Horrible. Plain and simple, from the bid that we were told was "too low", after signing the contract and ordering and paying for the material, to the installation which took over a week and a half, a few hours at a time. The most frustrating part of an entire patio remodel. We felt as if we were baited and switched and also very unimportant to the company, since it seems like every other job came first and they would set up arrival times and show up late or cancel hours later. AND yes, by the way we did end up paying extra. If you like to be frustrated, use these guys.

Initial service was good overall, however, it was very disappointing when they did not stand behind their work, nor labor warranty, that was not done correctly/evenly initially. Collecting additional fee seemed overtly important.

Bella Stones! You guys did a phenomenal job. I generally hate contractors because of how unprofessional and sloppy they are, however that was not my experience with you and your team. Your team was professional and precise! The work was immaculate and you all were a joy to work with. Thanks

I was blown away at the level of customer service and the installing process. Everything was well communicated and on time. When remodeling a kitchen you work with several contractors and most often you need to prepare yourself with adversity. When it came to Bella Stone not one thing went wrong.

I was referred to Bella Stones by Vadara, our Quartz manufacturer. We wanted to replace our builder backsplash with a matching slab of Vadara Quartz (our existing countertop). They secured a slab and worked to map out the best pieces for the most visible sections and fit as many pieces with the single slab. They had excellent communication the entire time and were able to make the process very smooth. Our backsplash project came out great. From templating, layout, to installation everything was great. We are incredibly pleased with how everything turned out. Would definitley use them again for future stone. Thank you Bella Stones!

Bella Stones was so wonderful to work with! They carried the stone that I needed, gave me a competitive price and was able to install in record time. They recommended the best layout of the pieces on the slabs to make the joints between pieces as invisible as possible and took advantage of the material's movement for optimum impact. Their customer service was excellent, making sure I was happy with the results. Thank you Sarah & Juan and entire installation team.

Highly recommended! Excellent customer service from Sarah and Juan. They stored my two slabs for a few weeks then cut it the same day they made the template. The next day my countertop was installed! Great job by the installers. It looks soooooooo good! We also love Perfect Granite Solutions for care and maintenance of natural stone. They're located just down the road from Bella Stone. Great work! Thank you.

I want to thank Sarah, Juan, Adrian, Eric, Ernie, and all the supporting members of the team at Bella Stones on the beautiful granite countertops and backsplashes for my 30ft x 14ft kitchen! Bella Stones was one of six or seven referrals I received from Bedrosian Slabs. I sent a total of 3 quote requests to various referrals and after meeting Sarah and Juan at Bella Stones gallery, I felt most confidant with their business operation. I pride myself on making good choices, and when it comes to home renovations, sometimes luck comes into play. I don't know what was involved, but I'm so happy with myself that I picked Bella Stones! Working with Bella Stones felt effortless. I received a quick response from Sarah on my quote request. She helped me procure 3 granite slabs at a discounted rate. The entire process from initial quote, contract approval, template, corner sample approval, installation, and clean up was 10 days. The quick turnaround was beyond my expectations and I was thrilled to finally have my kitchen completed. My project did have it's challenges and the team and I worked through them with timely response and clear communication. Please enjoy the pictures I posted as references. They don't do justice to convey the scope, scale, care, and professionalism from the team at Bella Stones.

We pay a visit to Bella Stones over the weekend and boom here is Sarah rushing to accommodate us. Service wise is excellent. She was able to show us and tell us the different kinds of stone and their origin. She can sell it for half if we don't need the whole slab. Sarah also gave us the prices to give as an idea on things in case your ready to buy one. She hand her business card and a form. On our way out, me and my friend was discussing that this is a good customer service even if the price is higher but the bottom line is the quality of the service they can offer. Right! Definitely worth checking this place.

