Nancy, Raul and the entire staff at Baja Design, did a great remodel of my kitchen! Quartz counter tops and marble tile back splash. I couldn't beat the price, they did a really great job, I can't recommend them enough.

We hired Baja Designs to do our kitchen, and two bathrooms in granite. They did a great job on the aformentioned areas and price was very competitive. We had a delay in finishing the small backslash area in the bathrooms, but overall a good experience.

From start to finish, the entire team at Baja Design was terrific, even in handling a problem that they had nothing to do with (the granite company sold our piece out from under us). Prompt service, on-time for appointments, terrific installation, and on top of it all, thorough clean-up. The installers made a point of making sure the grill and sink fit perfectly before leaving. A+ job.

I recently bought a condo and, before moving in, I hired a handyman to paint the entire unit and replace all the flooring. Yesterday, the kitchen sink fell away from the granite countertop while Bill was cleaning up. The glue had given way. I was referred to Baja Design by a granite countertop vendor. I called and spoke with Nancy, who scheduled the repair for this afternoon. The tech scraped off all the old glue from both the undermount sink and the underside of the countertop. Then, he re-glued everything AND attached clamps/brackets. Whoever had originally installed the granite failed to attach those, which is probably why the glue gave way. Thank you, Baja Design!

We got pointed to these guys by Granite Liquidators. They did an excellent job on the installation, and their office staff was quick, courteous, and efficient. I bought the granite from GL but then scheduled everything with Baja and I couldn't be more pleased. Their installers were helpful, friendly, and done in less than an hour (this was a very simple project, but it turned out great!)

When I hear Joanna Gaines say, "Do you have the guts to take on a fixer upper?," I think to myself, is it guts or is it naïve optimism? We took on a fixer upper and have many projects to go, but one of the bigger projects that we've taken on so far is replacing our tile kitchen countertops with granite. I had a hard time even getting responses back to my requests for quotes on the job. It seems that other fabricators aren't interested in smaller jobs. Baja Design works on projects small and big, and Nancy got a written quote to us quickly and found a great price for the granite that we wanted. After we decided to move forward with Baja, they were out measuring our countertops a few days later to create a template, and we selected our slab with the place that had the best price. There was a delay between the quote and our decision to move forward, and Baja still honored the price that they'd quoted us for the granite slab, although I think that the price went up during that time. A couple weeks after we selected our slab, we had our pretty new countertops. Baja also handled the removal of our old tile countertops, which was a messy job, but Baja left no trace of the mess. Our house is old, and the tile countertops were the product of the previous owner's DIY efforts, so installing granite countertops was not straightforward, but Baja worked so hard, without complaint, and the result is beautiful. I love our countertops and hope that we're as lucky with future projects as we were with Baja.

Baja designs was awesome to work with! We needed a remnant to use for two corner shelves and a bench for a shower. They were able to check and see if they had the type of stone we needed and let me know over the phone as to not water my time going there to find out they didn't have what I needed. We needed the shelves very quickly and they were able to get them to use in just a few days. This is a family owned business and they go the extra mile for their customers. We will be using them again in the future of we have more granite needs.

As an interior designer, I cannot stress how important it is to employ a professional and dependable granite/marble fabricator. Your slab material is one of the most expensive investments you'll make in a new home or remodel and I can recommend with 100% confidence that Baja Design will exceed your expectations on all levels. They are a family run business with decades of experience and are completely dependable and honest. I just completed a remodel of my own kitchen, master bath, several secondary bathrooms and a laundry room. I selected a marble that can be difficult to locate and challenging to fabricate. Nancy, who is a delight to work with, not only found me the slabs I needed, she also worked tirelessly to make sure I met my deadlines for templating and installation. ALL the slabs turned out beautiful and the measurements fit perfectly. The best part of all... they offer competitive pricing and excellent customer service! Baja Design is quite simply, THE BEST!

Baja Design installed granite in my kitchen, laundry room, and two bathrooms eight months ago. The granite I chose was not large enough to make my long peninsula without a seam. I was worried the seam would show and decided I would put plants to hide it. What a surprise to find that I had to actually look hard for that seam. Well done, Baja! I totally love my granite. Baja did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

They cut our countertop for a sink that was supposed to be mounted to the wall and made the cuts so it did not mount to the wall. I have asked them to come back for recuts and want to charge me 1/2 of what they charged for the full original fabrication. I got stuck with this company because I went to granite liquidators. I would give them 0 stars if I could for their poor customer service. Their website they will "make sure their clients are happy with their bathroom countertop". Too bad they really don't care!
