I’m a commercial truck driver and today I accidentally locked myself out of my truck the staff at this facility were so sweet to me and they went above and beyond with allowing me to use their phones and even made sure I stayed cool since it was a hot day they also gave me bottled water I’ll always remember this and when I purchase my future home I know exactly where I’m going to purchase my countertops…….sincerely thank you so much

I love, love, LOVE my new countertops! I recently bought my first condo and could not stand the Formica countertops already in place but didn't think I could afford new ones. Boy was I wrong! I sent an e-mail request to Shea's asking for a quote on Wednesday and got a call back the next day. By Saturday morning I had Doreen in taking a look, getting rough measurements, and helping me narrow down my options. Roughly two weeks later the counters were ready to install! I'm SO happy with the glacier white Corian countertops I chose and Lee and Nick were great throughout the whole, torturous, installation (the Formica provided some unexpected resistance and challenges but they overcame them all!). Better yet, I have room in my budget for tile backsplash! I could not be happier and I would 100% recommend them to family and friends. I also used Alliance Plumbing and Heating at Shea's recommendation for my new kitchen sink and faucet install and they were amazing as well. In my humble opinion you can't go wrong with Shea's!

Just finished our countertop and sink install today. Everything was as promised and everyone we dealt with was professional and very friendly. Doreen started our journey with us and held our hands the whole time. Tim came to measure and then returned for the install at exactly the time he said he would be here. He did such a wonderful job installing our countertops and sink ,which was no easy task given the fact that our house is old and the cabinets are not standard. Everything fits like it was original. We are very pleased in evert way with our experience with Bill Shea’s. I highly recommend them!

Darleen was very nice and helped us throughout the process. Paul accommodated our requirement for a quick turn around. We were in a custom RV and needed a sink under mounted to a counter made of corian. Once issue was the hole for the faucet needed a little file work to accommodate the houses. No big issue. I would love to be able to use them again.

We recently had both our bathrooms remodeled with the installation of walk in Corian showers done by Bills team. We couldn’t be happier. We did a studs out renovation and the team coordinated by Jeanine at Bills was excellent. Every person was pleasant , professional and cleaned up each day. Jeanine was our contact person and communicated each weeks plan a head of time. Our end result are beautiful bathrooms with Black Matte fixtures and are very happy.

Bill Shea's recently replaced our kitchen countertop, and backsplash and we love it! We highly recommend that you consult with them if you are thinking of replacing your countertops. Doreen is really great and prompt with communicating and with follow-up, and the guys who installed the countertop and did the plumbing were on time, great to talk to, and did an excellent job. We have had experiences in the past of working with uncommunicative contractors, so the folks at Bill Shea's are like a breath of fresh air!

Bill Shea's recently completed a renovation of our kitchen and it came out fantastic. They gave us expert advice in the design and selection of cabinets and countertops. In addition we were given a calendar with construction dates of the process which was spot on with no delays much to our satisfaction. They are very professional and thorough and we would highly recommend them for anyone considering having kitchen renovations done.

Doreen Kelly came to our home and measured up our counters, showed us samples and presented us with an estimate that was acceptable for us to proceed. A trip to a local granite wholesaler to pick out our stone and two visits from the men measuring our granite and Corian countertops later resulted in a seamless project the following week. The demo, installation and coordination of the plumbing was flawless and completed within a few hours. Beautiful counter tops with minimum effort on our part. Friendly and helpful installers all around. We are very happy with our new counter tops.

I am in love all over again! My countertop has given my kitchen a new life. I love the larger sinkthat just flows from my counter with no edges that will ever need caulking. It is almost a pleasure doing my dishes. The installation was flawless not only because of the experience and expertise of the installers but also because Doreen was right on point with the initial measure and insight in possible problems of installation. We called Bill Shea's over the summer and had a limited time to replace our old formica countertops, since we had tenants arriving in a few weeks. We were able to make an appointment right away and Bill and his assistant were there as promised, on time. They were both very nice, professional, quick and thorough, and asked all the right questions as to our likes and needs. They scheduled the template person on the spot, who came a few days later, as planned - another very pleasant and professional person. At that time we scheduled the installation and it came off without a hitch. The counters are beautiful Corian, we have new sinks as well, and we supplied the new faucets, which they installed at the same time. We were, and still are, very happy with the entire process.

