Milton and Jesse were amazing. They did a fantastic job. I had a complicated project with waterfall edges and floating shelves. Even though my house was old and the walls out of plumb they made it look great!

I wouldn’t recommend this company. We spent thousands to have an outdoor bar set up near our hot tub and Bedrock Quartz Co. Promised their product would withstand the extreme weather conditions. After a year the edges of counter started to fall off. We had them repair it and they stated that the new adhesive was a lot stronger and would hold up without any problems. Two years later all of the edges had fallen off again. They are now stating that they aren’t responsible for the damage and won’t fix it or stand by their work! Horrible customer support.

Bedrock Quartz is amazing!! We worked with Laura- who was beyond patient, informative, and kind while she priced out several different options for us and provided us with samples. Not at all pushy but extremely helpful. She helped us find the perfect quartz 🙂 Tony and Manny were our install guys and they were incredible. We had tile above all the backsplashes that needed to be ripped out and they did not mess up a single piece! Not even a scratch, which I was so impressed by and grateful for. Melinda helped us with customer service. The whole team was great, our quartz looks amazing, and we will be using Bedrock Quartz if we have any further renovations down the line 🙂

We're very impressed with the overall experience with Bedrock! Milton & Duncan took their time and made sure everything was just right during installation. We went with the Helix design, and it looks so pretty in our white kitchen while adding just enough gray contrast. We're in love with our new quartz countertops! Highly recommend working with Bedrock.

Just had Bedrock Quartz changeout our island quartz, Milton and Angelo came in and removed the old slab and installed the new. Both Milton and Angelo were very professional and conscience of the surroundings, I highly recommend Bedrock and Milton if you looking to upgrade your quartz

Melinda and all service pros at Bedrock Quartz are the best to work with! We are super happy with the product and install of our countertops and kitchen backsplash areas. They are so incredibly beautiful and worth every penny spent. Not only was the install professionally done, they did an amazing job in coming back to take care of minor touch ups and gave us the care instructions we needed to make sure our counters last a lifetime. This company deserves 10 stars!!!

We had Bedrock Quartz do our countertops and back splash and they were amazing! We were supper happy with the whole process. They have an exceptional showroom with so many options to choose from. Laura showed us multiple options and helps us pick something that looks great. The templating and install team that came to our house was prompt and very friendly. Their attention to detail was second to none. They took their time to make sure not only that the countertops were set and the backsplash was installed perfectly but they also answered any and all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for countertops.

We had an amazing experience with the entire Bedrock Quartz team, and specifically Laura who helped us the entire way through. We had a full kitchen surround along with an island done with new countertops, they also added a new sink and finished it off with an amazing backsplash. Everyone was great, the template and installers were very good and professional. We will definitely go back to Laura and the team at Bedrock Quartz for any future countertop needs.

We visited a couple of places looking for a replacement for our cracking kitchen granite countertop and a bathroom vanity. We really liked what Bedrock Quartz had to offer. They had a nice showroom, we really appreciated the large sample slabs so we could get a better idea of what our counter tops were going to look like. We worked with Rachel as our salesperson and Melinda as our Customer Service Rep. Rachel made things simple and helped us understand the process and options. Rachel and Melinda helped answer last minute questions during the weekend before the install occurred. We walked in with a basic design and measurement of our countertops. Within an hour we walked out with a quote and ready to move forward. We really appreciated the fact that they were open until 6 during the week and had Saturday hours as well. Their price was very similar to Home Depot and another place we visited. From walk-in to install was about 2 weeks. The installers were very polite, worked hard, and did the install right. They made sure the counter slab was level to insure it wouldn't crack in the future, something the previous countertop installers didn't do (long before we bought the house). The Bedrock Quartz installers even reinforced the underside of the slab, something I wasn't expecting but appreciate. We would 100% use them again! We love the look of our new countertops.

We used Bedrock Quartz to help up replace an outdated countertop in our basement kitchen and were very happy with our whole experience, top to bottom. Kimberly was helpful and easy to work with as we designed and chose material and Gustavo and Henry were polite, efficient, and skilled installers. We LOVE the new look and would definitely come back.

I live in a old house downtown SLC and my kitchen hadn't been updated in 30+ years. I had Bedrock come and do my countertops and backsplash and they did an amazing job! Laura was my project manager, helped me with design and was so fast to respond to all my questions. I went with the white quartz with a grey vein and it looks awesome. For the backsplash I actually found tile I really liked at floor&decor and purchased it and then Bedrock installed it. The biggest headache in any project is always the scheduling and communication between the services. I can't express enough how amazing Bedrock was at communicating with me. Keeping me in the loop at every step by texting me updates. I am in a lot of meetings all day but because they would text me to schedule the template, the install and the tile it was a breeze. We didn't miss a beat or delay the project. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend giving them a chance to help you on your next project. Also, my countertops were done in 10 business days from template! Thanks SLC Bedrock!

