As you can see by their response below they refuse to be held accountable for their lies and point the finger back at the customer. Poor service. Be wary of anything quoted. Dirty, deceitful, and disrespectful liars. My father, grandmother, and I sat with one of their sales people and he promised that they would also install the new faucet along with installing the countertops and new sink. I clearly remember my Father asking this sales person three separate times during this conversation about the sink if they were actually going to install it and they said yes. This was a big reason we decided to spend money with them. Once the installers arrived they refused to do the promised work because they didn’t have plumbing insurance. We called and spoke to three different people at their company to either get the cost of the plumber covered because the salesman lied or to have it done. We were put through to the owner of the company who was extremely rude. Instead of providing great customer service, the rude and arrogant owner instead threatened to put a lien on the house if my father did not pay even though they did not do what was promised. Horrible people and liars from their owner down to their sales team. Avoid at all cost.

Not a good experience at all. They could not give a timeframe for installation so I had to reschedule to a day when I could take off from work. Then they only installed the countertop in my master bathroom, not my guest bathroom since they could not shut off the water (even though they said they knew how when they arrived). I called the City of Raleigh to come out and shut it off but then the installers said that they could not wait. When the plumbers came a few hours later they informed me that the P-trap was missing, the studor vent was broken, and 4 angle stops would need to be replaced due to the negligence of the countertop installers. The result was two installation days (missed work for two days) and over $400 additional plumbing fees.

My wife and I recently redid our bathroom vanity and hired Atlantic countertops. They came in and let me say it turned out beautifully! They we're professional and courteous during the measurement and install process. Im addition, they squeezed me into their schedule to accommodate my father's visit to NC. I gave 4 stars only because, after the countertop was installed I noticed there was no overhang, likely because they did the measurement without the cabinets installed and they installed the counter without drawers in the cabinet (masking the lack of overhang). Worried that I had ruined my shot at a perfect bathroom, I reached out to customer service. Lo and behold, they scheduled a return visit, and they were able to cut new side splashes and pull out the counter to give me the overhang I wanted. Thank you!

I just want to share what a great experience we’ve had with Atlantic Countertops. We’ve recently had beautiful quartz countertops installed in our kitchen. This is the 3rd project we have used AC over two different homes and have been much more than satisfied with each of them. Jeff Clarke has been our contact person, in all of them, who has been a wealth of information and his expertise/accuracy has been much appreciated. We’re thrilled with the results from a quality product, expert installation and coming at a fair price. Jeff’s dimensions were perfect and the installation crew were personable and did a fabulous job. They’re brothers who work well together and care about the quality of their work. The girl in the showroom was also a great help in providing samples, etc. All in all, we would wholeheartedly recommend Atlantic Countertops for any project you might be considering. Great company with great people!

I have read some of the other comments regarding this company. All I can tell you is from my first hand experience they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. When one of the remnants I chose to use was delivered with an incorrect lip on the front, they immediately took it back and replace it at no additional charge. Having them deliver and pick up was worth the small amount of money they charged. Susan the owner and the whole staff were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and will use them again in the future.

The folks at Atlantic Countertops have completed 5 separate projects for us in the past year. A kitchen with new farmhouse sink on a very long run and 2 custom quartz bathroom vanities, moving the old porcelain kitchen sink onto a new quartz countertop in the laundry room, and a new stone facade to a 1950's brick fireplace. As someone that cooks A LOT! I am demanding in the kitchen. I knew the sort of materials I wanted to look at for longevity and durability but I also knew that my kitchen required some unique cuts because the run was very long on one side. With a little creativity from the team doing the measuring (also the install team), we were able to figure out how to hide both the cut in the counter behind a farmhouse sink and cut on the tall backsplash in a shadow under an upper cabinet. EVERY other company in town told me that they would only do a full cut back to front and up the splash showing the full seam in the counter. So I was really happy to have the team figure out an alternative that barely shows just because they thought about placement while they were measuring. They are well-trained! The bathrooms had some unique cuts because the vanities in the mid-century bathrooms sat further out in one case and more narrow in the other. In both situations, they found a small sink in their inventory that fit the spaces really well. The staff did everything from help me pick out the right color quartz to setting it in place along with the sink and cleaning up behind themselves. They were on-time for all of my appointments, neat and very courteous. The bill was exactly as I expected with no surprises. I was able to get nicer pieces than I expected for the tops and the sinks with the staff's help. I would never have been able to do so much without their assistance and knowledge of the products in each manufacturers' line. After working on all of the counters and saving so much I decided to update the front of the 60 year old brick fireplace. The staff helped me select a natural stone remnant and installed that perfectly as well. I think that ended up being our favorite small upgrade in the house. We've used the fireplace more this year since we updated than in the past 10 years combined. It is just that beautiful now! One more bathroom to update after some plumbing is corrected and they will be back for that work as well. I can't say enough about the service and selection. They carry all of the main manufacturers for engineered products and tons of natural stone. They can cut any edge you would like. They take the time to tell you about the seams if you have a long run and figure out ways to avoid them if possible. You can bring your designer with you or just go in by yourself. You can take home samples to check in your own home to make sure you like the selection before ordering. I found the prices to be excellent, and the guidance on which products to look at for a particular style was helpful in keeping me on track. It took a couple of days to get the quote, but we were seriously getting quotes and were not just shopping around. Most places only quote you a per square foot price based on the measurements you give them. All jobs can be a bit more tricky depending on how the tops go into a space. I already knew that having done a bit of construction over the years so the couple of day turn around was fine and expected from a serious bidder on a job. It takes time to work out how the cuts will fit in a sheet and how many sheets will be needed based on your requirements. Be patient, it's worth it.

A big thank you to Jeff, who came out to measure and to both Jeff and Bobby who made the template mock up ready on the granite slab at the shop within 20 minutes of leaving my home, so I could come in to view and approve the granite for cutting. Thank you to Brian and Lindsey who came out for the installation. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Atlantic Countertops. We LOVE our new kitchen counters and are looking forward to scheduling bathroom counter installation!

Bait and switch, beware. Spent a good deal of time with rep only looking at solicor/colicor (no dark edge seam), followed up by email with exact reference on sample for quote, got quote, agreed, went to showroom with requested 50% deposit when they discovered their "error" telling me I would owe $300 more. Also didn't appreciate their trying to pin the mistake on me by saying I didn't specifically request solicor/colicor, when that was the ONLY counter I was looking at with the rep. She screwed up but tried to blame me. Bad attitudes, dishonest, lost hours for nothing, no commercial gesture on the price hike after their mistake. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Just moved here from Miami, FL and I am starting to think businesses here do not want to make money. I had Atlantic come out almost 2 months ago for a quote on a bathroom remodel and still have not received one. First time I called to get an update, Danny said I would receive an estimate by the end of the week. That didn't happen so I reached out again a week later and got no response. Completely unprofessional. Expecting my first born next month and was looking forward to having my bathroom done by then. PS. The employee who came to measure the bathroom for the estimate walked into my house through the garage door when he arrived. Scared me and my husband. Please make sure you knock at the front door when arriving at someone's house.

Wouldn't even bother! I needed a competitive quote for a very standard and simple quartz counter and I was told 3 days just for the quote. All other companies in the area turned around a quote right on the phone or within an hour or two. The guy was so rude on the phone and incredibly unprofessional. because of this alone, don't waste your time.
