They opened promptly at 8 on a Saturday, and the men and women working were wonderful! Super helpful and knowledgeable. They had amazing tile and samples to send me home with. I would go back 10/10 times.

Went in. No one asked to help us. Looked around. Same product as other tile stores. Nothing we wanted so we left.

The staff at Bedrosians are excellent! I'm very disappointed with my tile selection though. The backsplash is the focal highlight of the kitchen and the Cloe tile I purchased chips if you look at it wrong. I would expect better quality for the price. So sad and so disappointed.

Very complicated in their Odering process. John needs improvement on his customer service skills. very disappointed. we were looking forward to adding another tile line.

Where to start... This company has no integrity and is a rip off. They sell tiles that are supposed to be the same but they are not. So you spend thousands on a product that can be used because the specs are different from a previous order. Their response is that any sale is non returnable even if they know they are shipping the wrong product. Stay away from this company.

Tucson, AZ store, Lisa Bettiga is a true GEM! Last week I flew in from PA to purchase stone. This after shopping endlessly in August in Phoenix, and Philly (where we live) and at competitors there in Tucson. Lisa saw me walk in the store and knew I needed a hand. She was EXACTLY who I needed that day. Her knowledge of construction practices was helpful in determining needs and her experience helped in focusing me on a few types/flavors of granite. After just a short time I had EXACTLY what I needed! Thank you Lisa!!

This tile is beautiful once installed but bedrosians customer service is a nightmare to deal with. 1) if you decide to order tile from here be sure to open every box immediately and inspect every single tile for broken or damaged tiles. You only have 5 days to make a claim. 2) This policy is not stated anywhere in any of the order confirmations you will receive. We had almost an entire box broken and had no idea because they were tiles in the middle of the boxes. We ordered 7 boxes of tile and apparently we were supposed to inspect every tile within 5 days. When I called today to get help I was rudely informed that there is likely nothing that can be done because our order was placed last month. This tile is way too expensive for this.
