The customer service at Bay stone is completely horrendous. Please do not purchase any items from this store unless you want to regret your decision later. The sales person put the wrong unit in our order, rendering fewer items to be purchased. We asked for 35 sqf, but they only ordered 35 pieces. Then they claimed that it's our responsibility to check the unit of the order before we paid, and they were OK to make mistakes like that. When I called in to talk to their manager, they put me on hold for hours, claiming that they could not find the manager. Then they claimed that the manager was very busy with the customers and she doesn't have time to speak with me over the phone. The whole staff team took completely no responsibility regarding their actions and mistakes, and they will not pay their customers the basic respect after they take your money! Please go anywhere other than this store for your business.

Decent selection in the showroom, but overall a stressful shopping experience. Most of what is in yhe showroom is not in stock, which makes your purchase a "special order" (for which you have to eat the shipping cost) that you WILL have trouble returning. Which will of course be another shipping charge and some excessive percent restocking fee. Their adversarial and selective return policy requires you to optimize the amount upfront. Do not buy unless you are absolutely sure on the quantity and the fit. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Plenty of choices in the 300 yrd radius.

I am now a Bay Stone customer for LIFE!! My contractor Moshiko from Golden View Renovation (another awesome resource) recommended I buy my tile at Bay Stone. Wow, did Brenda take care of me!! She made recommendations that I would have never considered and I left feeling excited NOT stressed about my bathroom remodel. Then, I strolled over to Bay Homes (In the same building so convenient!!!) and I was equally taken care of by Mehmet and the AWESOME manger Magit!! They helped me choose my fixtures and when the drain I picked did not pass inspections. I immediately went to Margit for help and he solved the problem!!! Thank You Bay Stone 👍🏽

They quoted higher price initially but the sales rep was able to price match. I went with them because it’s a local store from where my contractor can pick up the tiles when required. The sales rep told me the tile would be available in a week, but forgot to place the order even after I had paid in full. Now it’s been a month and I still don’t have the tile. No one has been following up, every time I call to check the status they put me on hold for 20 mins. Frustrating experience.

I was recommended by my contractor to shop at this place for tiles so I did. Selections are good with high price tags of course. Anyways, I trust my contractor therefore went ahead ordered the floor tiles that was marked “in stock”, and had the sales Leslie helped me to check to make sure it’s in stock before I order. They said yes it’s in stock for sure so I went back with my contractor and truck to pick it up a few days later. At first, the warehouse crew gave me boxes of completely different tiles, when I questioned he insisted that was it. So I went to talk to the manager Ken to make sure. Sure enough it’s not the one and the one I ordered is “not in stock” and needs to be ordered from Los Angeles. I drove 40 miles to pick up plus paying my contractor to pick it up but nothing. Then they promised to deliver to my contractor’s house nearby (due to courtesy) but kept delaying the delivery date for 1 week so my contractor ended up doing a double trip for picking up these tiles. Then I was short for 2boxes so I need to order more, this time they charged a shipping fee of almost $100 for 2 boxes (worth about $100 as well). Frustrating experience with this tile company and also resulting in delayed project and associated labor costs.

Pricing is not displayed in the store. That makes it very difficult to browse and shop. When I asked the salesperson for the exact pricing for 4 different tiles, she took some time to get it from the computer and was very very unwilling to help me. She looked sullen. When I finally got the pricing, I realized that the prices are 2-3x more expensive than other stores like Lowes or Floor and Deco. It didn't make sense at all. Seems like pricing here is highly inflated. The free design service is also inferior compared to the service offered at Floor and Deco. At Floor and Deco, they even did a 3D visualization for me, but not a BayStone. I like the countertop design sold at Baystone, but nobody could give me the exact price. Very frustrating to shop here. Prices fluctuates and inflated.

Very nice staff they go above and beyond to accommodate you. I've purchased tile and slab from them several times before. I love their huge selection of tile, especially when I can find the hard to get kind.

4 stars because they didn’t have a lot of quartzite selection for us to choose from but great customer service. We work with Susan Guo and she goes above and beyond to help us get what we need. I will come back.
