We've bought counters through Blue Rock for 2 separate houses and have been extremely satisfied. On our second install the installer noticed a barely visible scratch on the quartz. They had a new slab ordered and installed free of charge within a week or so. They stand by their products and installs!

Things can go wrong and it is how a business handles it that makes the difference. Just before instillation, there was a problem with the stone for my fireplace surround and Blue Rock was EVERYTHING you would want in this situation. Within hours I was working with an in-house designer, looking at several slabs they pulled for my benefit. Ultimately I chose an amazing replacement- which I love much better than the original and they did not charge me extra for this higher quality stone. The detailed attention to matching the veining where the stone connects from wall to floor is highly professional. The end result- the centerpiece of the house. Absolutely stunning! Thank you Brian, Julie and Jonah for turning this potential pitfall into a fairy tale ending!

Ordered a counter top from Blue Rock, went in to approve the slab and marked areas that were flawed. We were assured that these areas would be avoided or placed where they would not be highly visible. Counters were cut and installed with a huge blemish (one that was marked off) right in the middle of our counter. Everyone who has seen it says it looks absolutely horrible. Contacted Blue Rock and they send me a picture of the pre cut slab and the tape we had placed had been removed. They are basically not attempting to take ownership of their actions. Regardless!!! What company cuts a slab with a huge blemish front and center? So many things went wrong. From the bait and switch slab to the lack of quality control all the way to the poor response to our concern. My contractor said they will never work with these guys again. There’s a great place in Naples....go there to get your granite!!!!

Shane and Tory installed our vanity top and the undermount sink quickly and it looks great! Very pleased with their work and the spectrum quartz. Also very pleased with Kayla who helped me pick it out ( it was a remnant and I was trying to coordinate it to floor tile) and the person who came out to take the template.

I'm impressed with Blue Rock! We went into their showroom on a Saturday, looked around, and picked out a countertop fairly easily. The person working, Brian, was very helpful and told us to email him the dimensions and he'd give us an estimate, which we did. The whole process was smooth and fairly quick (as compared to other trades). It took about a month from when we first saw the showroom to actual install. There were 3 appointments: templating, layout, and install. Our countertops look great and seem secure!

I needed to finish out my Master bath vanity and makeup vanity so I went to the remnant sale. Worked with Brian in the showroom, he took the time to show me all the pieces to choose from and I found the perfect piece. They came and made the template the next week and the following week it was installed. All the crew that I worked with were professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Blue Rick for your counter needs.

My experience with Blue Rock was great. I was told over the phone when I first called that templating was about a week out and it was. After I picked out the stone they said it would be 2 weeks from template for the install and it was. I was given the option to view my slab which I did. Install went so smoothly. A big shout out to Tory and Ruven for their skill and professionalism. I'm so happy with my countertop. It's beautiful!! Thank you all!!

Blue Rock was fantastic! They worked with the granite supplier for us to make sure we had a solid and perfect piece of granite for installation. We were able to be there for this as well so we knew the exact piece we were getting. The measurement and installation went perfectly. We could not be happier with the granite and it was so amazing that we can’t even see the seam between the two granite pieces. Paul is a great person to work with and listened to all of our requests. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We just had our countertops installed today by Tory and 2 other young men. The countertops are beautiful and were expertly cut. The instal crew did an outstanding job from the time they arrived until they completed the job. The install was faster than expected largely due to their teamwork. They were professional and courteous and focused on getting the job done. Despite the weather being bad and having other jobs to go to, they did not rush through our job or make me feel that they were in a hurry to leave. That has been my experience with some big box store installations. The countertops, though not inexpensive, , were an excellent value considering the quality, craftsmanship, and the excellent service we received. This is truly a lifetime product.

They’ll under quote you to earn the business and then try to surprise you with additional $$$ (thousands) later. Spoke to a manager who “wanted to earn the sale back and do whatever he could.” A week later and we’ve never heard from them again. Awful business practice all around.

Do NOT hire Blue Rock to seal coat your driveway!! They did such a poor job that my driveway actually looked better before they touched it. It's downright embarrassing. I sent the general manager, Laura Garnett, a couple of emails with pictures showing what a mess they made and asking them to come back and fix it, and she completely ignored me. Now I have to hire someone else to try and make my driveway presentable again. Save yourself the headache and HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

The staff at Bluerock has been so helpful in all things countertop. They were super accommodating and Ryan was so patient walking me through quotes and the warehouse and getting the best price. The staff who came to template was super professional, early!! And accommodating. Jamie was so patient and helpful in arranging all the templates too. It's been such a positive experience (via Hammond Lumber in Brunswick) - I just can't say enough good things about them. Can't wait to see the fully finished product!!

Not very happy with BR. We paid thousands for our stone countertop. They did not cut out the area for the wooden strip to secure the dishwasher like they said they would. We didnt find out until it was installed. They decided to put a metal bracket there instead and ended up splitting our cabinet with the screws. Brand new cabinets that we spent weeks putting together ourselves. The explanation they gave was that they didnt have the tool to do the cutting for the recessed strip at the time - but they would come and fix the damage. I commented on their facebook page, but they deleted the post:( So they didnt tell us they coldnt do it the way they told us and the way we expected. And they did something we wouldnt have wanted. Now its too late. Sorry BR, Im not recommending you. The more I think of it, the more I realize how annoying the mistake was and how it cant really be fixed now. Im sorry you guys didnt have the right "tool" at the right time....

Really poor experience. Went in for countertop estimate because recommended by Home Depot but the Blue Rock salesman was uninterested, inexperienced, unintelligent, or some combination of the three. He didn't ask clarifying questions about our project needs and became combative when we offered up details. Very strange and frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times to finally get their quote. And in the end, I had so little confidence that they would do the job correctly, I went back to Home Depot and paid more instead of risking it with this place.

Small kitchen, nothing complex. Faux farmhouse drop-in porcelain sink. Countertop was cut with too much overhang on the two sides of sink and not centered on the sink, and too much exposed caulking. Came out to redo. Recut sink onsite. Now the edges on the sides of the sink are really crooked. If they had done what I tried to suggest, there would have been a small piece inserted by the faucet opening up the sink to the right size and then the two wall and range edges could have been cut straight onsite. Much easier onsite fix, but I was told when I called about getting it fixed the first time that I wasn't the expert, and was I saying that he didn't know what he was doing. Now I guess I was. I have called again. We will see how this gets fixed, and I will update my rating if there's anything positive to report.

it was only after the installers from Blue Rock left that I discovered that my new granite countertops were set 1/2" out of level. I explained to the man who did the template, as well as to the installer that my cabinets, that I installed myself, were leveled with a laser and thought that any shimming involved would only be with 1/16" shims at the most. I have more than 40 years general construction experience and feel confident that my counter tops should have been installed level....no excuses, it seems that the installers didn't care about that and complicated the installation of the tile backsplash which would and should be level, now I have to try and hide what is a defective installation.

Blue Rock is a company that seems to have completely lost its focus. The company in recent years had employees who cared about service and knew what they were doing. Also, the company focused more on its core business of selling masonry stone and stone countertops. Now, the company has spread out into too many areas of so called expertise and done so without proper resources. As a result, customer service, integrity, quality of staff and quality of work has significantly deteriorated. It is to bad a local Maine business has fallen so far and is no longer deserving of our business. I was a frequent and loyal customer for years.
