These folks did my kitchen cabinets and countertops about 4 year's ago. Made the process super easy and had no issue with me doing the demo and basic remodel except for the cabinets and countertops. They cut the granite on site to ensure accuracy. I recently had my soft close roller stop soft closing, gave a call and $10 later I have my new roller set in hand. No fuss what so ever. I would highly recommend them.

The prices are very competitive but their selection is not as wide as others. All their cabinets come with soft close but no hardware and they don’t sell hardware in store. Kourtney was very helpful in helping me get a bid. All quarts countertops are the same price.

These guys are awesome! We purchased a bathroom vanity with countertop as well as our kitchen countertop from them, and they are absolutely stunning! Kevin and his staff were super helpful and extremely considerate of our home when they installed the countertop. They do amazing work, and we will be using them again to remodel our next bathroom.

Kevin and his team are fantastic. His installers are amiable, professional and do work that exceeds expectations. On time, best prices and great quality. What more could you ask for. I did my own demo and prep and his team worked with me to make sure the installation went perfectly. I used them on my son's renovation for kitchen and bath, and later on my own house for countertops, hearth and a custom furniture top. Highly recommended.

We had a really great experience with Best Kitchen Cabinet and Granite. Our contractor originally sent us to a place near here to pick out cabinets, countertops and sinks for our master bathroom remodel, but we were extremely unimpressed with both their products and their service. We left that place after wasting an hour going around in circles with the staff and had only 15 minutes before we had to head back home for an appointment. Since we HAD to have things picked out on that day, we yelped nearby places and found BK C&G. We walked in, found the exact same materials we had wanted at the previous place, asked for a quote, which they provided to us in less than 1 minute, and it was less than 1/3 what the other place had quoted us. Also, they could have everything ready within a week (the other place told us it would take several weeks to ship from China...and that shipping would cost several hundred $$$ in addition). Best Kitchen Cabinet and Granite was straightforward about pricing and easy to work with (we ordered over email/phone). We had our contractor install so I can't speak to that service, but everything fits perfectly.

We chose this company after getting estimates all around our area for quartz countertops. It was the only prefab option, and was by far the lowest estimate. After researching prefab vs custom, we decided to go with prefab for the savings. The countertops were installed yesterday and I am so happy with the results! They were installed quickly and efficiently, the seams are barely noticeable, and the overall look is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Best Kitchen.

Had 5 quartz countertops installed last month, (April 2016) & they did a really professional job. Showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves & did a great job of installation. Each tiny house had it own little quirks but the guys did a great job of measuring & it all went smooth & completely satisfied with the work & quality!!!

I shopped around ALOT before deciding to go with these guys. I am very satified with the cabinets and the customer service I received. Cabinets were ready when they said, when I arrived to pick them up ( we are installing ourselves) they were wrapped up for protection. I wanted to see them before loading so they unwrapped all of them without any fuss at all and then rewrapped them. There were 2 doors I did not like so they allowed me to swap them out for other doors. I got the Cherry Cabinets, they are beautiful and very good quality, great prices and I have to give them a BIG shout for the excellent customer service !!!

I've used Best Kitchen for at least six or seven years, 8 or 9 kitchens, and more bathrooms, laundries, and bar tops than I can remember. They do good work. They have good prices. They accommodate customers and provide polite service. In response to the other review--because my experience has been so different--I'd like to ask why the contractor didn't have a fabricator he'd worked with previously, who installed and leveled the cabinets and plywood, and how, apart from language barrier, it was so difficult to point to exactly where you wanted a hole drilled. Coupled with the comment on the price, it makes me wonder if she's reviewing the right place. Bottom line is I trust these guys with my customers, and my customers keep sending me more work.

This review is based on not receiving a response to my quote request. I had to call and was told the guy who's suppose to be checking the quotes didn't do it. Well that's apparent. Turns out they don't have the style of cabinet I need, but a response would have been nice, either way.

My contractor had gotten good reviews about Best Kitchen from other contractor friends who generally work on the Eastside. He suggested we work with them. The quality of the granite was good but the installation was not. We had to have them come back twice to fix major problems with alignment, polishing and visibly uneven finish. They were rude and hostile about our feedback, saying "It's good enough for Medina..." and "If you don't like it we can pull it out," rather than just fixing the problems without a fuss. It's a small company and the installer we got spoke very poor English making it difficult to communicate about problems or requests. We wanted the holes for the faucet drilled into the granite in a certain way but couldn't get the installer to do what we wanted due to lack of language skills. They set our project back about two weeks with the runaround they gave us. Don't use these guys--we paid top dollar for subpar work!
