I called Artistic Stone Works and asked for a quote for granite installation for an outdoor kitchen project I am doing. Lisa told me to send in some measurements and some pictures of what I wanted done. I sent the measurements and pictures in and received my quote back quickly. Any questions I had about the job got answered quickly as well. After I signed the contract, an employee came to my home to take the exact measurements needed for a template of my outdoor kitchen. He was at my home for about an hour getting measurement precise. It took around 3-4 days for the granite to be cut off site and the installation team to arrive for install. There was a team of four people and to do the install and they were excellent! The team did not rush. They took their time and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I had one small problem with my griddle and side burner inserts not being the same size. Because of this, the granite was going to protrude out of the front of the side burner and look strange. Instead of just doing what he wanted, one of the guys took the time to ask how I wanted it done. We came up with a solution and the worker cut some more granite away little by little several times until it was just right. I'm a big believer in communication. Artistic Stone Works was very good in that regard. Excellent customer service from all parties involved.

Visited to get a look at some tiles, and left a few minutes later with a feeling that the lady who works there was condescending and had a superiority complex. Went around the corner and found better looking tiles and deals at the other place. I may not look it, but little did she know I have the education- geologist here. Please don't speak with her if you want to be treated with respect and kindness.

From start to finish and all the way through the project, everyone at artistic is amazing. The craftsmanship is stunning, they take their time and do things right. Evan and everyone in the office was so helpful in planning the project and working with timelines. Artistic did our countertop and it was perfectly installed. They also did our backsplash with porcelain tile, and it was complicated but the install was perfect. Johnny and crew are the best installers I have ever worked with. Great craftsmanship is hard to come by, not at Artistic Stone Works! We recommend Artistic and will be using them in the future.

They were extremely helpful with information and suggestions as to what was available, and what would work best with our budget. The men came to our home and installed the countertops and they did a fantastic job, they were through, clean and we were thrilled with the results. I highly recommend you working with them. I have to say I feel very lucky to have chosen Artistic Stone Works for my Quartz countertop installation. I had a great experience from start to finish. Once I decided on a pattern it was ordered, the kitchen counter measurements were taken, the Quartz slabs were cut to size at their shop and then two highly experienced installer's brought the slabs to my home and installed them in a five hour window. The entire process took about two weeks from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the finished product.

All around excellent experience. Our cabinet maker recommended Artistic. Based on all the other 5 star reviews and the initial meeting I was planning to work with them, but did get two other quotes just to follow our self imposed 3 quote rules. One quote was eyebrow raising high, and the big box store was pretty close. Artistic has a great selection of material samples, as well as remnants for smaller projects. I picked a beautiful remnant for our laundry room. They also sell sinks and can install them (minus the plumbing). We did get our kitchen slabs from a different store (as I found a really good deal) and had them shipped to Artistic for fabrication which was very easy to facilitate with the guidance of Lisa. She was a pleasure to work with, helped keep our budget, and even kindly helped to occupy my toddler when we were going over paperwork. Greg and Evan had great suggestions for making our ideas a reality, and worked with my evolving design plan. The attention to detail was wonderful, like, where to place seams to be least noticeable. The turnaround from templating to install was very quick and Evan kept us looped in on progress. Our installation team had to come twice due to the design of our countertop and cabinets and they were also amazing. Arturo is very knowledgeable, skilled (had to put a bazillion shims on one long stretch of counter and you'd never know, and the seams are almost invisible) and tidy. Some of our other contractors left messes, but this crew cleaned up everything when they left. We are so happy. Everything is beautiful. I'm looking around our home to see what other things need new countertop now! I will post photos once our cabinets are finished.

I hired Artistic Stone Works to update my kitchen. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Lisa was responsive to questions and was helpful in providing a quote based off my measurements and photos. I knew what stone I wanted and reached out to a couple retailers to get quotes. One returned my call weeks later. Another gave me an astronomical quote that was laughable... Artistic Stone Works provided me with a fair quotation and could get started in the timeframe I was hoping to get the work completed by. The demo team and the install team were prompt, professional and friendly. The demo team took extra care to contain the mess and clean up afterwards. The install team was careful and did a meticulous job with the installation. Greg was helpful with explaining the process during templa and Evan was fantastic in keeping me updated on the fabrication progress. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and would hire them back in a heartbeat.

