This is the fourth job we've had with artistic stone. Thought it was a little out of the ordinary to ask him to build a complete stone surround for our bedroom fireplace. It came out, like all their other jobs here, absolutely perfect. And once again they exceeded our expectations. Professional, friendly, and very very knowledgeable. Wouldn't use any other place. I called Artistic Stone Works and asked for a quote for granite installation for an outdoor kitchen project I am doing. Lisa told me to send in some measurements and some pictures of what I wanted done. I sent the measurements and pictures in and received my quote back quickly. Any questions I had about the job got answered quickly as well. After I signed the contract, an employee came to my home to take the exact measurements needed for a template of my outdoor kitchen. He was at my home for about an hour getting measurement precise. It took around 3-4 days for the granite to be cut off site and the installation team to arrive for install. There was a team of four people and to do the install and they were excellent! The team did not rush. They took their time and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I had one small problem with my griddle and side burner inserts not being the same size. Because of this, the granite was going to protrude out of the front of the side burner and look strange. Instead of just doing what he wanted, one of the guys took the time to ask how I wanted it done. We came up with a solution and the worker cut some more granite away little by little several times until it was just right. I'm a big believer in communication. Artistic Stone Works was very good in that regard. Excellent customer service from all parties involved.

Visited to get a look at some tiles, and left a few minutes later with a feeling that the lady who works there was condescending and had a superiority complex. Went around the corner and found better looking tiles and deals at the other place. I may not look it, but little did she know I have the education- geologist here. Please don't speak with her if you want to be treated with respect and kindness.

Wow....just WOW! After contacting several stone fabricators in the Sacramento area I was dissatisfied with the response. I expanded my search area and contacted Artistic Stone Works. After speaking with Evan on the phone I decided to drive the 40 miles to Lodi to discuss my project. Upon arrival I was greeted by Christy whose smile and excellent customer service set the tone for the remainder of my project. After reviewing the project details with Evan in concert with Greg, the owner, I immediately knew I was in the right place. They were responsive to my questions, creative in design, and clear in how they would proceed. They exceeded beyond all my expectations.
