Stone popularity is determined by the material’s excellent resistance to heat, friction, and other aggravating factors, which prolongs serviceability. The fabrication process includes taking measurements, designing an individual design project, choosing a matching slab in a warehouse, and processing. Workers install countertops upon readiness.

Stopped in to inquire about having them do butcher block countertops for our new build after struggling to find anyone in DFW to do them. The owner, Phillip, personally helped us. Can’t say enough about the customer service! He ensured we were able to get exactly what we wanted and made multiple trips for the installation just to be sure they were fitted perfectly! Our countertops are absolutely beautiful!!! I highly recommend Arlington Marble and would continue to do business with them when needed.

Philip and the whole team are amazing. Their communication and customer service are 10/10. I was driving all over DFW trying to find a certain stone until I called Arlington Marble. They helped me find the perfect slabs and the fabrication was top notch. They accommodated our tight schedule for install and the installation was perfect with nearly invisible seams. Couldn’t be happier and will certainly use them for our next remodel. So nice to find people who truly care and want to provide great service.

Arlington Marble is the best natural stone supplier/installer that I have ever worked with. From the first contact to the final installation, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Remington was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair and honest quote and explained the options and benefits of different types of stone. Matthew was amazing. He found me the perfect quartz slab that matched my vision and budget. He was courteous, attentive, and responsive. He kept me updated on the progress and delivered on time. Deanna was the perfect office manager. She coordinated everything smoothly and efficiently. She made sure I was satisfied with the work and answered any questions I had. The installation team was also great. They were skilled, careful, and respectful. They did a flawless job and cleaned up after themselves. My kitchen looks stunning thanks to Arlington Marble. They are a family-owned company that truly cares about their customers and their quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new countertops. Thank you, Arlington Marble, for making my home beautiful! I truly appreciate it.

Arlington Marble did an exceptional remodel on our home. We had the kitchen countertops replaced as well as all the bath vanities. Everything looks great, they recommended Johnson Remodeling to handle the plumbing needs and he did a great job also. All the employees are polite and did great work, highly recommend!!!!

Very happy with the quality and workmanship. I really appreciated how they advised against few things I wanted to do and I am so glad I listed to them. They're the experts with plenty of experience.
I also ran into a small problem where I couldn't open the fridge fully -not their fault- because of the countertop too close to fridge. I didn't get my fridge in few weeks after installation was complete. I emailed them with my concern and they showed up the next morning to cut the granite a bit short. Now this is what I call excellent service. I am very pleased and will recommend them to friends and families.

New owners as of 2018, Philip Shoults and his wife are family members of the founders of this large fabrication shop. They do a lot of business with multiple teams fabricating and installing, and their shop is huge with easy parking. The pricing was very competitive and affordable, and they also offer complete remodeling services through their building division. Mr. Shoults' communication was prompt and thorough, and he provided an excellent installation of beautiful Black Pearl granite, a material he keeps in stock, for our master bathroom vanity which he completed in about one week's turnaround time. My only caution would be that we are glad we insisted our installation team drill the double faucet and sink holes outdoors on site, as they appeared to have brought no supplies to contain the plumes of dust created during this process, and their shop vac itself emitted dust while cleaning up the debris on the sidewalk. Perhaps other teams do have containment procedures and filtered vacuuming for indoor drilling, and hopefully Mr. Shoults will be addressing this issue as his shop expands, but this was our personal experience in October 2019. Thanks for the work, and we are enjoying this countertop daily!

Under new management. Madeline was great. They know what they are doing and they came out to install within a week (home depot quoted me 4 weeks!). Extremely reasonable price, especially given how quickly we needed to get our new countertops installed. We got grey marble, and it looks fancy :) Thank you Arlington Marble!

Well, we used Arlington Marble and didn't know anything about the negative Yelp reviews. I can only give them a great review. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. And my wife and I are not the easiest to please. Not difficult but we do expect the best for what we are paying for.
We had our large kitchen done and master bath done in granite and our other bath in marble. Pricing was very good and the installation went off without a hitch. We had one slight problem a couple days after installation and the owner came out himself, saw what was wrong and fixed it on the spot.
I noticed that some of the reviews were older, reviews are good if the company takes heed and corrects what has discouraged people in the past. Looks like they did just that when it came to our home remodel. Kudo's to Arlington Marble. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member. Oh wait, I just did. I recommended them to my daughter for her double vanity in the master bath :)

We used Arlington Marble three different times over the years and never had a problem. I agree their personalities are rough on the edges but the price is right and the install is good.
I once had someone come out to fix a chip in a marble sink and clean the grout in the shower for $100. Maybe I caught them on their good days.

