We bought an entire house full of granite counter tops for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our experience with everyone from the sales team to the installers was amazing. The install process was awesome and done very professionally. All cleanup was performed to our satisfaction with all the old counter top hauled away. I would highly recommend them for any counter top needs.

My experience was disappointing as my joined pieces do not match and look like an eyesore that I will have to live with as they refuse to communicate with the Better Business Bureau to resolve my issue.. If you buy from them, pay with a credit card so you have some leverage. If you need a join, go to Wrightstown and watch the whole procedure. This is my layout photo prior to cutting. The second photo is what I have to live with on a daily basis. In hindsight, I wish I had never gone through this headache.

Granite. We chose BAGM over couple other's in GB after getting quotes from all 3. Brandon at BAGM was helpful from the day we walked in, throughout the decision process, to color match, to product, to sink, to sketching, not pushy once. Once we landed on Granite product, Laser expert Paul came few days later at appointed time and laser measured the entire job. Few days later computer layout design arrived via email. Brandon answered Q's throughout process and even offered to show us computer design before Anthony perfects cutouts to ensure measurements were spot on for new sink and cooktop, etc. Few days later lead installer Kyle and 1st man Jake arrived at exactly scheduled time, set up in driveway, brought in rugs for floor, carefully removed old countertops without a scratch and without issue to kitchen cabs or doorways, brought in new granite countertops in sections, positioned 2 that were to be jointed together, installed undermount alum sink, and used new technology to pull 2 counter pieces together after epoxy applied to a expertly finished seam that is not noticeable unless you know where to look. Used colorless caulk at both back splashes that fit perfectly against walls. We did countertops 15 years ago in a different state at our last home contractor using the "template" process and nothing fit. This time the laser process was flawless. Kyle and Jake were the best at cleaning up and making sure we were fully satisfied with their work, gave us education on care for granite during installation, loaded old countertops in their work trailer and were gone in less than 3 hours after they arrived. The process went excellent without a hitch from beginning the day we walked into BAGM in Suamico till the day I dropped off the remaining 50% down to Brent at the Suamico showroom. Have no idea why couple bad reviews here as I am in my 60's and this is NOT my first rodeo for countertop process and I like things done right the first time, and that is what we got without making a peep. Owner Adam should be proud of his people he has working for him as they rock! You won't go wrong here for countertops in my opinion! p.s. What's even better is that they were the best quote of all 3. Life is good when that happens!

Had quartzite (Taj Mahal which is a beautiful color) installed. We ran the quartzite up the backsplash as well as on all the kitchen counters. It looks great. The team, from sales to installation were all professional. Installation was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Our whole experience with BAGM was "seamless".

Had quartz counter tops installed. BAGM was great from start to finish! Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. They answered our questions and they have a big variety of materials to choose from. We went with quartz because we like the look of it more than granite. If I ever need to do another remodel, I will definitely go to them again.

We purchased quartz countertops from Bay Area Granite and Marble, and I have to say we are so pleased with the countertops, service and selection. From Jason, who helped us get our order, started to Kevin who coordinated appointments and install, everything ran very smoothly. If there was any concerns or questions they answered them promptly. I would highly recommend them for any of your countertop needs.

While shopping for new kitchen countertops we were recommended to BAGM after being disappointed at another local company & WOW were we impressed! Gabby was exceptional! As soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smiling face & made us instantly feel welcome. She took the time to go through the entire show room and explain everything in great detail to us making sure that we under stood the entire process & the difference between stones. Gosh these guys are good. From the moment we walked into their business, to the display and sales personnel, we knew we were at the right place to make a decision on countertop. From the moment we met Angie at the Appleton office, we felt this was who we wanted to work with to update the counters in our new home. She listened, understood and worked with us in a very kind and professional manner. I felt like we were working with a family member not just a sales person. Then we went to the Wrightstown facility to view our quartz and format the way way it would appear on our counters. The gentleman we worked with was awesome. He explained the process and was very knowledgeable about what looks best. He gave my husband a mini tour of the facility and it was incredible to see the machines do their work. That was a very happy day for us. Scheduling was handled professionally and they delivered on every single date that was promised. The only small issue was the day of intstall. The installers were a little late arriving but we found out that the job before ours got more complicated than originally anticipated. I had to make a phone call to BAGM scheduling to find that out. This could have been improved by a simple phone call to us to let us know they were running late. But the install was perfect. They were quick efficient and very clean. If you need countertops I highly reccomned BAGM. We were very pleased and love our results.