I was searching all over Anaheim for the perfect slab of countertop I wanted and when we ran into Bella Stones we did not have to search any further. The pieces of material they carry are gorgeous but what I was more pleased with was the customer service, along with the great price! We compared prices, fabrication, and sizing to different factories around Anaheim and Bella Stones has it all! If you're looking for beyond great customer service, great pricing, and a place that includes the installation and fabrication Bella Stones is the place to go! Beyond happy with my experience. Bella Stones recently installed my new quartz kitchen island and countertop. We were challenging customers because we needed to satisfy a husband, wife and designer, all with different opinions! Robin was the best! She was extremely patient with us and helped us find 2 different slabs (one for island and one for back counters) that everyone agreed on. When it came time for installation, Sarah scheduled installers on a Saturday so that my job could continue on Monday. The sink and appliances fit perfectly based on their fabrication. I would highly recommend Bella Stones. A special Thank You to Robin for her professionalism!

I just installed black slab porcelain countertops in my kitchen with Sarah from this company and they look amazing. I specifically chose porcelain slabs due to allergies that I have and also because they are so durable and need no maintenance. It's been such a great experience, the countertops look so sleek in the matt black that I chose. They are doing the backsplash in a red subway tile that I picked out. I asked the company to use certain types of products during installation due to my heavy allergies and they were so great about finding me specific things that I asked for. I checked other companies before deciding on this one and they had the most competitive prices on this stone that I was looking for. The customer service, installation and the product have also been really great. I'm looking to do my bathrooms next.

We wanted to get quartz countertops for our kitchen that we're remodeling, and Bella Stones was very easy to work with from beginning to end. We specifically wanted to look at Aurea slabs, and Bella Stones was the only place in the area that had the whole slab sample for us to choose from (rather than small samples that always look nothing like the real thing). Their service was quick and efficient, and it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend!

Bella Stone has done our kitchen, three bathrooms, fireplace hearth, flooring and our new laundry/craftroom. We keep using them because of the quality of work from beginning to end. They are flexible with our schedule, had a wide variety of quality products to choose from, and the installation was fantastic! Having used them so many times, a word of advice, be patient. They take their time with the measure, building the templates and installing the finished product. They are not slow at all but they will not rush to sacrifice quality and we appreciate that.

Sarah and Robyn responded to all inquiries very quickly and were a great help in getting through the entire process, from order to measure, to completion. The fabrication of the Silestone quartz countertops was ready for installation in one week following the measure. Very quick turn around. In fact they were able to fit me in for install on a cancellation within a week. Installers were scheduled to arrive between 11:00 - 12:00 and arrived at 1:45. Not unusual for construction, but this would be my only criticism. The crew was polite, efficient and completed the job in 2.5 hours. (It was beneficial that I could speak a little Spanish). I would recommend Bella Stones Inc. for your countertop projects..

I installed brand new modern kitchen cabinets and was underwhelmed with the countertop showrooms I visited in Orange County. That is until I happened to walk in to Bella Stones! They had full slabs on display in the showroom and it was a different feel compared to other showrooms. I thought this place had to be very $$$ but it was the complete opposite. Their prices for the material and labor was very very competitive. Sarah was very nice as well with no sales pressure. Well I have the countertops installed now and I couldn't be happier. The cutouts are all spot on accurate and the workers made sure everything was clean before they left. A Fantastic company to deal with!

The Dekton installation was done very well. I am an architect with a critical eye for perfection and the team at Bella Stones was great. The install crew was in and out in one day and they cleaned up well after completing the install. I'd recommend Bella Stones for any Dekton installation.

Things don't always go well when you're doing a Kitchen Remodel. One thing that went as close to 'perfect' as you can get was the whole experience for choosing and installing our Kitchen Counters. Bella Stones was recommended to us and we're thankful for that. From the very start, all the way through and the finished product was, and is, outstanding. They are customer focused and provide a real element of 'service' in each step of the project. The quality of their products, Cambria, (Quarts in our case) seems like it is a bit higher quality than the many other places we looked. Bella Stones' price was actually lower than other places that offered lessor quality. I highly recommend their product, their services and customer support.