I live in St. George, and this is the second time I have used Bedrock Quartz for an updated kitchen remodel. This time we got quartz for our kitchen countertops and couldn't be happier. From the sales rep to the templator to the installers, (Starla, Vaughn, Izzeah, and Jose) the process was seamless, and best of all, they turned the whole process around in a very short period of time. The template was taken on the next business day and the installation was completed just one week later. They were just as efficient on our first kitchen remodel. Try finding THAT kind of speed anywhere else in town! Very pleased, and highly recommend.

Bedrock Quartz is an outstanding business and the employees I worked with (Laura, Fred, Hector, Scott, Casey, and Alexander and Melinda) during our complete kitchen remodel went above and beyond in their service. I had trouble figuring out how to tie in all of the colors of my house and Laura helped design my kitchen. She helped me choose the Quartz countertop and the tile backsplash. We chose a unique Tri colored backsplash with tiles that had to be custom cut to the size I wanted. Melinda would call after each step and make sure everything was satisfactory. Laura and Melinda were quick to react in making sure the jobs were done to my satisfaction. Kitchen remodels can be stressful but I felt like I was in good hands with the staff at Bedrock that I worked with. The end result of my kitchen exceeded all expectations.

Remodeling a small kitchen and had Bedrock Quartz install granite counter top with 4 inch back splash. Norelys Verguez, the stone specialist, helped pick out the stone and coordinated the install. When there was a problem with the sizing of a specially ordered sink she drove to job site to pick up the sink to assure no issues. They finished this week and i am very pleased with the results. I recommend them for your countertop needs.

When we began our shopping for countertop material, for some reason we had not heard of Bedrock Quartz.  We visited several big name countertop showrooms/ware-houses in Salt Lake County.  Our experiences at those large businesses were not very positive.  No one assisted us, or else, barely acknowledged our presence in the showroom or slab room.  When we received information about prices of the slabs on display, they were very expensive, much more than we had budgeted for countertops. Then one night, we saw a TV commercial about Bedrock Quartz.  We decided to check them out.  My goodness, we had a day and night experience comparing our experience at Bedrock Quartz to the other businesses we had visited! When we first stepped into the building, after being politely greeted by the receptionist, she immediately assigned Jenni to help us.  Jenni showed us different slab samples, quoted prices and even made recommendations according to the descriptions we gave her of our floor tile and kitchen cabinet colors. When we asked whether they had anything on sale, she pleasantly pulled out the sales ad which showed the patterns of quartz which were on sale.  During this whole process, Jenni was patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic to work with.  While we were there, other customers came in, and the receptionist assigned other sales representatives to assist the new groups of customers, so our sales representative could focus on us. The next encounter we had with Bedrock Quartz was when the countertop estimator came to our home to take measurements.  Was he a gentleman!  At the time when he came, the kitchen remodeling was not quite completed, so we had to remove temporary counter tops and tools were still lying on the floor.  He patiently got his work done without interrupting or showing displeasure to the other workers. Finally, we were ready for installation.  The two workers spent more than five hours installing the countertop and backsplash.  It is a good size kitchen and the work took a while.  The installers were so careful and showed much care bringing in the pieces of countertop so as to not bump doorways and walls or scratch the pieces of counter.  We were both pleased and appreciative of their care.  After the counters and backsplash were installed, they cleaned the counters and showed us how to take care of the counters properly.  They also left the house as clean as they found it.  The job took them way past their normal quitting time, but they insisted on doing the work well enough that we were very pleased with their work. Our whole experience, from shopping to the final installation of the Bedrock Quartz, was simply delightful.  Just from watching the various employees who did different components of the whole process, we noticed they were all professional and proficient in their specific jobs.  And, we got a fine quality of quartz  for almost 1/3 less than the other places we shopped before.  We appreciate everyone who assisted us in the endeavor to complete our countertops.  Bedrock Quartz is the best and we would recommend them to our family and friends.  Thank you for making our kitchen magazine worthy.        Maisie & Doug Sakaguch

We ended up with Bedrock through our general contractor for a kitchen renovation. Our sales representative was Lisa Kellogg, and she was outstanding. We were looking at quartz counter tops and she walked us through their selection of colors and price ranges. Explained the process clearly for us. Also pros and cons of quartz vs granite. We were very happy with her and with the final quality of the product and installation. Highly recommended.

