We bought a house and decided to do a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. We went to their showroom to look at the samples. Super friendly and helpful staff to show us some different material options. After we decided what we want, we send it to Michelle to schedule measurements. Her guy came and took measurements. Soon enough, we got the rendering and price quote. After we were ready for Installation. Her guys came and started work. They were fast, friendly and professional. They also kept the workspace organized and clean even tho there were cutting and drilling. We are very happy with the quality and price. We are happy that we did not go with IKEA which we were leaning towards. We will post pic once we get all the appliances in place.

I like that B & F Cabinets are professional and responsive. Our cabinets and countertops are good quality and, were on time! We would refer them to family and friends.

Not responsive customer service seems to be overwhelmed and not able to respond in timely fashion to quotes and orders. Tried calling and told to order via email, multiple emails went unanswered/I responded to. Will be going with different vendor, the cabinet options are decent but service is not

I had a really good experience here. I spoke with Sidia over the phone first, exchanged a few emails on the floor plan and what my plans were. She was extremely helpful and very communicative. Easy process. They measured and installed with no issues. I would highly highly recommend them.

Came in to purchase new cabinets and received the worse customer service I have ever received. The sales managers first comment to her coworker upon me walking in was “they don’t let me eat my lunch” and proceeding to ask me what I needed. She did not even get off her seat to properly approach an incoming customer. This was my second trip here. I had came in hours earlier in the day , and on my first visit she was very rude as well. I told her my parents had came in the day before , and her response was “so what’s the question” she didn’t really give me a chance to tell her the reason I was there. Eventually I told her I was there to purchase cabinets. She proceeded to tell me she would check. I assumed she would do a quick check. But she rudely said she didn’t know how long it would take her to check and would contact when she was ready. While the customer service I’ve received thus far has been very poor, I am still planning on buying cabinets. And will reevaluate my current rating after the sale is complete over the next 2 days. At which point I’ll review on yelp and bbb accordingly. Management is welcome to give me a call. I left my contact information. This is in reply to Joseph's response : Joseph, there are some statements that are not accurate. I was not quick to leave. Quite the contrary. I had freed my schedule to be able to handle it all yesterday. The only reason I left the store was because when she said she would check if the cabinet was in stock she said "give me your number and I will call you when I am ready" I was willing to wait. She implied it would be a couple of hours and she rather call me to let me know. Secondly, the complaint is by far in reference to the design and that timing. It was the service and her attitude. I have yet to hear back from anyone from the store to remedy.

A great satisfaction to work with Sidia who makes it all easier with her excellent customer service skills and job knowledge, combined with a genuine friendliness that always exceeds my expectations! After receiving a very expensive bid from another cabinet company I was given Michelle's contact information. She reached out right away and sent a person to measure the space. The design she gave was great, we made a couple of changes and Michelle was great to work with. I made a visit to the showroom to see the cabinets and and verify the quality. I was very pleased with what I saw. The price was very good - less than half of the other bid. Installation was amazing - I was so impressed by the hard working staff that spent the day and the evening installing the kitchen cabinets and the countertops. I had a few requests and they were accommodated right away! I would highly recommend B&F Cabinet! I have already shared Michelle's contact information as I received many compliments on my gorgeous kitchen. Thank you!
