Bedrock Quartz is amazing!! We worked with Laura- who was beyond patient, informative, and kind while she priced out several different options for us and provided us with samples. Not at all pushy but extremely helpful. She helped us find the perfect quartz 🙂 Tony and Manny were our install guys and they were incredible. We had tile above all the backsplashes that needed to be ripped out and they did not mess up a single piece! Not even a scratch, which I was so impressed by and grateful for. Melinda helped us with customer service. The whole team was great, our quartz looks amazing, and we will be using Bedrock Quartz if we have any further renovations down the line 🙂

Just had Bedrock Quartz changeout our island quartz, Milton and Angelo came in and removed the old slab and installed the new. Both Milton and Angelo were very professional and conscience of the surroundings, I highly recommend Bedrock and Milton if you looking to upgrade your quartz

Melinda and all service pros at Bedrock Quartz are the best to work with! We are super happy with the product and install of our countertops and kitchen backsplash areas. They are so incredibly beautiful and worth every penny spent. Not only was the install professionally done, they did an amazing job in coming back to take care of minor touch ups and gave us the care instructions we needed to make sure our counters last a lifetime. This company deserves 10 stars!!!

We had Bedrock Quartz do our countertops and back splash and they were amazing! We were supper happy with the whole process. They have an exceptional showroom with so many options to choose from. Laura showed us multiple options and helps us pick something that looks great. The templating and install team that came to our house was prompt and very friendly. Their attention to detail was second to none. They took their time to make sure not only that the countertops were set and the backsplash was installed perfectly but they also answered any and all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for countertops.

We had an amazing experience with the entire Bedrock Quartz team, and specifically Laura who helped us the entire way through. We had a full kitchen surround along with an island done with new countertops, they also added a new sink and finished it off with an amazing backsplash. Everyone was great, the template and installers were very good and professional. We will definitely go back to Laura and the team at Bedrock Quartz for any future countertop needs.

I just had my kitchen countertop and sink installed. They look beautiful However, my granite sink does not have a drain! Laura just told me I have to buy my own. She should have mentioned that before now!.Not at all pleased!

I could not be more please with my experience with Bedrock Quartz. They were all very professional, helpful and quick. My countertop for my wet bar in my basement turned out perfect. We visited a couple of places looking for a replacement for our cracking kitchen granite countertop and a bathroom vanity. We really liked what Bedrock Quartz had to offer. They had a nice showroom, we really appreciated the large sample slabs so we could get a better idea of what our counter tops were going to look like. We worked with Rachel as our salesperson and Melinda as our Customer Service Rep. Rachel made things simple and helped us understand the process and options. Rachel and Melinda helped answer last minute questions during the weekend before the install occurred. We walked in with a basic design and measurement of our countertops. Within an hour we walked out with a quote and ready to move forward. We really appreciated the fact that they were open until 6 during the week and had Saturday hours as well. Their price was very similar to Home Depot and another place we visited. From walk-in to install was about 2 weeks. The installers were very polite, worked hard, and did the install right. They made sure the counter slab was level to insure it wouldn't crack in the future, something the previous countertop installers didn't do (long before we bought the house). The Bedrock Quartz installers even reinforced the underside of the slab, something I wasn't expecting but appreciate. We would 100% use them again! We love the look of our new countertops.

I would 100% recommend Bedrock Quartz. Laura, who I initially talked to, was fantastic. Solid communication and understanding of my circumstances (pregnant). Fred, the tile manager, was equally wonderful to work with. Also, all the other people that came to do measurements or did our countertop/tile work were very professional and knowledgeable. Pros: -Good communication -On time or super early arrival (luckily, we work from home). -Great value for the money -Worked with us if there was any issue or concern Cons: -Slight miscommunication, which really isn't a con since they worked with us to make it right :-)

Days after our counter was installed, my daughter leaned on it during a conversation and a 4 inch piece broke off the corner, scratching her arm in the process. BQ said they would fix the break and if I wasn't satisfied they would replace it. They repaired the break but unfortunately you can see the seem. No follow up from BQ except to my google review almost a year later as shown below. I'm sure they'll sensor this review. **[Owner response] Thank you for your feedback Josh. After reviewing your project notes, it looks like we repaired the overhang that your daughter broke on the island at no charge. We are sorry to read that you are not satisfied with our work on the repair. Granite is a natural stone with color and movement variation. While it is impossible to make a seam completely disappear, after reviewing the pictures of the repair, we feel like it is some of our best work. **[My Response to owner comments] Dear Owner: You never 'reviewed' the repair as you claim. Nobody contacted me afterwards as they said they would. The price you charged me didn't include a still visible repaired broken piece no matter how 'good' the repair. Nor did it include all of the hassle of getting someone to come fix it. Nor did it include you blaming my daughter for breaking the counter by simply leaning on it. Your 'best work" lacks accountability to say nothing of integrity.

Worst company to deal with. I started my kitchen remodel in September, hand picked my slabs at a warehouse. They came out and measure 1 October I was told it would be a couple weeks for install. I get a call they want to install the day before Thanksgiving which I agreed upon. Then the day before install I get a call they broke my slabs. Well it turns out they didn’t even have my original slabs they had substituted something they had in stock. It is now December I was promised they would be installed before Christmas and was just informed it’s going to be after Christmas. I have no idea why it takes four months to get counters installed when the product was in stock. I would never recommend to anyone!! This is ridiculous!

Observed the Bedrock Quartz team all afternoon and evening today complete a tear out and install of our kitchen and bathroom countertops. The materials were beautiful, they fit, and met our expectations. The demo guys were careful, knowledgeable and clean. The installation guys, with Cody in the lead, were rock solid. careful, precise, detailed, perfectionists, clean and curteous. Really enjoyed working with them today and both main floor bathrooms and the kitchen look fantastic. Thank you Cody, Junior, the gentleman from W. Graham, Mike and Kenny installed our countertops quick and easy. I can be picky about the caulking around the edges and I had no complaints. Looked amazing.