I am quite picky and so glad we chose Artistic Stoneworks in Lodi even though we live in the Sacramento area and they were the lowest bidder. After much research on the best ways to replace tile with quartzite, we threw a lot of questions at potential installers and visited showrooms to see their workmanship. Evan, who works for Greg the owner, answered every question promptly and correctly. What cinched it for us was the reply about kitchen sink installation. He assured us that they used a method so the workstation sink could be replaced if ever needed (not the answer we got from others). We even were allowed to look at the layout before the slabs were actually cut. They removed the old countertops but didn't hurt our existing beautiful wood floor or cabinets. The day the stone was installed, the job supervisor confessed he'd left another installer because Greg cares as much about doing a good job and his customers as making a profit. Such an outlook is rare these days.

Let's just start this off by saying, WOW!!! My kitchen looks amazing!!!! Thanks to Greg and his crew! They were wonderful and very professional. The countertops we chose were quartz LG Viatera Karis and the backsplash is bedrosians cloe tile in white and it is beyond beautiful! We also purchased the Kohler Riverby sink. Also installed by artistic stone. Amazing job!! After 12 years living in this home with a not so appealing oak kitchen and tile counters, followed by a dishwasher fire, I am glad finally made the decision to make a change, and that we chose Artistic Stone Works to help us bring our kitchen dreams to reality. They did a beautiful job fabricating and installing our leathered granite. They needed to match an OGEE, edge which is very out of style, and they did so beautifully. Everybody we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and really nice. And all of the work was done in an exceedingly timely manner. We would absolutely utilize them again should the need arise.

Is there a way for a local business SOOOOO AMAZING to go viral?!?!? I just can't recommend Artistic Stone Works more and as of this post, they haven't installed our counter tops. They are extremely busy, for a reason, yet still manage to give 1 on 1 service beyond perfection, making us feel like their ONLY client. I couldn't decide on outside countertops and out of the blue, Lisa shared photos to ensure my first choice would be ok with a few changes in paint color. Who does that?!? They have been 110% from my initial call. I will post pictures of our choices because they are beyond perfect. But if you want patience, perfection and unparalleled customer service, look no further. We are so thankful we chose Artistic for our kitchen remodel. We first visited the showroom and loved one of their samples but we made the mistake of going with a different company purely over price. This was a mistake. Never go with the lowest bid. We realized our mistake and went back to Lisa to explain our predicament. We were without countertops and in desperate need. Artistic came through and got us confirmed so quick. She even confirmed our material was in stock before we even confirmed our order. Our slabs were in their yard, less than 24 hours later. From ordering to install, we were done in 10 days. I don't know if we got lucky or if this is the norm but we are so thankful. The material is exactly what we wanted and looks so great in our new kitchen. The staff is amazing, Evan, was very kind to show me some slabs they already had and got us on their schedule super quickly. We will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks(and we already have)

First off, out of 10 Yelp requests this was the only company willing to help my husband and I cut our backsplashes down that came with our vanity from Lowe's. Unfortunately the vanity sits high so the backsplashes sitting at 4" would hit our light switches, we needed to take them down to 3" and also cut one for a side splash. It was a low cost job that they had no problem doing for us. I honestly thought for a second we wouldn't find anyone to help us so thanks guys! We just had Artistic Stone Works install kitchen counters and a new shower and niche. I could not be happier with their work. My subway backsplash and new shower floor is flawless. From start to finish the owner Greg was very hands on talking us through design possibilities. We ended up with a spectacular one of a kind shower. Okay, the work has been completed so this is my final entry. Regarding customer service, range of quality products and attention to detail I gotta give 5 Stars to ASW and its employees. Everyone was timely and took precautions to exercise safeguards (mask, etc) while maintaining high standards. They exceeded our expectations from the guys who came to demolish to the installers.....they were great. Even my dog, Ginger, liked them. ASW also referred me to Troy Bettenhausen Plumbing (TBP) who came and put the finishing touches on a job well done. Check out the before and after pictures and if you wanna get quality work done as well as being treated like their most important customer, then consider ASW and TBP.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Artistic Stone Works. From the time we first walked into their shop and talked to Evan, until the finish of the project, we were impressed with how helpful, competent and flexible they are. Their bid was comparable to other countertop companies we consulted and we felt comfortable from the first that they were dealing honestly with us. Greg and Lisa were helpful in the shop giving us options and making suggestions about materials. They agreed to order our sink and helped us make decisions about accessories. Greg came out and measured and we were at once confident because he explained clearly our options in the four connecting rooms where we have countertop (kitchen, laundry room, bar from kitchen into family room and a sunroom we use as a dining room). Our contract was signed just days before the COVID 19 stay home order was issued. Artistic already had our quartz taking up space in their yard, but were willing to postpone until we were comfortable proceeding. Once we decided to get started almost two months later, they quickly worked us back into the schedule and it was just a matter of a few days for them to tear out the old ceramic tile, make the template, and get our counters installed. The process was smooth and without glitches. Their crews wore masks because we asked them to - they cleaned up every evening and took pride in their work. We happily recommend Artistic Stone Works.