We had new countertops and backsplash installed in our kitchen. The quality of the work is tremendous. The sales assistance of helping us pick out a good design for our home was very helpful. We hit a few bumps in the road in terms of scheduling and execution, but Bedrock's people really pulled together to resolve all the issues. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the granite installed and the workmanship of all the installers on the granite, tile and plumbing. The pricing on our job was very competitive. Most important is the quality of the work and materials is superb.

Very impressed with Robert the sales person but also the granite installation crew led by Luis Castro. We had granite installed in our kitchen and Luis made sure to let me know every step they were taking and that I was happy. They did a great job and no mess at all. Needed a vanity top for a bathroom remodel I was doing for a client (I'm a General Contractor). Talked to a place in Salt Lake near downtown, they never got back to me so I called Bedrock. Got a price over the phone, they let me template the piece. I stopped by with the template, picked a material and had the vanity top a few days later and at a very reasonable price. I will work with them on future projects, they have a nice showroom, the staff and salespeople were very nice to deal with.

Scot was the most helpful person I've ever talked to!! I called about Quartz for a bathroom counter. Other places said I need to buy an entire slab for one little counter, but his business only charges for the amount needed. They have a huge inventory and several locations. I wish they had a store in St. George for a remodeling there. They do jobs for parade homes, businesses and individuals.

Getting granite for our kitchen was a dream we'd had for a long time but the process always seemed too overwhelming and too expensive. On a lark, we dropped by Bedrock Quartz half hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Robert Mancini was with another customer, but we waited around in order to ask a question, figuring we'd have to make it quick. Instead, he beckoned us to wait while he continued to help the previous customers in an easy, thorough manner. When it was our turn, he insured us he had plenty of time for us and proceeded to help us just as generously as he had the previous couple. After meeting with Robert that first day we had no interest in going anywhere else. We already knew, from the little looking around we'd done, that the prices he quoted us were reasonable--maybe not the cheapest but certainly the most expensive--and with all the positive reviews on Google and Yelp we felt comfortable committing to Bedrock Quartz. And we have NOT regretted it! Robert took this giant, overwhelming situation and made it bearable, even enjoyable. He was funny and kind, like an old friend, every time I texted or called him with a question. He never made me feel stupid if I needed something explained, he never made me feel as if my questions and concerns weren't HIS top questions and concerns. I highly recommend Bedrock Quartz--the beauty of the granite and the quality of the install was excellent. But it was really Robert Mancini who not only "sealed the deal" but made us customers for life. We'll be getting granite in our bathrooms next and I no longer feel like it's a scary big deal. I'll just call Robert!

Robert from Bedrock was great to work with. He took me in their showroom to carefully walk me through the difference between Granite and Quartz. I was dead set on Quartz walking in there but as I learned more, decided to go with Granite. Granite felt to mainstream as it seems everyone has it, but I ended up with a very unique experience and exquisite counters that elicit gasps when people walk in the kitchen! it has great depth and these little sparkles and shimmers that make me SO HAPPY! The install was on time and the crew professional and talented - everything was cleaned up they walked me through care etc at the end.

We had some rough areas and putting that needed to be smoothed out; Luis and Dylan were in and out within 30 min and did an excellent job. They even took the time to recommend specific products to help keep our granite and quartz countertops and top condition and avoid any future problems. The only reason I rated a four was due to the scheduling process. Although they were extremely prompt and we did not have to wait long at all for an open appointment time, there was some confusion on the schedule time and the installers came before I had actually confirmed The appointment so I wasn't expecting them. I was home at the time and it all worked out so other than that minor detail I was really satisfied and impressed with their work .

this should have never happened! We came to the shop in St George seeking a new quart counter. their "designer" Starlina came to our home to measure and look at our kitchen. we had a buildup above my cabinets that was clearly overlooked. But she continued with the original order over a thin edge which was inappropriate for this design of our kitchen with island countertops. Their person who came out to measure and take photos above and below didn't pickup on this flaw. Day of tear out and install their installers said that if they didn't remove the 1/2 inch sham that it would show underneath. But, no one figured out by doing so would leave a gap between the counter and our custom backsplash tile! so after the install we were left with a half inch gap exposing the drywall between the counter and backsplash. I requested they do it over but was instead offered a thin strip to cover the gap which to me looks horrible and devalued my kitchen in an open concept setting. I can't even get a tile guy out to grout the strithat Bedrock Quartz put in. stay away from this place!

