I have done 3 projects with Alex and his team at Blue over the course of a couple of years and they are timely, consistent, flexible, and detail oriented. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them on future projects!

This place is terrible. We put our name on some slabs and they shipped the wrong ones to our granite installer and when he called to find out why they sent the wrong ones they sold the ones we picked out. They sent a totally different set of slabs that aren't even the same name or shade!!!! Now we are screwed and have to go find new slabs. Glad we've been living without countertops in our house for a month because they have incompetent workers. And glad that we took a day off work to drive all that way to pick our slabs too. Thanks for screwing us over.

After getting the first bid from my contractor, it was shocking to see the price it would cost and the time it would take. Immediately, I began looking and contacting every granite company all over the greater Lansing area. Thank God for Alex and his team. They were professional, kind, and knew exactly how to create the perfect seamless granite countertop and bar-top for my newly remodeled kitchen. From the day we first spoke to the finished completed granite countertop installation it was less than 2 weeks and saved me over $1000 from my first bid. I had visited a BIG name granite supplier in Wixom and was completely overwhelmed by the unorganized chaos. I left frazzled and upset. I was so happy my installer sent me to Blue Granite. BG is tucked away off Grand River (moving soon). The warehouse is VERY open with many many slabs of granite from which to choose. I was allowed to wander at my leisure and there was a salesperson there to answer questions if needed. The owner was there on my 2nd visit. He was able to move slabs and even show me pieces of granite for which he could give a bigger discount. There is no quartz here. Just wonderful selections of granite in a calm, helpful environment. Highly Recommend.

Overall, I am giving Alex a 5-star review for a fews reasons. Here is my review. I would like to see better communication with their clients. If you're gonne be late, please call and let them know. They also came in a did some damage to our drywall. However, they made it right. Alex was going to make it look perfect, or else he wouldn't finish the job. They took care of the damage walls as well. Over all results, very stunning!!! Alex was great to work with, regardless of the hiccups.

My wife and I bought a house that had nothing done since at least 1970, and we searched Lansing for countertops that would match the idiosyncrasies of our new kitchen, leaving each place with a headache and anxiety about the cost. These guys have a good selection, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and installation seemed to only take about 2 hours! Have recommended, and will continue to recommend!

Beginning to end: awesome. Much better customer experience than the other places I called and prices were relatively close.