We just had counters installed in our Kitchen, 3 Baths, and a hallway nook by Bella Stones. We went with Cambria Quartz - which is absolutely gorgeous. We love the look of the counters! Bella Stones was a pleasure to work with for our project. What I most appreciated about them was their honesty. We had 3 companies quote us for our project and Bella was very competitive. But what really made our decision to use Bella was their representative, Juan, who made us feel very confident in their abilities and professionalism. Sarah was also a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to wait for our cabinets to be completed - which took weeks and weeks beyond what was planned. Our project was a whole house remodel/addition and we have had our fair share of dishonest contractors. Bella was straightforward in their estimate, which was very competitive, and they were straightforward with the time frame, which they delivered on. The final result is really really nice. The seams are nearly invisible and the installers were very professional, clean, and nice. Thank you Bella Stones for our countertops! I know we'll have tons of great memories with our new kitchen and baths!

Bella Stones was a pleasure to work with. We remodeled our kitchen and used them for our new countertops. We had used another stone company previously for our bathroom, and although we were happy with that company, they were expensive so I decided to shop around before doing our kitchen. Bella Stones' quote came in over $1,000 less than the other company's price. Although there were some normal construction-hiccups along the way (which is always to be expected), they took good care of me and were always nice, pleasant and accommodating. We had an issue with a flaw on the island countertop, and they sent out the manufacturer to inspect it and then refabricated and replaced the entire island countertop, no questions asked. I have been very impressed with their customer service. I would definitely recommend them and I have already recommended them to two of my coworkers.

I had a quartz counter installed by someone other than Bella Stones. Huge huge huge mistake. After complaining to one of my friends, she suggested I call Bella Stone to have the counter replaced. A representative from Bella came to my home with the estimate to remove the existing quartz with the horrific seam and replace it with one piece -- no seam. Interestingly, this quote was less than what I paid for the highly unsatisfactory job. The demolition crew showed up as promised. They demolished the old counter without doing any damage to my cabinets or back splash. The demolition crew also made a template and a week later the installers were at my home. It took three men about three hours to install it perfectly. And it is perfect. No seam in the quartz, and the transition from the back splash of subway tile to the quartz counter top was completed. Absolutely beautiful. I was impressed with Bella Stone from the estimate to the completion. On time. Finished beautifully. I am so glad I decided to just go ahead with a second installation. The quality of this job causes me to forget the horrible first job that was done. I may actually start cooking in my adorable kitchen!

They did an amazing job with my kitchen. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and it can be very nerve wracking. I used them last year for 1 master bath / 1 jack and jill bath demolition and remodel and a kitchen counters. Although the the process took longer than was originally explained due to the fact that the sales person told me about the time actually install only and not the time to demo/ hot mop / dry/ schedule tile person / fix plumbing issues / finish tiling - I thought overall they did a very good job. They also had slabs that none of the other local businesses had. I was able to source amazing LG oversized quartz slabs that looked amazingly like real marble- i love these slabs. I was about to use them again so I thought I needed to post this as they only have miserable reviews. Four stars versus five because I thought they set my expectation too high on timing. But overall - i thought the quality/ finish and communication was very good.

For our recent bath remodel, we only needed a half slab of quartz for the countertop. When no one on Anaheim's tile row was able or willing to provide a half slab of Caesarstone, Bella Stones did. It was available for pickup within a few days. They have a good selection of Cambria quartz on display in their store. Slab prices are competitive with other retailers in the area.

I was pleased with recommendations for materials. Juan, who made templates, is an expert. However, I only give 3 stars due to installation. In addition to leaving a large gap against one wall, when cleaning countertops after installing, the acetone splashed on my brand new cabinets. It is going to cost me several hundred $$ with cabinet maker to repair.

Bella Stones has good customer service. Workmanship on my job was sloppy, botched. I paid a lot of money for my beautiful Cambria Quartz. Bella Stones did a bad job cutting and installing countertop, shower walls, and bathtub surround. Measurements and depth of quartz are inconsistent, placement was wrong, design or pattern mismatch, which is an important detail that should have been incorporated when installing. Costly mistakes are a difficult fix. My eyesore remains. Hiring Bella Stones was a huge mistake. Workmanship and installation on my job are terrible. Hire with caution.