We hired Bill Shea's Countertops to remodel the bathroom in our rental unit in Braintree. Bill Shea's installed Corian around the tub, and on the floor, and their general contractor (JA) did all of the demolition and carpentry. We met Bill himself at the beginning of the project, and then worked with the general contractor throughout. They recommended and scheduled a plumber (JC) and an electrician (PP), whom we paid ourselves. We selected the fixtures (tub, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, etc.). The house is one hundred years old, and the bathroom was demo'd to the studs. We obtained the permits from the town of Braintree. We did the finish painting ourselves. Their general contractor was professional, extremely competent, easy to talk with and to make changes with. The bathroom turned out great, and was finished on schedule. The plumber and electrician that they suggested were great to work with as well. The project was not inexpensive, but having the work turn out so well was worth the expense. Wife & I went to Bill Shea's to check out counters knowing Corian was generally what we were seeking. At each stage, we were treated great. At the showroom we were promptly greeted, given a brief lay of the land then allowed to roam freely. The showroom provided several examples of counters - plenty to visualize how our house might look. Sales people were available when needed but not intrusive at all. They really let us explore without interruption. Wife is a teacher and gave Bill Shea's an "A" at this point. The rep who came to our home arrived on time, had plenty of samples, was "super friendly" as advertised and helped guide us through the decision process without any sense of pressure. Step two in the process gets another "A" Template guys showed up as scheduled a few days later. Arrived on time, did the job efficiently and were clean and polite. Same story as above - another "A". The installers were AWESOME!!! Very skilled, personable and neat. Floor and appliances were all relatively new so I admit to being a bit nervous something might gt dinged but no reason to be concerned. They were both super careful to cover and protect everything. In the end, their work really helped transform our kitchen. The counters and their work completely surpassed my expectations. Outstanding job guys.

I had a thoroughly wonderful experience with Bill Shea's Countertops. The salesperson was very helpful and not the least bit pushy. I had gone back and forth about changing just the countertops or doing the whole kitchen. Everyone else I talked to wanted me to do the whole thing -- Elizabeth (the salesperson) gave me the confidence to just do the countertops and that turned out to be just right for me (I think everyone else just wanted more $$). The process was very easy, everyone came on time, everyone did their job just like they said they would. Originally I thought I would be able to keep my old faucet, but the plumber recommended that I get a new one and I was very glad in the end. I just can't say enough about this company! When I can, I am planning to have them come back and change the bathroom countertops and sinks, too.

Very pleasant experience. Although the appointment for the template showed up late, the installation was on time and excellent. The template was not perfect, but the installer returned immediately and did a great job. From beginning to end the project was finished in less than 2 wks.

They did great work for me and they installed a new bathroom counter when I lived up at The Falls condo association in Quincy, but when I moved to Quincy Shore Drive to get a quote from their representative, she came out was very pleasant and sent me a partial quote by email, but I never heard from her again, and that was two years ago! I wanted to have a walk-in shower installed, which can be expensive. They quoted me about $10,000 before the glass doors were installed, which would bring the whole job up to close to $17,000. The represesentative - Nicole, said she was waiting to get the glass door quote, but she never got back to me. Winnie

I have no problem with the fabrication of the counter tops. They did a great job. What I do have a problem with is the lack of communication both before and after the install. The rep never showed up for the initiaI measurement without letting us know and we were promised a 'friends and family' discount on the countertops, but mysteriously this discount never appeared. Even after sending a registered letter to the owner himelf, I have had no response. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here and have elected to choose another company for my upcoming countertop installations.

I had a terrible first experience at Bill Shea's. At first, the service seemed great -- I called and someone called me back right away. Later that night, I sent a sketch of my kitchen counter tops to my sales rep. After I sent the sketch, I never heard back from her. I emailed and left her voicemails and never heard back. Exactly one week later, I finally reached her and she told me I should have called her cell phone # and not work #. She then sent me pricing, which was nearly double the price I received from Home Depot. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I called during the weekend to make an appointment and no call back , I also sent an email and no response, I then called and spoke to a woman who was very nice and made an appointment very quickly for a free estimador dating that week at 8:30 am. Wow I was impressed, however 2 hours later on a Saturday, I wait and no call to say they are late or something happened or apologize for not show up , zip .. nothing , just me waiting around for no one to show up. This is a show of poor customer consideration, my time is as valuable as theirs.

