I’m a commercial truck driver and today I accidentally locked myself out of my truck the staff at this facility were so sweet to me and they went above and beyond with allowing me to use their phones and even made sure I stayed cool since it was a hot day they also gave me bottled water I’ll always remember this and when I purchase my future home I know exactly where I’m going to purchase my countertops…….sincerely thank you so much

I love, love, LOVE my new countertops! I recently bought my first condo and could not stand the Formica countertops already in place but didn't think I could afford new ones. Boy was I wrong! I sent an e-mail request to Shea's asking for a quote on Wednesday and got a call back the next day. By Saturday morning I had Doreen in taking a look, getting rough measurements, and helping me narrow down my options. Roughly two weeks later the counters were ready to install! I'm SO happy with the glacier white Corian countertops I chose and Lee and Nick were great throughout the whole, torturous, installation (the Formica provided some unexpected resistance and challenges but they overcame them all!). Better yet, I have room in my budget for tile backsplash! I could not be happier and I would 100% recommend them to family and friends. I also used Alliance Plumbing and Heating at Shea's recommendation for my new kitchen sink and faucet install and they were amazing as well. In my humble opinion you can't go wrong with Shea's!

Just finished our countertop and sink install today. Everything was as promised and everyone we dealt with was professional and very friendly. Doreen started our journey with us and held our hands the whole time. Tim came to measure and then returned for the install at exactly the time he said he would be here. He did such a wonderful job installing our countertops and sink ,which was no easy task given the fact that our house is old and the cabinets are not standard. Everything fits like it was original. We are very pleased in evert way with our experience with Bill Shea’s. I highly recommend them!

Darleen was very nice and helped us throughout the process. Paul accommodated our requirement for a quick turn around. We were in a custom RV and needed a sink under mounted to a counter made of corian. Once issue was the hole for the faucet needed a little file work to accommodate the houses. No big issue. I would love to be able to use them again.

We recently had both our bathrooms remodeled with the installation of walk in Corian showers done by Bills team. We couldn’t be happier. We did a studs out renovation and the team coordinated by Jeanine at Bills was excellent. Every person was pleasant , professional and cleaned up each day. Jeanine was our contact person and communicated each weeks plan a head of time. Our end result are beautiful bathrooms with Black Matte fixtures and are very happy.

Bill Shea's recently replaced our kitchen countertop, and backsplash and we love it! We highly recommend that you consult with them if you are thinking of replacing your countertops. Doreen is really great and prompt with communicating and with follow-up, and the guys who installed the countertop and did the plumbing were on time, great to talk to, and did an excellent job. We have had experiences in the past of working with uncommunicative contractors, so the folks at Bill Shea's are like a breath of fresh air!

Doreen Kelly came to our home and measured up our counters, showed us samples and presented us with an estimate that was acceptable for us to proceed. A trip to a local granite wholesaler to pick out our stone and two visits from the men measuring our granite and Corian countertops later resulted in a seamless project the following week. The demo, installation and coordination of the plumbing was flawless and completed within a few hours. Beautiful counter tops with minimum effort on our part. Friendly and helpful installers all around. We are very happy with our new counter tops.

I am in love all over again! My countertop has given my kitchen a new life. I love the larger sinkthat just flows from my counter with no edges that will ever need caulking. It is almost a pleasure doing my dishes. The installation was flawless not only because of the experience and expertise of the installers but also because Doreen was right on point with the initial measure and insight in possible problems of installation. The plumber was simply great. Quite a team you have, Bill Shea.....ever think about managing the Red Sox? I congratulate you on a timely job done with pride. Thank you.

I have no problem with the fabrication of the counter tops. They did a great job. What I do have a problem with is the lack of communication both before and after the install. I was promised a 'friends and family' discount on the countertops, but mysteriously this discount never appeared. Even after sending a registered letter, I have had no response. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here and have elected to choose another company for my upcoming countertop installations.

Do a good job. Have people who show up and know what they are doing!!! I'd never recommend this place to work in my house .......
