Very happy with my new quartz countertops! They are absolutely beautiful and the installers did a great job. I thought the pricing was very reasonable compared to the prices I saw at Lowe’s. Brooke is easy to communicate with and very efficient. They were able to install ahead of schedule so the whole process took less than a week. We did have to go to a warehouse just over the bridge in NJ to see the full slabs so make sure you budget time accordingly for your appointment if you’re on a tight schedule.

This company made the whole process a breeze, their turn around is great and I love my new kitchen! And I loved working with this company! This was my first kitchen remodel and Brooke knocked it out of the park with her attention to detail and eye for design!! DO NOT USE BLUE GALAXY!!! I am writing this review so no one makes the same mistake as I did. Brooke seemed to be nice and helpful said she would order the quartz I needed for my kitchen but requested a $3500 deposit. She asked me to zelle her but the number didn’t match their website so I didn’t feel comfortable. My check was cashed on 2/27/24. Brooke has not answered my calls or texts. She is a thief and liar. Your response is a joke. I have called and texted non-stop. We could have easily resolved this matter if you refunded my deposit since no work was done and you have not communicated since you received the money.

Blue galaxy statement DO NOT do business with these people !!!!! PLEASE RUN THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Back in march 2023 I reached out to Blue Galaxy for some cabinets and I was gonna do countertops as well. Spoke with Brooke who got everything measured up and placed the order a few weeks later with her. I made 2 payments to complete this order . After that I follow up for delivery which would have been sometime in April …. Nothing. Brooke doesn’t answer no one from the company repsponds. I immediately warn my bank to investigate the charges . Meanwhile I’m calling every day 20-30 times to Brooke and Blue Galaxy. They say Brooke is in the hospital and will get back to me once she is back. That never happened days went by then weeks and they weren’t answering after the initial hospital excuse. I ended up getting the money back by the grace of God thru my bank . They tried me for almost 6k ! The reviews that are on google are all lies if u look closely a lot of the names are the same! It’s easy to just make an email and give yourself a good rating (I’m assuming since they are scammers that’s how they have good reviews) Please stay away from these people they not right!

So I would like to warn ⚠️ you before going here please check somewhere else. I had some many issues with this company from them cutting the stone before even speaking to me about a $400 price increase, to them cutting the stone wrong(see photos), to bashing my walls out to get the stone in(see photos), to agreeing to $600 off and charging us the full amount and disputing it because you sneaked my wife a paper and had her sign when we arnt satisfied and are now using it as leverage. PERFECT!! If possible to give more stars I would. I saw their glowing reviews and decided to give them a call. Best decision I have ever made. I got my bar countertop, cabinets and kitchen countertops through them. Fast response, quick delivery, professional work. I am beyond happy. I will attach the pictures of my bar and kitchen as well. Mary helped me with the countertop selection, I was overwhelmed in the beginning but with their assistance everything came in order rapidly. I was planning on selling this house but after my kitchen renovation I can't think of moving out. Pricing was perfect they worked with my budget, the timing was impeccable. They called me and send me pictures all through out the way, it was as if I was with them the whole time. They texted me with their eta and videos of the work getting done and after installation. Wasn't expecting this I am beyond satisfied and happy.

I LOVE my new kitchen! I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do one for Blue Galaxy Marble & Granite because they did such a fantastic job. Brooke was extremely helpful and ultimately pointed us to the quartz we decided on. After spending a few hours with her we knew that this was the company we wanted to work with. She was very responsive throughout the fabrication process (sending us daily updates and videos via text). The final product looks amazing and we couldn't be happier!

I would rate the workmanship with 5 stars and the reliability and professionalism with 1. Thus, the 3 stars. The work is great, but there is no regard for the customer's schedule, having to change my schedule when they did not show at the specified time. Each day, they were hours late from the quoted starting time and they left the job for 4 hrs. on one day. Arrival times were never accurate. Having paid thousands, there was no follow up or thank you, as well as no response to e mails once the work was done.

I used them about 4-5 years ago. They were never, ever on time. And when they did show up, it was hours after they said they would be there. Never answered the phone, and when they did, I got a run around as to when they would be there. I dealt with Brooke. Started out ok. Then all down hill from there. The work itself wasn't awful, but the whole ordeal was ruined by lack of professionalism in terms of keeping appointments. I would not recommend them ever!!!

Brook is completely incompetents and dishonest . She took our deposit in July disappeared we called and emailed several times to no avail . We were forced to call police to her location to finally get her attention and force her to respond . Our job has been left incomplete as of 9/12/23 . We had to file complaint with Best Business Bureau. She kept half of slabs we purchased and we are currently in the process of filing a claim in Small Claims Court. Do not under any circumstances trust this company. We are out almost 12,000 and are very unhappy. My contractor thought my experience with Blue Galaxy would be amazing . They are crooks , liars and there is nothing amazing about them . My contractor regrets the recommendation. I'm sure we are not an exception I'm sure there are others who have been treated the same way . We plan to expose them to save other customers the inconvenience and disappointment we experienced. If there are others out there who have had same experience please do the same. They can't get away with their dishonest work practices.

Did Not Deliver. Do NOT use this company. When it came time to deliver, Brooke suddenly said that they could not cut the pieces/shapes that we need, although the reasons why kept changing. I was told it was because the pieces we wanted were too difficult to cut. Then it came out that they had substituted a different slab for the one we selected, so there wasn't enough material. Finally, since they could not deliver, I asked for a refund. To be fair, they did refund most of our money - minus the $300 for templating cost and credit card charges. Meanwhile, we found another fabricator who made all of the pieces we needed and installed them no problem. Stay away!

Confirm scheduled appointment. Removed everything including the Faust's and the company never showed up! Placed numerous calls and text messages for two days and never received any response.