BEDROCK installed my countertop completely wrong. It was very obvious. I have emails going back and forth with Dustin telling me that they were fighting internally over 'who to blame' !!!! meanwhile, I am without water or a dishwasher in my kitchen for 3 full weeks. The very next morning after they finally reinstalled I got two calls and two emails asking for payment. They then charged me $650 more to remake the countertop.? (not my problem but not wanting to fight it for the next year I just paid it ) Meanwhile I had measured for tile to go all the way to the ceiling. When the tile installer arrived he had to call his boss because once AGAIN they had not measured right!!! The tile manager told me I would have to pay 5000 more dollars just to bring in scaffolding? That didn't include the extra tile I would have to pay for after waiting for another order. I didn't get what I had envisioned yet I paid the two invoices IN FULL!!! I wrote just one check.( BTW - be careful when they ask you for payment over the phone. You pay a fee for using a credit card) Now a month later I am getting calls from them saying I need to pay the $650.? I had to send them pictures of the invoices, my check, and the math. really? I even had both invoices listed on the check. One of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a company. I own four properties and have never experienced such a sh$& show. BEWARE

I'm sure that Bedrock Quartz is great when installing their product in new homes. If you use them in your existing home make sure that you have an electrician, and a painter on hand to repair the damage that they do while installing your new countertops. Absolutely no follow up to resolve any issues that a customer may have.

This company is very expensive and will not stand behind their product! After some delays our kitchen countertops arrived and there were stains in three areas from stickers place on the stone at their stone cutter site. The stickers were removed after instillation and the stains very apparent. Bedrock and the installers insisted this never happens. Hours of chemicals didn't remove them. Another expert sent with a blow torch and more "sure fire" techniques and hours later the stains still obvious more attempts and chemicals then an expert buffer/ sander came and still the stains exist and he stopped because he was starting to get an uneven surface. We called at least ten times to ask them what they were going to do to fix it and the response was either 1- no response 2- we are going to talk about in our regional meeting (but we were Never informed about the regional meeting decision). 3- we will let you know. After months there was no response. We were never contacted by bedrock about resolution or an unpaid balance. We did not pay the final installment while we waited for resolution and did not hear back from bedrock. 5 months ago we sold the home. Now bedrock has hired a recovery firm to recover the balance. There are many quartz countertop companies in utah. You don't want or need this one. They are happy to take a lot of your money but not able or willing to fix their mistakes. Don't walk away run away to any other quartz dealer.

I purchased a countertop through Ikea a little more than a year ago and they used this organization. They were not my choice. They were very slow to deal with and I could never speak to the representative because her voicemail was always on. She never called me back only sent me emails which was frustrating. Now I have a chip in one of the edges which was not our fault and Ikea states I have a 10 year warranty and they referred me back to these people. These scammers pull out some obscure exclusion list which I was never made aware of when I bought this high priced countertop saying they don't cover chips! We are not hard on our furniture and there is no other signs of damage. Now they want to charge me $250.00 for a small chip repair - what a scam!! I am going to contact Ikea again to tell them what I think of their supplier. This place is a joke and I would never recommend them to anyone.

We had the most frustrating experience trying to work with Bedrock Quartz. We are doing an entire main floor remodel and our contractor referred us to Carly at Bedrock. She is very nice and helpful in person and seems to know her stuff. The problem is she struggled terribly in our case with follow up and with getting us a bid. We got our initial bid after a few weeks of begging our contractor and designer to put some pressure on. It wasn't too bad at that point. However, we then ended up needing a bid for some solid surface for our fireplace when our original fireplace plans unexpectedly had to change. I made final selections for countertops at Bedrock on February 6th, expecting to get a bid back shortly. They have a sister company, The Stone Collection, that has an amazing selection of slabs, so we went there on February 28th to find some fireplace options. The Stone Collection only sells slabs; they do not fabricate. You have to go through Bedrock or another fabricator for pricing on their materials. That same afternoon we left a voicemail for Carly with our selections from The Stone Collection for some pricing. No response from her. Called her on 3/5 and spoke with her. She asked that we email her the selections again so she has a record and could get back to us. My husband reached out to her by phone and email a couple of times in between. She always had some answer like, "I'll have it to you by tomorrow or the next day at the latest." By 3/19 we still had no bid. We finally suggested a deadline for her to get us the bid or we would go somewhere else. We had a bid the next day, but it was missing at least two of our fireplace selections, which was the most urgent pending decision. Our designer reached out to her to say the bid was incomplete and to please get us all the pricing we requested. In the meantime, we had reached out to another fabricator so we could keep the ball rolling. Not only did he get us a bid for the same materials in just a couple of days, but his bid was OVER $12,000 cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were still interested in a complete bid from Bedrock, and our designer and supposedly our contractor asked for that multiple times. It's May 13th and we still have nothing. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had trying to deal with a company who I "wanted" to pay thousands of dollars to. What. A. Joke.