Louis and his crew did a fantastic job with the install of our White Flower Extra Quartz countertop . No issues with the fitting of all 4 sections . The inside corner fit perfectly which goes to the care taken of the measuring . Outside and inside corners are perfect . Here are a few pictures of the new install . Mike and Dawn . The countertop actually looks better in our kitchen than it did in the showroom .

Our experience has been poor. They templated and cut our sink wrong, the slab clearly shattered when they cut out our air gap, but rather than starting over, they epoxied it back together, like a poorly pieced puzzle, and epoxied fissure lines all over the front of the sink opening, and installed it. The stone is chipping like crazy along the front of the sink. I admit that we didn’t call immediately after install, as I needed a break to live with running water, in a functioning kitchen for a moment, after living in a DIY disaster for months with two working parents and two small children. When we did bring up the issues, a few were fixed (an edge that was left unfinished and some sizable, deep divots elsewhere on the island). After weeks to months of radio silence, I received an email saying that they won’t be able to fix our sink, offering to knock $500 off price and cut down the grate that no longer fits on the top of the basin. This will not make the grate functional (it would just make it fall to the bottom of the sink). I explained this, no response. I waited and responded again- this time also pointing out the worsening chipping along the sink edge, received a rude response, then again, nothing. Yes- removing the slab will likely destroy my base cabinets- especially since they broke the front support of the sink base already during install… but this is just CRAZY! A poor product, a poor job, and very poor customer service. We have worked with another granite company out of Green Bay in our last home, and the entire process was seamless. I regret having made the decision to work with BAGM this time around.

We picked Bay Area on the recommendation of our builder and we are glad we did. We checked out other companies as well but they had a great selection of granite and did an excellent job to make sure we received what we ordered. My wife still drives there for their granite cleaner because she likes the personal service they provide. She like the cleaner too.

When we started to consider a kitchen remodel (also powder room and mud room), BAGM was not in our thoughts as they are newer to the Oshkosh area. At the suggestion of our designer, we had them bid our granite. Our kitchen alone was four slabs, so this was a pretty big project. Their pricing was very competitive, however, their reviews are what won us over. Any company can sell granite, but the install and overall experience are what makes (or breaks) a company. Robin in the Appleton office was our first contact. She was very helpful when looking at granite, even though we had not yet committed to BAGM. Their selection was very good, and we committed before we left. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. We traveled to their main showroom to see our slabs, and this was a pleasing process. We made slight changes to the layout, and they we very accommodating to my requests. On installation day, Eric, David and Paul were spectacular. They were respectful of our home, very competent on the install, and quelled any concern which I had. The install lasted much longer than originally anticipated, and they rolled with it and simply took their time to ensure everything was installed correctly. Finally, when they packed up, they did an amazing job in cleaning everything. They swept, wiped down, and left my home as good as they found it. FInally....The granite. OUTSTANDING look, install and product. Anyone can sell granite. Be sure to get the best install possible, and go with a company that offers a superior product and outstanding service. BAGM is such a company, and we will be using them for future installs of four more bathrooms in the coming years!

Bay Area Granite and Marble you have been AMAZING! We explored another granite company before checking you out but their overall customer service and prices could not compare. This is our first experience with granite countertops and we had many questions and concerns. Everything was explained and answered. You are a full service company with sinks, faucets and stone so it is great one stop shopping! On our first visit the sales personnel in the store was extremely helpful with ideas, options and colors. When our sales person was not there on our second visit they made sure our changes were communicated effectively to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Your installers were very polite, explained what was happening and left the house very clean. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was courteous, polite and professional. We would recommend BAGM to our family and friends who need granite and we intend on working with you again for other rooms in our new home. We are very pleased with all aspects of your service and the new granite! Thank you very much!

Unprofessional and substandard work. Didn't make the correct pieces that we had ordered and paid for. Had to reconfigure (on our own-because the salesman wouldn't return my call or email during the installation) due to their mistakes. Sad to say, there isn't much competition for this industry up here and it definitely shows. Thanks to MY quick solutions, our kitchen is still going to look fabulous; but absolutely no thanks to them. Go somewhere else if at all possible. Otherwise; make 100% clear your expectations as they will change the layout on you probably to save themselves money.

Wanted to spend my money local,never again! Very substandard work. Still waiting for 3rd repair to sink edge that was chipped during cutout for sink. All Edges of counters dull compared to other granite fabricators visited. When sink repaired second time , counter top sanded to smooth out patch and is now dull compared to areas unaffected from repair. Guess they dont care about repeat business or referrals as 7 friends and family have had company on mason street do their granite after ours with absolutely no problems whatsoever.