12 years ago when my house was built, our contractor installed our cook island with an over-the-counter sink (I wanted an undermount) and the countertop was pieced with a seam running down the middle. I have been working on a custom outdoor kitchen/ Bar area and was looking for a custom granite installer who would do the job right the first time. I knew quality was what I was looking for which means you are going to pay a little more but the beauty will last many years. The process is already stressful with the choices that are available. I left the install up to Greg and his staff and I can't tell you how much I am thankful I did. The area where the granite was being laid on had a few headaches which I left to the professionals. Greg's staff spent the entire day dry fitting each custom piece on site and weren't satisfied until it was perfect. The job took 3 slabs to complete and each piece was a perfect match! I can't tell you how much little detail means to me. These guys understood that and worked on this project as if it was being installed at their house. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and double checked fine details before just doing it. This as a homeowner was important to me. I was even showen how to seal and care for the granite in years to come. Loved the install of our granite that Chris and his helper did this last Thursday. He did a wonderful job, coming on time, and explaining the process whenever we had any questions. Before that, the owner, Greg Baroni, did a great job of measuring and then cutting the slabs. We didn't know that the slabs we had purchased in Sacramento had fissures throughout. Greg was able to plan out the cuts to avoid them yet match the patterns running through the granite. And, Christy, who answers the phone was cheerful and answered many of our questions about the process.

Thank you Artistic Stone Works. You made my kitchen/bath counter remodel so easy. I stopped at your showroom on a Monday, I brought pictures/ measurements. Sean was able to give me an estimate and showed me several granite slabs that would match my cabinets/floors. He also suggested that I stop at Bedrosians in Salida to check out additional slabs. Two days later I phoned and said I had decided on one of the slabs that Sean had suggested and that I was ready to get started. Sean came out the next day and measured. One week later, the demo/installation crew arrived and now I have a beautiful kitchen/bath. I am already thinking about my next project with Artistic Stone Works in Lodi.

So far my experience working with Artistic Stone has been great. I have a old sink and couldn't find a replacement to fit in the cutout in my granite so I thought I would have to replace the granite . But when Craig came out to look at it he said he knew a sink that would fit. Yeah! So we're in the process of getting it done. He could have said yes you need to replace all the granite, but he didn't. These are honest guys.

We are rehabbing our house in CA and have gotten to countertops. We have had some unfortunate experience working with contractors who didn't actually do the work so looked for a local fabricator and found Artistic. The experience from walking in their showroom, meeting the people, seeing the shop, looking at stone in the racks, measurements, purchase and finally installation was excellent. We just had new kitchen countertops installed by Artistic Stone Works. There was enough of the slab leftover that we were able to also upgrade our half bath and laundry room countertops. Sean and Greg and Lisa are fabulous! Quick quote, quick demo, quick install - they were done within 5 days. They do such quality work! But I am going to give them an extra shout out for their phenomenal customer service! I highly, highly recommend them. It was a fun and enjoyable experience working with them.

