We are very happy with our experience purchasing granite from Armina Stone Jonathan was very helpful in the showroom when we chose our granite 3 months ago, Obo was very courteous and thorough when he came to make the template, and Nigel and two associates have just completed the installation. They took great care to protect our new hardwood flooring, and ensured everything was clean and in order before leaving. You wouldn't know where the seam was if you hadn't seen it being installed! Working directly with Armina Stone allowed us to choose the exact slab of granite that was used in our kitchen - it was removed from the showroom and stored for 3 months until we were ready for installation.

Don't use this company! You will be sorry. They did a bait and switch and then they were rude from day 1. We cancelled the order right before the install. Read the reviews. So glad we didn't go any further.

Terrible job. Main countertop looks horrible. Granite in front of the sink doesn’t match to sides of the cabinet. Sink opening is too small and sink doesn’t fit. Backsplash is 1” from wall. It is not parallel to the countertop. All together 1 star is too much for this job.

Fabulous from start to finish, our salesman was knowledgeable, personable, no pressure and kind--thanks Daniel. The installers and finishers were focused, tidy, efficient and worked with surgical precision--they know their business. Oh! The cost was so much lower than we expected AND our countertop is gorgeous!!!

Armina Stone is a poorly, run unpleasant company that doesn’t stand behind their work whatsoever. I live in the Bakery Village townhomes in East Liberty and Armina was contracted by Infinity Custom Homes (the builder) to do our countertops. Within months the quartz rail in front of our cooktop cracked on either side and fell. Armina pushed back as much as possible (no, I don’t sit, lean, or stand on a 1” wide piece of countertop, thanks for asking) before agreeing to do the repair. They first sent an installer out on the wrong day and lied when confronted with that (I had camera footage). The repair was completed with jagged seams that didn’t match the previous clean look at all, and the cooktop was left uncaulked to move around in the hole. The scheduler raised her voice to me when I called to ask about that. A few months after the initial repair the quartz rail behind the cooktop also started to crack and fall, followed by the front one they’d just “fixed”. Due to the pandemic we weren’t able to have them come fix it, so as soon as things became less restricted we reached out to see what could be done. Now they’re saying we’re out of warranty for something that broke almost immediately (clearly it was a sloppy job) and our poor builder is stuck taking time out of his busy schedule to advocate for us in hopes they’ll make it right this time. I wouldn’t wish my experience with this company on my worst enemy. Avoid if at all possible.

You had better REALLY LIKE a good price, because it's the best part of their game. God forbid you need a schedule for the work!!! They won't even tell you WHEN they actually show up!!! Rest assured - the guy who came in previously and took measurements SCREWED UP!! I've followed these jokers on several jobs now as the Plumber who has to hook up the sink--- always a screwup that requires the OTHER trades to come back...COSTING YOU MORE MONEY!! Because of them!!! They work late to get it done, but its their own problem in the first place ..... If you read this review and still used them- you only looked at square foot cost- and will be rewarded with karma. (In MY opinion)

I’ve received a better customer service at the DMV. I have tried multiple times to set up an appointment them. Multiple times try to narrow down to a specific time with in a 4 hour window for them to look at my project. I was informed they will not give me a specific time to look at my project as I am just another number in their schedule

Quartz countertops chipping after less than a year where cut was made for sink and on the edge. I asked Home Depot about warranty and they referred me back to armenia stone who said they would look at it for $250 as it was not covered due to wear and tear. We are two seniors who are empty nesters and barely use the kitchen. My last countertop lasted 30 years without chipping. I DO NOT recommend this company or their countertops.

We went through Home Depot but Armina Stone installed it. At first everything was set, the company was a no call no show on the tear out date. We received a window of noon-5pm and they would call beforehand, no call. At 515 I was informed they broke the slab during manufacturing and to push out the dates. It happened again the following week. They finally tore out, but the next day only installed half the slabs and didn't glue down 2 of them. Then didn't do the backsplash. I had to wait another week for the backsplash to finally be done. I received another noon-5pm window. No call no show. Finally showed up to my door without a call at 615. The countertops and work are done tremendously well, very happy with that part. They scratched apart of the countertop but fixed it right away and now it's perfect. Our issue isn't the scheduling, but the communicate and execution of the time window and calling beforehand. If the company can fix this part, they'd be amazing to work with.

We purchase counter top and were to have them installed on a Friday afternoon. The company called the day before to verify the installation. Time passed and NO installation! Call the company, but no answer! Called the next morning NO answer! Maybe my number was listed not to pick up! I had to stop into the show room and get a bunch of BULL about nobody not know why the tops were not installed. I was told I would get a call on Monday late morning or early afternoon. NO call happened! I called and they said the tops would be installed before 5 pm. This we did get a call after 5 pm that they were on their way. They got here in 1/2 hour and the tops were installed in 1 hour. The guys who installed the tops are very good at installation process. They asked if we had any questions and we did which they answered. I did have a question the next day, but again NO answer and No return call. The tops look and fit great! To bad the rest of the company isn't the same!

My wife and I walked in with the intention of getting a formal bid for replacement countertops based on dimensions provided and a $20k budget and the sales woman could not have been less helpful. Can you give us a range of cost per linear foot? NO. How long for a quote to be turned around? I AM NOT SURE.. Asked about removing uppers (appliance garage) - I AM SURE WE DO BUT OBVIOUSLY A CHARGE AND BEFORE YOU ASK, I DONT KNOW. Do you have any scraps of natural stone for sample...NO. Each time we walked back to her desk to ask a question, it was an imposition. Anyway, I was simply shocked by how little this young lady cared to be of assistance and candidly was clearly hoping we left (got there at 4:15 and they close at 5:00 - Robinson location). While the selection of stone was good, I certainly won't be back to get the aforementioned quote.

absolute worst company to deal with. templater had to come out twice. Installers had to come out 3 times to install 3 pieces of granite. Our kitchen is small. the installers ( who were very nice people) were scheduled for an afternoon install. they arrive at 7:30 PM the day before thanksgiving. They do not have all the pieces of granite nor do they have the braces for the counter which were paid for. A few days later another group of installers show up also without the braces and still missing a piece of granite. They say they'll be back in the morning. Wife takes off work and they call to say they rescheduling for later in the week. They are rescheduling to install a single piece of granite measuring 6 inches wide. If i can share anything it would be GO ELSEWHERE even if it costs more. Horrible customer service. they do not answer the phones or return messages. STAY AWAY
