We not only had to call multiple times after being promised calls and such and not hearing back, but they were not able to install it that day. It took several more days for this free sink to arrive and my granite didn't get installed for another few days. Installation Day: I was quoted a time and these installers not only didn't come on time, but they didn't call either. I had to call AGAIN to find out what was going on. When they finally got to my house to install the granite, I was infuriated. They installed the granite and it appeared to be a good job until.......I realized about 5 months later that they had either not properly sealed the granite or that it had already worn away. Great. After spending almost 3000 dollars and expecting a good job, I called and explained the problem to the owner who told me he would send out his guys to fix the problem on Monday. Monday came and no one called or even showed up. He called the next day, on a Tuesday, to tell me that they would be coming that day between 3-4pm. I was at work and had to call my brother to come to the house. Unfortunately, my brother wasn't completely aware of the problem and was just there to let them in since I had already explained the problem to the owner over the phone, I assumed they knew what to fix. Well, they again, didn't arrive until after 5pm and only fixed one side of the kitchen. I am now forced to call and deal with this crap again and hoping that I don't have to waste another day of sitting around waiting for them to not call and not show up. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. They are awful, never on time, and you end up wasting your time calling and chasing them around only to get a poorly done job.