If you are looking for a place to ONLY purchase a piece of quartz and have it cut, I would recommend Bella Stone. They have a GREAT selection of full slabs of quartz and an awesome roller system so you can pull out the slabs and see them in their entirety. The employees are nice, they were easy to work with and their prices are great. Unfortunately that is where the favorable review ends... I would definitely NOT recommend any of the contractors they use for the installation and finish work (backsplash, grout, caulking etc..) were sloppy, not high quality work and I just didn't feel they were skilled in their trade. Its only been 2 months and my grout is already cracking in places, its crooked in other places, and the pencil edge is not straight and does not match up, They gouged my wall in a couple spots and left a random gap in a corner and got grout all over my freshly painted walls in multiple spots in the kitchen and got white caulking all over my freshly painted grey walls in the bathroom and bar area. If I had to describe my experience to anyone I would say it was a MESS!

CROOKS...that's all I can say. We contracted Bella Stone to install all of our granite. We had 3 full slabs delivered to their facility. We finished the kitchen with 1 and 3/4 slab. We were saving the 1 and 1/4 slab for the top of the dining room buffet and bathroom counter top. We stayed in touch with them. When we were ready for the additional slabs to be used they showed us some low quality stone that was maybe 1/8 of a slab. IF ANY ONE ASKS ME...DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It was not my intention to post this, Bella Stones left me no options but to make people aware of their customer service. Please consider looking else where for stone fabrication and installation work. May 9th Saturday Bella Stone came to the office to take measurements of reception counter. Bella said they will call on Monday to schedule installation. No response. May 14th Thursday 2 calls placed to Bella. No response. May 15th Friday 3 calls placed to Bella. No response. May 16th Saturday Called made to Bella. Finally spoke with someone, Jackie who states that the stone will be installed on Monday or Tuesday. No one showed up or called to confirm. May 19th Tuesday 3 calls made to Bella. Finally spoke with an office girl, Jackie? Who states that the stone will now be installed on Wednesday 20th at noon. May 20th Wednesday Noon passed, no one showed up. I called again. I get a text message at 1:03 PM stating that the installer is running behind and will be there around 3 to 3:30 PM. I responded with text to confirm and text response back stated "he is going for sure and I already told my manager right now". Once I received confirmation, I then had to cancel my afternoon patients to accommodate the installer. At 4:09 PM still no installer had shown up. I had my employee stay overtime until 6 PM waiting for the installer. No one showed up and no one called. 4 calls made to Bella. May 21st Thursday A total of 7 calls made to Bella, finally answering on the 7th call at 9:38 AM. I asked to speak to Manager, Juan was placed on the phone. He apologized and had me on hold while he called his installers, the hold was not muted and I heard the entire conversation in Spanish with giggling and laughing as I waited. He then tells me that his guys are in Newport Beach and will be sent over in 30 minutes. Installers showed close to noon. During that conversation Juan said he would discount the final bill but we did not agree on any number. When the installer was wrapping up the install he informed the front office staff that we needed to put a check in the mail for $545.00 In addition to the phone calls that I placed to Bella, my designer Nanette placed numerous calls on a daily basis and either did not get a response or was told that someone will call back with an installation time. Those call backs never occurred.

my kitchen contractor sub contracted them for the granite. There is a small piece of granite that fits behind the cook top about six inches off the main island on a little wall. They set that piece on the island on some foam. I did not inspect it since I knew my kitchen contractor was going to install it. When he came to install the small piece the next day, he flipped it over and noticed that the polished side had three noticeable scratches. I called Bella Stone. Instead of coming to fix it, they blamed the kitchen contractor - yes, the same guy who had me hire them. Pretty funny in a way. Safe to say he won't be using them again, and neither will I. It's sad to think they would allow their reputation to be tainted by a few scratches that would take ten minutes to polish with the right equipment.
