We have been dealing with Gary for months now trying to get our quartz somewhat acceptable. The three pieces around our gas stove was either cut it incorrectly or installed incorrectly. During installation 8/29/22, the pieces were not fitting correctly according to the installers, they kept complaining that the person who came to measure, did it incorrectly. We have large gaps (my hand can go down the gap) between the back of the stove & the wall & uneven gaps along both sides of the stove . The quartz was supposed to be cut in around the front of the stove on both sides, it comes way out the front sides of the stove. It looks horrible. The cost was over 5k. They have had three different sets of employees come to look at & give recommendations to fix it all. To really fix it, they would need to remove the quartz around the stove & replace with newly cut pieces- I would rather not do that at this point seeing we have had marble back splash installed. We’re really trying to work with Gary and Matt, Millie, we said they could put it off while we had family visiting us (we don’t want the kitchen torn apart, along with all the dust it will cause in the house with company). We were expecting it to get fixed afterwards, but then others workers came out & they couldn’t fix it. Matt (I think install manager) came out- he did say the real fix would be recutting & replacing quartz around stove. I’m really trying to work with them, I suggested cutting small pieces to go around the stove to sit on top of the existing quartz to cover all the gaps- Matt said they would need to get a plumber to come move out the stove to be able to cut the two front sides down like it should be. Matt did call us early the week of thanksgiving to schedule for all this. I asked him to verify if the plumber was going to meet him to move the stove- apparently they forgot about this step, Matt said no, he forgot about that & will need to get with Gary (I think he’s the sales manager) to get arrangements & will call us back. I did tell him put off the repairs until after thanksgiving was over. It’s now 12/15/22 & we have not heard anything back from them. We did call earlier this week, Monday 12/12/22 & left messages for Millie & Gary & we still haven’t received any response. Gary did offer us I think it was $500 off the cost we paid (mind you we paid around 5k) if they only partially repaired. At this point, I’m getting so frustrated, maybe it would be better for them to just completely fix their mess , which they’d have to recut three pieces of quartz instead of putting a bandage on it. They’d have to be responsible for any damage they might cause to the back splash. We will be doing other work in our bathrooms & we won’t be going through Bloomday. Extremely Un pleased with Bloomday, their lack of communication & desire to make it right.

We had the privilege to work with Bloomday when they replaced our countertops with Quartz. Our house was going on the market so we relied on their staff to help guide us on what buyers would want. Installation was a breeze. They were on time and did everything they needed all within one day. And it looks AH-MAZING! They also replaced our master bath sink vanity and around the tub!

Bloomday has been our project solid surface provider for over 10 years. Their customer service & attention to detail is second to none. The finished installations always exceeds our customer's expectation. I've also used them personally to remodel 2 kitchens & 1 new whole house project. Never disappointed.

A special thanks to Bloomday/Johnson Granite for the fabulous job in my kitchen. The new countertops are beautiful and completely transformed the space. The installers were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. A special shout out to Kenan Johnson for his patience while I sorted through the many beautiful options they have available.

I am floored by the reviews about their customer service. My family was jerked around and lied to by Gary the sales manager. Gave us the run around and offered solutions to the mess up that they created by asking our contractor to do something extra out of his pocket for us. Who does that? What kind of reputable company does underhanded things like that? And according to the owner Brian Johnson that is common practice to reach out to the contractor behind your back. He admitted they messed up but had no solution to the problem. To top it off I called and got a quote on the same granite that was to be used in our project and got a quote of 3K but yet they were charging us over 6K. To say the least we will never do business with them nor will our contractor. Maybe you get GREAT customer service depending on who you are??? Not sure but we sure didn’t have a positive experience with them.

Every step of the process is top notch. Communicates very well, the service guys making whatever minor adjustments onsite. Great experience from Sales to Install.

Bloomday was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about their entire team. I went through this whole process (getting a bid, picking a slab, scheduling and installation) all during COVID-19. I didn't even see the counter top in person until the day it was installed. But none of that mattered because Bloomday made the process so seamless. Amy was very responsive to emails, really heard what I was saying in terms of what I was looking for, and helped me pick the perfect remnant slab without even needing to see it in person. They always did what they said they would -- called me in advance, showed up on time -- and they're work was impeccable. I've got two other bathrooms on my renovation list, and I'll definitely be calling them for the counter tops in those rooms, too.

Never again! I've been referring my clients to this company for close to 10 years. Dozens and dozens of jobs that you received directly from me. I recently did as remodel for good friends of mine and recomended Bloomday for their multiple countertops. Bloomday totally screwed over my friends; leaving them hanging for many weeks even though they were assured they would be taken care of as soon as they were ready. When my friends tried to hire another company, Bloomday refused to release the piece of stone they picked out. And so my friends, feeling trapped, waited patiently for their installation. During installation; the hole for the faucet was cut too close to the window sill and so the faucet butted up against the sill. Bloomday came out to fix it but refused to remove the faucet (they never mentioned to my friend that she was responsible for the plumbing) and so I wound up fixing the problem myself. I was told that Bloomday was under new ownership and its obvious that customer service and quality control is no longer a priority. I will recommend at least 5-6 clients in 2023 for granite counters. I will definitely not recomend this company.

Bloomday recently installed a countertop in our kitchen. When our old countertops were torn out an issue with our cabinets was revealed. The repairs were made and Bloomday went above and beyond our expectations to get the countertops installed immediately. Everyone at Bloomday was very professional and very helpful, especially thanks to Julie and Elizabeth for high quality customer service; and also the guys that installed the countertop who worked late into Friday afternoon to get the job done.
