As a contractor I love shopping here. The staff are knowledgeable super friendly And never steer our customers wrong. Nate the manager runs a fantastic operation. Not only do I like to send customers in to pick out tile and countertop slabs, I bought my own countertops from Nate and his crew, as well as my shower materials for my own house. If you're looking for tile or stone, this is the place!

The staff at Bedrosians are excellent! I'm very disappointed with my tile selection though. The backsplash is the focal highlight of the kitchen and the Cloe tile I purchased chips if you look at it wrong. I would expect better quality for the price. So sad and so disappointed.

Would not recommend purchasing directly through the company. I should have done my research, but could have saved myself $80 going through Home Depot instead. Bedrosians was unwilling to make any type of adjustment/credit even though I only made the purchase 4 days ago.

Do not purchase tile through this company! Gus - store manager in the Auburn store is very rude and disrespectful. John is Gus's puppet. Customer service is horrible - they will take your money and have no integrity. They will use the excuse that "they are a small store" Every store is run as its own entity apparently. They will sell you product then if you need to return something they will deny your return. They do not follow their own return policy. Everything is considered a "special order" so they don't have to take back returns. They are horrible. Stick with Lowes, Home Depot and Floor and Decor who have been amazing with customer service and returns! Beware of buying from Bedrosian as you will be disappointed. I give Bedrosian a poor all the way around and would never recommend. 👎👎👎👎👎

Where to start... This company has no integrity and is a rip off. They sell tiles that are supposed to be the same but they are not. So you spend thousands on a product that can be used because the specs are different from a previous order. Their response is that any sale is non returnable even if they know they are shipping the wrong product. Stay away from this company.

Tucson, AZ store, Lisa Bettiga is a true GEM! Last week I flew in from PA to purchase stone. This after shopping endlessly in August in Phoenix, and Philly (where we live) and at competitors there in Tucson. Lisa saw me walk in the store and knew I needed a hand. She was EXACTLY who I needed that day. Her knowledge of construction practices was helpful in determining needs and her experience helped in focusing me on a few types/flavors of granite. After just a short time I had EXACTLY what I needed! Thank you Lisa!!

We are in the early stages of shopping products for a new home build project and of all the places we've been to look at granite, quartz and tile for countertops. OTM is the best of all shoppng experiences. A large showroom inside and granite slab warehouse attached, both of which are easy to access and light and bright with products in abundance. Staff are friendly and helpful and most importantly know their stuff. You are left to browse if you want to do that but they are at the ready if you need assistance. Products include granite in slabs or tile, the same for marbles, Quantra quartz, all kinds of porcelain tile options in all kinds of sizes, glass mosaics...the list goes on and on. Displays make them easy to view. There are a couple of tables in the showroom if you want to lay out options to consider among yourselves or with your interior designer in the mix. And as it relates to design of pulling the pieces together one of the staff members, Paola, is a crackerjack design expert. If you think you want that kind of assistance, call ahead and schedule time with her. Delightful and talented. Class of the company, as the old horse racing slogan goes, for the Boise area in this speciality. THIS N THAT: 1) PARKING: Private lot. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible parking in the lot. Level in and throughout for access to all spaces.

Great showroom, great staff. They are currently charging an 8% surcharge which they don't mention until you get an invoice. At least some of their Bedrosian branded tile can be purchased at a much lower price, including free shipping, on Amazon or Wayfair. Salesperson told me that's because they distribute "seconds"/flawed product through Amazon Wayfair. I wonder if Amazon/Wayfair are aware of that, because they do not mention it on their web sites.

We love the products and the guys in the back, BUT...Corbin who works up front is the biggest A-Hole who shouldn't be working anywhere near the public. Every single transaction with this jerk is a confrontation and an argument. Avoid this prick at all costs. How he stays employed here is beyond me. I'm sure he chases a lot of paying customers away because of his terrible attitude. Bedrosian do better!

UPDATE: I appreciate getting a response from Bedrosians, however I want to clarify that we are still with the same contractor. Bedrosians' response seemed to indicate that we'd switched. We DID switch to another company to supply the countertop and backsplash, and we are pursuing the issue of the original backsplash with the contractor. We are disappointed that the price of Bedrosians' backsplash and countertop were so inflated, regardless of who inflated the cost (the contractor or Bedrosians). Unfortunately, we still have NOT seen the actual receipt for the backsplash. To clarify, we weren't asking Bedrosians for a REFUND; we asked for an EXCHANGE of product. This was only after the countertop we selected from Bedrosians had DOUBLED in price on the updated bid from the contractor; we were not willing to spend that much money for the countertop when we could go elsewhere and negotiate granite for approximately a quarter of the price, ourselves. I still advise customers to look at ALL SIGNAGE when entering the store (or any store), and it would behoove you to request a copy of the receipt from the restoration company upon delivery of the product to your residence. As stated, we are pursuing this with the contractor and hope to be provided a receipt. If we are forced to "eat" the cost for the backsplash, we hope to at least only have to pay the contractor's wholesale cost, rather than the inflated cost reflected on the updated bid, since we are not using Bedrosians' product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: So, here's the deal: you better be 100% certain that the tile you choose from Bedrosians is EXACTLY what you want because no credit, no returns makes for very poor customer service! We recently had water damage in our laundry room and ultimately selected some tile for a backsplash and a quartz countertop from Bedrosians in Boise. The RETAIL price quoted to us for the countertop was approx. $600, but when we get the estimated cost from the restoration company the price had doubled, and this is for a countertop purchased by them at WHOLESALE. We were told that the inflated price was "fabrication" costs. We went ahead with another company and selected a slab of granite (with fabrication and installation costs included) for $410! Unfortunately, the backsplash we originally selected clashed with the granite, so we attempted to exchange the backsplash tile for a different tile. It's a no go at Bedrosians. We were told they have a no return/no exchange policy, which apparently is printed on the receipt. Problem is we didn't SEE the receipt because it was purchased by the restoration company who hasn't provided us with a copy. So, we are going to have to eat the entire cost, according to a Bedrosians' manager. We will go elsewhere for the backsplash tile, and will NEVER return to Bedrosians. Buyer beware!