Arlington Marble did a fantastic job on our countertops. The Cambria is amazing. The cuts were perfect and layed out well with the flow in the quartz. Installation went smoothly. The issue came with tiling the back splash. Our tile measurements were way off. We have 5 extra boxes of tile that was not needed. The guys doing the tile were not experienced and we had a special tile for above the range top that was not cut correctly. Had to order more of the that expensive tile. The saw was not sharp enough. Then the electrical boxes were not tiled around properly and they had to come back and fix because of dry wall exposure. He then just glued the tiles on. They don't lay flat like the rest. No one checked to see if job was done properly. I highly recommend for counter tops but do not have them lay tile.

They were very nice while we where looking at marbel. When we decided to purchase countertops from them we were very happy. When the marble was installed we had a question about a gap on a bar where they cut it crooked. The installers said just have your painters caulk in it and you won't see it. They could have double checked their measurements before they cut the marble. Well we thought about for a little bit and my wife called them about 4 times and they never bothered to respond to her calls. Buying them from them was a big mistake and we'll never buy anything from them again.

We have to agree with the prior review. Unfortunately for us we started our project before that review was published. Had we known we would not have used Arlington Marble. Our issues:
No oversight
-incorrect fabrication allowed to leave the shop
-damaged product allowed to leave the shop and allowed to be installed
-no supervision of onsite work
Poor Workmanship
-undermount sinks glued (not braced) to stone leading to the sink falling into the cabinet below
-countertop gouged by saw resulting in insufficient product to complete the job
-even though specific issues were written by Chris two granite countertops were cut incorrectly
-everything they touched had an issue
Poor customer service
-there is none...their mistakes were our (the customer) fault
-after numerous issues the owner, Chris (unable to deal with his problems), sent his wife and brother in an attempt to come to some resolution.
In the end seeing our dissatisfaction and their apparent inability to overcome their numerous errors they resigned from the job saving them any further monetary losses. While we happily accepted this to end the torture, it did leave us short one quartz countertop and one granite fireplace surround and the need to find another contractor to complete the work.
While we paid as we went, this is another example of never paying a contractor upfront.

I will never use Arlington Marble again! It was the absolute worst experience of my life! They are extremely unprofessional and rude! We placed an order in October 2014 and never got the product we ordered! In July we finally got a refund from them!
They used every excuse possible when we inquired about the out counter top. It went from our store was damaged in a storm, to we lost the paperwork and need new measurements to our phone lines are needing repair, we've called you but you never called us (NOT TRUE). We sent them our measurements six different times! Twice I received an email from them saying they were going to send our counter top to pour, and it didn't happen either time. The one and only time they actually picked up the phone a called us, Jeanne was rude and acted if it was our fault!
In the end, when went down there to request our refund we found that Jeanne was not there and were told we had to come back. While we were speaking with the employee (who is also their aunt) as to why we wanted a refund, someone walked in. All we said in front of this other person was " We ordered a counter top in October, it's now June don't you think that's a bit excessive?" Apparently Chris Johnson the owner of Arlington Marble was not happy that spoke in front of another customer since he called my husband and said "I don't appreciate your wife coming in to my store running her trap!" and "If your wife wants a fight, my wife will fight!" First of of all, we never went into their place of business with a chip on our shoulder! We weren't rude or obnoxious! We certainly didn't walk in there wanting a fight! We simply just stated why we wanted a refund! So sorry that their feelings were hurt, by telling the them the truth about how they failed us!
To be honest, I was glad that this whole horrible ordeal was going to be finally over! I wasn't even going to write a review on them, or send a letter to the BBB. Until, Chris made the statement to my husband, saying we better not write a review on them or turn them into the BBB. If you don't want reviews on your business, don't go into business! If you don't want a letter sent to the BBB, then provide customer service and follow proper business ethics! Save yourself the hassle! Don't go to Arlington Marble! Chris and Jeanne both need customer service classes and business ethics classes! They are nothing but a bunch of bullies! I'm all about supporting small businesses, but I can't and won't support one that wants to fight their customers over their own mistakes!

Does Arlington Marble offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Arlington Marble performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. What guarantees does Arlington Marble provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Arlington Marble, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Arlington Marble in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