Hello, I moved into my first condo and replaced the countertop with corian from Bill Shea's in Quincy. I have had the worst experience...to start with I gave them the model of my range, but they cut the countertop incorrectly and left two pieces in the back, which had to be removed. The cut on the left of the range at a slant and after contacting them through my contractor they said they would add a patch for around $250! I don't feel I should pay for their mistake. This countertop scratches with everyday use. I had a few friends over and opened a bottle of wine and circles were left behind. The countertop has so many scratches that I have to replace it and was told by Bill Shea's that they will only replace this with another of their Corian countertops. Absolutely not! BUYER BEWARE! This is my first help review and I would like to post the shocking pictures, but don't see any link to add them.

I wish I had read reviews about Bill Shea's before I hired them to add a backsplash to my kitchen. Not only were the people in the office extremely unprofessional but I found that they were extremely rude. I was recommended by a former customer of theirs and he seemed happy with their service so I decided to give them a chance. I visited the showroom on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday of the following week at 10:30am. By 10:45am, their employee was a no-show and I had to call her to remind her of our appointment. After my appointment, I was told that she would send me a quote when she returned to the office. I received the quote about week later via email; however, there was no subject in the title line and it was almost deleted. Finally, the day of the installation arrived. I was told that the installers would be at my house between 7:00 - 7:30am. I then received another email a couple of days later indicating that the installers would be arriving between 8:00 - 9:00am. At 9:30am, I had to call Bill Shea's and my sales rep. to find out where the installers were. Apparently they were sent to another job and no one at Bill Shea's informed me of this. When the installers arrived (they were very professional), I received a phone call from the sales rep. informing me that my gas stove needed to be disconnected and plumber was on his way. She indicated that I would be paying that cost. I ended up paying $195 for a plumber because the sales rep. didn't inform me at the time she did my measurements that my stove would need to be disconnected. I sent an email to Bill Shea about this charge and received a phone call from him the following day. He informed me that the installers thought they could put in the backsplash without having to move the stove; however, when they realized they couldn't, it was decided that a plumber would have to called. Again, I told the owner that I didn't believe that was something I should have to pay because they are the ones that made the initial decision to install the backsplash without moving the stove and he started to yell at me. I finally told him to only call me when the final piece of my backsplash was ready to be installed and hung up. They are the worst company that I've ever had to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking of using their services, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Republican Buyer's Beware!!!! If you are a Republican and you are considering giving this company your business and more importantly, your hard earned money, DON'T BOTHER!!! My husband & I received a quote from one of the women in the showroom back in February. This morning, we went by the office to pick out Corian samples for a bath remodel. While we were there (and the only customers present), two employees engaged in a loud discussion that included plenty of derogatory and disrespectful comments towards Republicans, Trump and, as one female employee put it: "99% of the country is stupid"! Why on earth would employees make such offensive and inflammatory comments in a place of business in front of potential customers? We were so upset driving home, my husband decided to turn the car around, go back in and let them know how we felt about what transpired in our presence. Bill Shea, the owner, was called into the showroom and my husband proceeded to tell him what had occurred. He also informed Mr. Shea that we are aware that they advertise on WRKO Radio, a CONSERVATIVE media outlet, and that is how we heard about them! My husband also informed him that we were no longer interested in doing business with a company whose employees would conduct themselves so rudely and unprofessionally in front of potential customers. All Mr. Shea had to say during this entire time was a mere "ok". Bill Shea did not have enough consideration and respect to offer us an apology! Anyone out there that would be willing to give this guy one penny of their money is a FOOL! Shame on you Bill Shea AND your employees!!!!!!!!

Sales person wanted to be in and out as fast as possible. When I called to make a change she was not acceptable to change. Said she would cancel the template appointment but never did. The company does not check to see if you are satisfied or if there were problem. Would never use them again.

I had a fairly poor experience with Bill Shea's. They showed up late for their template appointment and *hours* late for the installation appointment. They left a black mark and spot in one of the Corian seams, which I only discovered after they left and haven't been able to sand out myself, and since they dropped off the face of the earth after installation (stopped responding to my emails, which I send on three occasions, including one to the eponymous Mr Shea himself.), I never had the chance to ask anyone to fix it. They also billed me for "tear-out and removal," which was work simply not performed, since I had done that work myself. When I asked them to remove the charge, they mumbled something about having already given me a discount and then stopped returning my emails, as mentioned above. Communication was the worst of all. My sales person required multiple follow-ups from me at every step in the process just for me to get really basic information like a written quote, confirmation of the template and install dates, etc. On top of it all, a second quote came in from another firm after I had already placed a deposit with Bill Shea's, and it came in at about 25% less for the same job! I wish I had gone with them.