The team at Artistic Stone Works were great. From Sean coming out to talk about what I was going for in the kitchen, Cheyenne handling all the scheduling and answering all my questions (I had a lot), Greg handling the templating and coordinating the tile, the crew who demo'd the old counter and installed the new, to Jim doing beautiful tile work, this was a great experience. They did beautiful work! The quartz counters and the backsplash turned out amazing. I am SO happy with how this project turned out! Super high quality, craftsmenship and customer service. The showroom is great, so many types of counters and tiles to look at, get ideas, etc... I love my kitchen makeover and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a project like this.

My husband and I chose Artistic Stone for our fabrication and installation because from the moment we walked in to check things out we were blown away by their Customer Service AND they're a local company which we love to supporting. This company has an amazing team. From Cheyenne's who was there whenever I called and had a question (and I had a LOT of questions lol), to Sean who came and measured so I knew how many slabs to get, the demo team who worked around my toddler and my husband who was working from home that day , Greg who came out with his fancy machine post demo and measured again for perfect fabrication, Sean again who showed me which parts of the slab's he chose to cut for my countertops (which was perfect BTW, it like he was in my head! Let me tell you they know EXACTLY what they're doing but I still love that they give their clients an opportunity to see their plans before they start cutting and make changes if there is a section they want more or less of), and the install team who came today and we're quick, efficient and can blend a seam like rockstars!! EVERYONE there is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They understand that not every one of their clients wants to spend a ton of money on 1 project so are honest and open with selections and options. We will be using them for the back splash as well and once that's installed I'll post pics and update/finalize with a review of their Tile team/process. We have 3 bathrooms that need new countertops and there is no question about who we'll be using for those updates as well. No question about it - we made a great decision choosing Artistic Stone and they do a great job maintaining one of the best teams we've had the pleasure of dealing with.

I bought a house that had a pre-fab granite island, but they didn't replace the white tile countertops in the rest of the kitchen. It was a common style and Sean was able to pick out a slab, measure, fabricate and get it installed in a week. They also dropped a stainless steel undermount sink in to complete the look and it was WAY cheaper (and faster) than both Lowe's and Home Depot quoted us. I'm glad I went with a local business, the guys did a great job.

Good doing business with them from start to finish without a glitch. They go above and beyond! Everyone that has seen the counter top and tile work comment on the good workmanship. If you are getting new counter tops and back splash check this place out.

This is a pre contract review as we haven't signed yet. But it is a customer service review. We have been getting quotes from several granite contractors to install a new kitchen counter top. Contractor #1: Romancing The Stone. Stopped by their show room and spoke to the manager. He took my information and said he would forward it to the owner to come and measure for a quote. After several days I finally got a call to set an appointment. Contractor #2: Alied Tile. Called and Rick came out the next day. Very nice to talk to. He said someone would email us a quote. Four days later after calling to check on the progress of the quote we finally got it. Contractor #3: Artistic Stone. Called and Sean came be the next morning and had we a quote that afternoon. Artistic Stone wins the pre contract customer service prize. The prize will be a contact to install our countertop.

After some time of dealing with different companies and becoming disgruntled I called one evening and left a message on two different businesses voicemail. At 7:30 the next morning Artistic called back! Their OUTSTANDING customer service began. We were invited to come to the showroom and on arrival the next day, Rochelle greeted us, walked us through the slab yard, explained how things happened, and scheduled an appt for Sean to come out and measure. This was Thursday. Monday morning Sean came out and measured, walked us through details again, scheduled a day for template to be made. We went back to showroom, choose our slabs, that by the way, were more beautiful then any we had already seen from Modesto to Rancho Cordova, and scheduled the job. Template made, granite cut, ( on site at Artistic) and install scheduled. Installers were clean, professional and quick. Tiler in the next day for backsplash. 3rd day grout. Words I would use to describe our experience; top-notch, talented, professional, passionate, warm, friendly, quick, clean, on time, courteous, and did I mention their customer service hits it out of the ballpark?! AND, they were less expensive then the others we had dealt with. All along this journey our neighbors have watched and they are fans and future customers of Artistic as well. Rochelle, Sean and Greg, along with all of their installers, know their job, their product, and above all else, how to treat their customers. Thank you Artistic, for a beautiful kitchen.
