The best service I ever had, no one like them in Palmdale or Lancaster. They have a lot of selection in porcelain, stone, cabinets, carpet, wood, laminate, you name it they used independent contractors there are great on installation's. thank you west coast flooring for your support. I can not say enough about this company. I wanted a new counter top and a few a adjustments to my kitchen. Juan listened to what I tried to explain. The workers arrived on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. The renovation was completed earlier than expected. The counter top is beautiful, the changes look like it was the original kitchen. The back splash set it all off. I am so pleased with the work they did. I will definitely use AV Flooring again and I highly recommend them.

100% Unprofessional. Its a 2nd rate business that doesn't respect your time. Made an appointment with them a week ahead of time & they never showed up or called. When I called them they said 'oh yeah but we've been busy'.

I found A.V. Flooring on the web. Very nice couple. The workers are excellent. They care about what they're doing. However, the company has a problem with ordering the flooring you want. I didn't get the floor I initially ordered because they didn't have the stair nose So we had to pick another style and color. ( which was limited). and now I have to stain my banister to match. The old ' bate and switch' . didn't appreciate that. But for the most part they were somewhat fair. They did a good job craftmanship wise.

Let me tell you about this place. We ordered carpet from home depo. Surprise surprise Home Depot did not tell us that it was going to be in 3 to 2 weeks later. They said next day no problem. Well that didn’t happen. We call AV flooring. We live 2 hours away. Av flooring saves the day... so we thought they told us they had the same carpet but wait ... for cheaper. We rent a trailer, load up the kids (during the pandemic) oh wait... they don’t have it. 10 days tops they say. Seriously thanks for the awesome costumer service. Fellow ridgecrest folk don’t waste your time.

What an amazing experience we have had with AV Flooring!!! They installed laminate flooring in two of our bedrooms, installed carpet in our master bedroom. Redid the grout in both bathrooms. I had ordered my cabinets elsewhere and was looking for installation and tile when I came into their store. They helped me pick out and style my kitchen, very patient and friendly. I must have changed my mind 4 diff times before we made the official decision. They installed my cabinets, tile and backsplash and it came out beautifully. There were a couple things we wanted to be touched up that we reached out to owner about and he sent them back asap to fix them. Good work, nice people and good price.

I really love the floors and felt that they did a good job installing them. However, support is horrible. Juan promised full warranty of their job, I reached out to him to fix a gap on the flooring they installed and to give us quotes on the rest of the rooms that still hasn't been updated. It has been 2.5 months and still have not heard anything back on either. We don't plan to use the company again. We are looking for a company that will guarantee their work and are reliable.

I would provide a zero if I could. I paid a large amount of money for a large job. We experienced nothing but problems throughout the job and continue to have issues with the workmanship and materials used. It seems that things were rushed to completion without attention to details. If I wanted all these problems, I would have done it myself or hired a crew from the street. The owner is very likable, but needs to find a reliable crew that takes the needed time to get the job done right the first time. I recommend you provide your business somewhere else. I know I will.
