I had a water damage in my house, resulting in have to replace the cabinet. After shopping around, I decided to work with Better Home. I absolutely made a good decision! First, the co-owner, Feifei, worked extremely hard to give me a professional design in just 3 days. She came by my house several times to measure the kitchen and also ensure the cabinet matches my home style. I am so impressed by her responsibility and passion. Second, I gave Better Home many feedbacks about the design (sorry, I know I am picky person). Better Home always respond me in time. They improved the design more than 10 times to ensure I get what I want. This company really keeps customer obsession in mind. Third, the stuff is honest. They never try to sell the most expensive items to me. Instead, they explain me the differences between products, always recommend the products that best suits my needs and budget. Forth, communication. Better Home always proactively update me about the progress. They let me feel I am always their priority and valued customer. Fifth, during the delivery and installation, several parts have some minor issues (could be acceptable by a non picky people). Better Home immediately stepped in and helped us reorder the parts. Overall, having a water damage is not fun, but working with Better Home definitely a great experience.