I just had a very negative experience with Bedrock Quartz. Our quartz kitchen and bathroom counters were installed on Monday Nov. 20. The kitchen counter required two slabs that are seamed together. After the installation, I looked at the seam and was surprised that the two slabs were quite different in color. The contrast left an ugly stripe next to our kitchen sink. Quartz slabs are a manmade product so the color should match, or at least the guys cutting the counters in the warehouse should have verified that they picked two slabs that match. When I asked company owner Steve Jorgensen why the two slabs were approved to leave the warehouse for installation, he retorted that their lighting must be different than mine. Wow. Steve Jorgensen made the situation much worse by waiting an entire week to offer any solution to the mismatched counter slabs; this delay meant that we were without kitchen water for an ENTIRE EXTRA WEEK. I will never deal with Bedrock Quartz again because Steve Jorgensen lacks quality controls in his business, he didn't address the problem in a timely manner, he was disrespectful to me, and he maintained an arrogant and unapologetic attitude.

Beware! Beware! I will not again and recommend that you do not do business with Bedrock Quartz. I am disappointed in the service that I received from Bedrock. Their price was good. They were friendly and said they could do it faster than the other companies. I wish I would have waited. The product was good but that is where any positives ended for me. They were unprofessional and did not want to work with me to resolve any problems. During the install, their installers damaged several cabinets, by cutting gouges into cabinet face while moving the slabs into place. They also were not careful when mixing black epoxy for the joints and left residue in several places on my white cabinets. Now, I understand that there is always a possibility that damage may occur during the install process, but when I brought this up with the salesman, Scot, there was no apology or attempt to find a resolution. He said that in the user agreement that the customer must accept that any damage caused by their installers is the customers responsibility to fix and repair. I find that this must happen on a frequent basis and that they have not educated or have enough confidence in their installers to perform their job without damaging the job site. I felt that they just wanted their money and had no concern for the customer in any way. I hope that this may help other customers to not have the same experience as me.

No complaints with installation or finished product; however, I was definitely not impressed with the sales staff at Bedrock. Got an initial quote and put 60% down. Many months later, I scheduled to have the quartz installed. Amy, a sales person, repeatedly told me I had to have the Ikea Domsjo sinks installed before they could install the quartz. Went to Ikea twice, where they confirmed that there is no way the sinks could be installed before the quartz, as the sinks have to rest on the quartz. Amy still insisted the sinks had to be set before the quartz could be put in. This seems silly as Bedrock has the contract with Ikea, and the sales staff should know how the Ikea sinks work with their quartz installation. After installation, I never received an invoice. Months later, they called to say they wanted to get the invoices paid. At that point, they had no record that I had paid the 60% down. They said they had a new computer system. When I finally got the invoice, there were discrepancies from the quote. They seemed surprised that no one had given me a revised quote. Every time I spoke with someone there to discuss my concerns, many weeks would pass before they would contact me again. Really poor communication. One bathroom vanity went from 8.8 square feet on the quote to 12 square feet on the invoice, but the vanity size never changed from the size I requested on the initial quote to what I received. I have finally paid the invoice in full today but would not recommend their company. The invoice date was 5.19.17 and today is 10.18.17--so months of frustration without resolution of my initial concerns.

The salesman was in a hurry. I had a small order so I wasn't important. Tried to charge me $45 a sq ft on a remnant with three straight cuts. Never followed up, I called twice trying to get charged and my stone. These guys are just looking for the high end customers the rest of us or out in the cold.

Horrible customer service! I was directed to Bedrock Quartz by ikea to complete my counter top installation. They first send out a questionnaire at the beginning of the project to see when the project will start, and when the desired completion date will be. They should just eliminate the survey all together. The had no intention of completing the project on anyone's time but their own. You would think that being the paying customer that they would try and work with YOUR schedule. NO! They tell you when they will be there and when I asked about changing the day the tell me that "there is nothing that they can do"! They did the template on a basic countertop and I didn't hear from them for about 5 days. When they finally TOLD me when they would be there for install they came and tore up my walls and door casings getting the countertop down the stairs to the project site. They told us that they were sorry but the piece was just big and it was the only way to get it down there. I would assume that the person doing the template might think of those things on the front side. Then I get a call from them a day later saying they forgot to have the work order signed and they need to come out to have me sign a piece of paper. I would never recommend this company and will also encourage IKEA to not contract with them in the future!!
