I have had a great experience with B&B. They answered all of my questions with courteous expertise. Then, they were able to measure and then install a new Corian countertop quickly and correctly (all while social distancing and sanitizing as they worked), and also performed some extra touches that I had requested. The end result is tremendous. Highly recommended.

I love this company. And Peter, the boss, as well as his wife Jana. They were really easy to work with, and Peter gave me his honest opinions about my choices for my kitchen countertops. I finally went with quartz and am so pleased with the results of the careful fabrication and installation. The countertops are gorgeous. The price was also very reasonable. If I have other work to be done, I will definitely call B & B again.

I used B&B for a formica countertop and for sure i'd use them again in the future. From sales to install, everyone at B&B seemed to make every effort to make my project as successful as possible. Sure i could have saved some dollars by using a big box store instead, but I think going with B&B was 100% worth it.

I had a terrible experience with B&B Formica. I attempted to get a quote from them and after about a week of them ignoring my emails (aside from one email saying they were sorry for the delay and if I was still interested in a quote), I finally gave them a call. The first time I called, they hung up on me. I called them back right away. The new worker I was talking to was looking up my information before the previous person, who had just hung up on me, jumped on the call and was very rude to me saying, "We cannot deal with this issue right now." There was no explanation provided.

We had a partial (not complete) kitchen renovation project which B and B Formica and Granite, Inc. completed in a timely matter during a particularly busy schedule and difficult period of Spring 2022. They removed our old countertop, constructed a new base cabinet, prepared a cabinet for a new dishwasher (we had no previous dishwasher), and built an excellent cabinet in the vacant space after we removed a no-longer-needed wall oven. My company recently had a client that wanted to fill Corian seams. They did not end up choosing to do this in the end so I cannot comment on their work, but the service was great. Pete answered any and all of my questions and even visited the site to give me an accurate estimate. I would recommend them solely on their service and care.

I agree with J.J., Peter and his colleagues at B&B Formica are great. It was one of the least stressful home improvement experiences I've ever had. I was in a big hurry to get my condo ready to sell and needed to replace an old laminate countertop. Peter responded quickly to my email and answered my questions about choosing patterns, plumbing, scheduling, etc. very patiently over the phone. The price he gave was very reasonable and all expenses were exactly what Peter estimated. Peter initially told me that he only does the installation (no plumbing) but I was able to get my countertop installed without paying for a plumber to make an extra trip. I am very pleased with this company's great communication skills (they proactively call and let me know when they would arrive with the counter the day before the installation). I was so impressed by their willingness to come out ASAP to do the measurements and provide me with a brand new kitchen counter in a very short period of time. The time that elapsed between my first email message requesting information/price and the completed installation was about 11 days (including the weekend)!

Overall the top looks nice, but the guys installed the sink before the contractor installed the faucets, and didn't leave enough space for faucet install. Our contractor had to trim down part of the faucet underneath to make it work. We also had some communication gaps in scheduling, and confirming arrival, so again, Ok but not fantastic experience.

We found that their price ended up more than Menard's. When I called back with dimensions smaller than my first estimate, the reduction in price was not very much. We were looking for product only (laminate) for a basement project. Not sure how it would have turned out if we had returned giving the exact measurements. The person at Menard's actually worked with me to figure out how to make the best choice for our project. We decided to go ahead with Menards - who was having a 11% rebate and does not charge extra to use a credit card. This place charges 3% to use your credit card. I found that a turn off. We were able to install ourselves. If you were looking for installation they might do a good price. Shop around is what I would recommend.

Tried to hire this company. Employees seemed nice enough in person. My corespondence, or lack of it, was with John Flemming. Super hard to reach. At times I'd send the same email daily trying to get a response. He's either disorganized or too busy. My job was smaller so maybe he pays attention to the bigger projects but I did indicate I have multiple properties with remodeling needed. You would think you'd want repeat business. Also possibly lacking in product knowledge. He also gave me virtually no options for my project. The next place I worked with was both responsive and gave me a dozen to choose from. Go elsewhere.

I have purchased quartz shelving for three separate bathroom remodels from B & B, and was pleased with the quality of their work and the prices given. I subsequently referred B &B to others, including colleagues who own real estate, like myself, and have numerous projects ongoing at any given time. Although I haven't purchased anything from B&B in over a year, and had never met the owner, Peter J, I anticipated being treated with professional courtesy when I arrived to view samples and order a granite countertop for a kitchen renovation in progress. When I walked in, Peter was sitting at the desk, and barely greeted me when I came in. Deeply engrossed in a stack of invoices on his desk, I was allowed to stand there for several awkward minutes while he glanced at me over the top of his glasses. When I explained why I was there, and indicated that I had measurements with me, he sighed, as if I was intruding, and asked to see my measurements. Realizing that he was perfectly content to leave me standing there during the entire transaction, I finally asked, may I have a chair? He pointed to a chair at a work station down the hall, and then reluctantly went to get it for me. Really? No, hello, it's nice to meet you. Please have a seat, how can I help you? I was instead treated very dismissively, and could not help but wonder if he did not think he had to treat me with professional respect or courtesy because there was no man standing beside me, and therefore I was presumed incapable of making a purchase by myself? Now seated, I told him the name of the granite I would like to order, and without referencing any price listing for that particular item, he simply configured the numbers on a piece of paper. Still intently reviewing his invoices, he pushed the piece of paper towards me and quoted me 1220.00. When I balked, informing him that this 25 sq ft of countertop space would be a simple kitchenette with no sink, faucets, or stove top, he shrugged and said "that's a good price." I countered and stated that I thought it was high for 25 sq ft with no additional labor needed for cutouts, he shrugged again and said "I gave you a good price. If you don't like it, buy Formica." Although I felt insulted by his dismissive attitude, I went and retrieved a Formica sample and asked him to provide me a quote for that, now fully believing that I was being taken advantage of. When he quoted me approximately 980.00 for Formica, I was stunned. Still hoping to salvage this transaction so I could complete this remodel with the granite I chose, I asked " do you offer pricing for business owners? I have several kitchens I need to renovate, and I own an LLC." Once again looking at me momentarily over the top of his glasses, he said flately "that's a contractor rate," expecting me to believe that he provided contractor pricing to someone walking in off the street without credentials. Although the fabricators who work in the yard are friendly and take pride in their work, the owner is rude and unprofessional and had exponentially inflated his prices today for me. I felt very insulted, and took my business elsewhere later this morning, where I was quoted 750.00 to install the same granite, with the same measurements, that Peter J wanted to sell me for 1220.00. It pays to shop around, but not to shop at B&B.
