Five stars for Best Way Marble & Tile's excellent communication, fabrication, installation, material and price. I am in the middle of a 'budget' remodel of my kitchen. The counter is one thing I cannot replace myself. I decided I wanted polished Taj Mahal quartzite for the counter and contacted ten fabricators. I ended up choosing Best Way Marble & Tile and am glad I did. Jacob was very responsive to all of my communications and always honored his word, a quality which seems hard to find these days. The measurer, fabricators and installers were all clearly experienced (some had decades of experience) and they all did and excellent job. The quartzite was sourced from Arizona Tile, which to me seemed like the mothership of all slab yards. I LOVE my new counter. Best Way was excellent all around. I will use them in the future for my kitchen floor and bathroom tile.

*** Buyer BEWARE *** This company has low integrity.
I have a slightly longer countertop length than standard (11 ft) which made it hard to look for suitable granite slabs in my price range. I searched a half dozen companies until I came across this company. They had a slab long enough for my countertop as well as 2 smaller pieces for side counters in a price range that would not break my bank. To budget and pay off the project I split the order in two, ordering the smaller 2 pieces first. The plan was to install them and pay off the balance in a couple months and then order the long piece. The worker there (Robert) promised me that he would save the granite piece until I was ready to order it in a couple months. I received the first 2 pieces and they were marvelous and I was ready to write a 5 star review. I went back to the company for the final piece and was notified that the granite that was being saved for me was given to someone else!!! Robert now stated to the owner that he told me their policy was not to hold anything longer than a month - clearly different than what he told me before, probably to save himself from being fired. I was very upset. Now I was stuck having installed the first 2 pieces and having a bare kitchen counter for the long piece. The wife of the owner tried to save the day and stated that they were ordering more of the material and could get my order in a couple weeks. A week later the husband owner (Eddie) called me and said they were not getting any more of the material. I had to settle for piecing together the countertop with smaller pieces. To add insult to injury, when I explained the situation to Eddie, he stated "We have plenty of satisfied customers so it won't break the bank for us to have an unsatisfied one."
Now I have seams in the counter and the material doesn't even match (different shades) which makes the whole countertop look awful. I spent 3 months salary for this project and feel like I wasted my money. I could have just cut some granite pieces I have laying around and get a similar appearance. This company has low integrity and should not be supported.

I had Best Way put a counter top in my bathroom. They were very professional and on time. They responded to all of my questions and really seemed to want to help. I was so pleased with the work they did a little over a year ago, that I am getting ready to hire them again for my other bathroom. I recommend them.

I've worked with Best Way Marble on several projects. They have fair prices, great customer service and a good selection of custom and prefab quartz as well as marble.
Pro Tip: Take a peek at their countertop storage garden. It's filled with slabs on the deck for other projects. There are some to-die-for pieces there.

I was very please with Bestway Marble. Dennis helped me look at slabs at their shop. I did not find what exact color I was looking for, I am kinda picky ;).... But they referred me to a slab yard in Carson and I found something there. Bestway picked up the material, cut the edge with Dennis helped me design. When they installed the workers finished in one day and where clean, unlike my cabinet installers. The price was a bit higher than some other places, but I felt like they were going to do a good job.

I worked with a designer and unfortunately trusted her and used Best Way Marble to fabricate my kitchen countertop. It has been the worst experience I have ever had.
I remodels few of my other houses and not once came across to such substandard contractors as these people.
I spent $8045 on the countertop and left with fractured and damaged countertop caused by their installers. They have been going back and forth for few months already to correct their error but always come up with excuses.
Now I am left with such poor quality and all they offered is $600 repair credit. None of their repairs attempts were successful.
Please do not use this company if you want quality work.
Updated review:
The company sent me a message stating that I chose to deduct $600 from my last bill. FAlSE!!! I was told to do so by the designer who chose this company to work with. They were doing all the dealing in between them.
The company also accused me (their reply to this review) for not buying enough marble to do the project. The material was enough to do the job if they did not fracture it. I guess they want their customers to buy much more marble so in case they mess up and fracture the expensive marble, they can have lots of left over to redo it.
Customers be aware of the fact that they will sell you much more material needed for your project just to cover their potential errors.
Deducting $600 was not the solution. The right solution was to give me a good end result. Expensive counter tops are meant to last long time and it is not something to be replaced regularly,

Does Best-Way Marble & Tile offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Best-Way Marble & Tile performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Best-Way Marble & Tile provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Best-Way Marble & Tile, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Best-Way Marble & Tile in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
