Rob and his team were so flexible and understanding when our timelines shifted for granite. He put the slab of granite we loved on hold for weeks so we could reserve it. The finished product looks amazing too!

The ladies working at the front desk's are the greatest!! Very knowledgeable, very helpful. Mostly they will listen to you and suggest ways to clean your stone and other information like that

Best experience, from picking out my Quartz to paying for it and everything in between. Probably one of the first businesses I have called lately that a person actually answers the phone and then that person actually cares and wants to help you .They are all very knowledgeable so it doesn’t matter which employee answers. Customer service does still exist!! The Installers were great also , on time, polite and did an amazing job. The 2 seams I couldn’t even see at first. I could not be happier with my new beautiful counters.

My experience with Baltimore Granite Direct could not have been better. My wife and I went to browse their selection and my wife found a slab that she loved. She wanted me to order it right away. The salesman recommended that we go home and talk it over. He could have pressured us and signed us right away. They are not about pressure sales. It was awesome! The selection, price, installation, and customer service was absolutely the best. A few weeks after the installation I noticed a small fissure. They were immediately responsive and fixed the fissure perfectly. I can't even see it any more. I sent them an email with a picture, and they responded right away. I didn't get back to them for about a month and they reached out again to schedule the repair. They could have just said, "Oh well, he didn't respond." I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and stop by their showroom. I don't think you will regret it.

I wanted to have a granite cutting board for my kitchen. We gave the measurements for our area, and found the color we liked. We just picked it up this week and it is beautiful and will last forever. I'm so excited to have such a nice board.It's beautiful.
