Installation crew was a nightmare. The countertops were measured wrong and cut wrong the 1st time- 2nd time they came back they were still wrong but by then I was done arguing with them. They claim they don't speak English on the installation crew so after I talked to them they threw away major components to my sink and caused my tenant to go without a sink/ kitchen for 4 days. She had to eat out and I had to pay - because they cut the counter wrong they used most of my Quartz that was $1500 a slab to replace- ( i got lucky and found a 1 x deal on it ) Planned on using it in my RV but can no longer. Had to fight with them to make the situation as right as possible but still ultimately unhappy however the countertops finally look decent. NOT GREAT BUT DECENT. They also destroyed my wall in the kitchen when they had to take the old ones out and put the new one in after the 1st time it was done. Verified everything was fine after their 1st install but after the 2nd it was not. Also dont let them fool you Elsa is the wife / other owner of this business. 10 stars! Like their name says, they are pro's. Elsa was great and Ricardo is the best. They were able to find a counter top material that was being discontinued by the manufacturer so now ALL our counter tops match!! A small family operation but they have great pricing, accurate measuring and a perfect installation process. And to top it off, the crew didn't leave globs of silicone adhesive on our floors like the like the last company we used did. My wife and I highly recommend AZ Granite Pro.

Arizona Granite Pro has an amazing team! From our first appointment to our installation appointment our experience was awesome. We worked with Elsa who was very thorough with answering questions and explaining the process. Even after our initial appointment when we had additional questions she was available to answer those questions for us. The gentleman that came out for our template appointment was very knowledgeable and professional. The install guys were awesome and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

This is my first experience installing a countertop and I chose Arizona Granite Pro for their good review on Yelp. However, my experience with this business has been a mixed signal. GOOD: The work quality and pricing are very good and competitive. BAD: The communication is very bad since the very beginning and this issue keeps repeating throughout the entire process. Firstly, they told me to go to the Granite provider vendor to pick the granite I prefer. However, they failed to inform me that I have to put in a Hold order for that slab with the stone provider. They only realized that I don’t have a hold order after I already PAID for the material. This resulted in another trip back to the granite provider vendor, and I live 40 miles away from that vendor. Thankfully, after that, the experience was a bit better when Crystal explained to me the right process and confirmed all the time and date for the process, Elsa came for the formal estimate and was able to answer all of my concern. Ricardo was there for the final measurement and was very courteous to ask if he could come a bit early. Unfortunately, the installation step wasn’t a pleasant experience. I confirmed multiple times that the installation time will be between 1 and 3PM on the day. However, they came 50 mins early at 12:10 to do the install. They called me and asked when I can be back with zero mention about coming early ahead of the scheduled time and why there has NEVER been a call to ask/inform if they can come early. That is not professional business practice! Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided, just wish the process can be communicated better and less hassle

Great experience from beginning to end for fabrication and install of granite in my kitchen and quartz in my bathrooms. Price was comparable to two other quotes I received. Elsa was great to work with during the estimate portion. She never seemed rush, addressed my questions and replied timely when I had follow up questions. She gave me advice on different stone companies and what to expect, price and options. Ricardo and Hector were great during measurements and template taking in our feedback and offering suggestions. Also, both were very friendly. Install was great with Jesus and Pablo. Very detailed oriented, worked diligently throughout the day from demo to final clean up. They were here at least eight hours and I don't think I saw them stop once for a break. Lastly, everything looked great post install and we are very happy on how everything turned out.

We had 5 slabs of granite installed by Ricardo and his crew. Things went well but a little time passed and the granite seams popped on the kitchen island. Finally was able to come out to fix and Ricardo assured us that this could happen and they’d always take care of it in the future if ever happened again. Reassured us and fixed it beautifully. Fast forward a couple years later and once again, the same seams popped again. Contacted Ricardo at Granite Pro and not only was told they wouldn’t fix it but that they don’t even service our area any longer. Very frustrating and very disappointing as we trusted they’d keep their word and back their install! Now looking for someone else to fix this issue.

Invoicing is very vague. We asked for stone but ended up getting quartz. First install went well but on our second install, the technician was in a bad mood was cutting raw wood just a few feet away from our front door while it was open. He then proceeds to cut the stone right near the front door so we asked him to move. (This definitely irritated him) He ended up moving over to the side of the house but finished his cuts right in front of our window after having a new paint job and new screens installed. They left a big mess. If you are meticulous and about details this is not the group for you. Not impressed with their staff.

A property manager we know suggested AZ Granite Pros to put in granite for our rentals. The process has been perfect, the workmanship terrific, and Elsa and Ricardo are easy to work with. We were able to find granite for 2 rentals in their bone yard which saved quite a bit and had to choose slabs for our last project. The instructions from Elsa for placing a hold on stones we found was very straight forward and scheduling the work was very quick. Pricing is very fair. A very professional business that we will use again and highly recommend.

They came out as they were scheduled. Took off granite island piece to replace a quartz sink that had cracked under warranty. They did a superior job in making the granite not break. Replaced the granite island and it looked brand new! I would recommend this company.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Arizona Granite Pro. From the time I requested a quote and through the installation of my granite counter tops. This company excels in customer service. They responded quickly for scheduling a quote and when they came to my home, they measured and gave me a quote. There was no pressure at all. I then had some options they provided me of where I may want to find the granite I wanted. I went to one of their suppliers and had a great experience there. That supplier contacted Arizona Granite Pro and said I had picked out my choice of slab. Shortly thereafter I scheduled a date for final measuring and the date of installation. Everything went smoothly and communication was great. When installation day came, the team showed up on time and ready to work. They were very respectful of my home, friendly, professional and cleaned up really well when they were done. I am very pleased with the work they performed. I highly recommend this company. If you are looking for a granite or Quartz fabrication company, I urge you to PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FIRST. I have personally been flipping homes in the valley for over 17 years and have been involved in real estate for over 20 years. With the current pandemic situation, I was looking for a fabricator that could come out and fix an issue with a previous quartz counter install from one of my subs. My current sub lives in Rocky Point and legally can travel back and forth and do work here in the states. He has done fabrication work for us in Puerto Penasco as well. Due to the pandemic he was unable to come up for a repair. I contacted a few other fabricators who either didn't want to touch the job because they felt it wasn't worth their time or said they were unable to do the repair but would gladly price out replacing the quartz counter. Through online research I came across Ricardo with Arizona Granite Pro. Ricardo came out to the jobsite in Paradise Valley at no charge and "get this", showed me how to do the repair myself. I asked what he would charge and it was extremely fair as he already had a trip out and would need to send two guys back out to do the the repair of a 9' failed laminated mitered quartz edge. I informed him I wanted a professional to do it as I didn't want to have to do the repair twice, Though I'm hands on at my renovations I know my limitations. His guys came out a week later and like magic the mended quartz repair was done and believe it or not it looks better than the original install. I will not hesitate to call Ricardo for our next house renovation project or new builds as these are honest professionals you can count on. I had them cut out for my sink in the kitchen. They used no plastic to cover anything. Our beautiful home was covered with granite dust all through the furniture all over the furniture all over all the knick knacks in every shelf and every cranny. Very very unprofessional. Promised a cleaner would be sent out we had to wait three days for that. Never happened.

I wanted to do granite but Ricardo suggested something else that was cheaper and he needed to check with suppliers to see who had it in stock.
