Let's start off with Nikos...who was our main contact. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable...and he showed tremendous patience dealing with our hundreds of questions. He helped us evaluate multiple options and was incredibly flexible as we were clients who changed our plans multiple times. The lead for the pre-install measurement--Sarkan--was also excellent. He showed up on time, was patient while the builder's team had to move things around, and provided advice as well. Lastly, the installation team was timely and flexible in being willing to address any needed touch-ups. Let's end with Nikos...he is incredibly kind and patient. He was a huge help to our project.

Stop driving from one marble showroom to another and take the time to look closely at some great natural stone options here. Nikos was knowledgeable, patient and dependable—-a pleasure to work with. His colleagues who installed and measured, and generally advised us were also superb. The installation is beautiful. There is a real attention to detail and to making the customer happy. We achieved the high-end look that we wanted, and we feel like we did it at a price that was reasonable. This was a quality experience all around. Thank you Nikos, Manny , Carlos and Sarkan!

We had a great experience with Nikos and the whole team at Architecture Stones. I was most impressed by how responsive they were when we hit a snafu (outside of their control) with the stone I initially selected. Nikos quickly mobilized and helped me go to Plan B which also included changes to the backsplash and additional measurements. In the end the countertop came out beautifully at a reasonable price and I couldn't be happier!

Abby Rios was the sales rep I used when remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms. She was always sweet, friendly & responsive with good suggestions & even stayed late to show me stone choices in the rain. The rest of the team were also excellent & came out several times to install a beautiful porcelain wall in the bathroom, marble vanity tops & quartzite kitchen counters. They were recommended to me by my contractor because they do such good work with quick turnarounds. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Architecture Stones from beginning to end, who had come recommended from a friend. Here is a quick summary of our negative experiences: - Our sinks were not measured correctly, and the slab we reserved had to be removed (and was broken upon removal) - The second slab was slightly too wide, so they had to cut our drywall to install. They also cracked our second slab in 2 places on installation and left a few scratches on our new cabinets. - We requested a new slab due to cracks, but were told that the cracks were normal and only surface level (Our contractor disagreed). - The polish on one slab was not done well and is not smooth to the touch. - We asked for a discounted new slab, and the owner, Tasos, said he was not willing to cut a third slab for us at a discount and lose more money on this project. - Our sales rep was very difficult to reach and when we finally got a hold of him to voice our displeasure, he hung up on us. We were told after by a manager that he was let go. - The owner, Tasos, was short and rude with us when we complained to him. - On multiple occasions, we were told reps would reach out to schedule installment and they rarely followed through. In total, Architecture Stones delayed our kitchen renovation by a full 2 weeks. I hope our experience was unique, but I would certainly not recommend using them.

As usual, I researched and narrowed it down to three diff fabricators in my area. Nikos, was far the most responsive and willing to help. He was always kind, even though my ideas were crazy. In the end, my wife and I are extremely happy w/ the end result. His recommendations have been spot on - especially the Mitered Island. We went w/ Quartzite for the Countertops and Porcelain.

We recently worked with Architecture Stones to install granite counters in our kitchen. We could not be happier with their work and the team. From Abby's excellent design guidance to the fantastic professionals who cut and installed our counters (on 20 year old cabinets) we could not be happier. A number of contractors would not even undertake this project and Architecture Stones did it professionally with a fantastic result.

Very happy with quartz countertops installed in my bathroom and kitchen. Nikos was helpful and price was competitive. Installers did an excellent job. Customer service was great. When I noticed one small seam that didn't look as good as the rest, they immediately sent someone out and everything now looks perfect.

I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen countertops! There were so many choices but I described what I wanted and Nikos found it! He was very patient and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time over three visits showing me multiple natural stones as well as quartz selections and helping me decide. It was not at all stressful but actually a very enjoyable experience. The installation was flawless and the whole process only took a couple weeks from start to finish. I recommend Architecture Stones wholeheartedly. They have the best selection and the best staff.

Architecture Stones was fantastic with their service and help with our countertops. Nikos helped with ideas for maximizing the number of slabs we needed and the template and installation folks were outstanding in their service. They were super reasonable with costs even after we needed a few additional items after the original installation was done. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for countertops.

Nikos Skulu was the nicest kindest sales representative I have ever met. He was not pushy and very helpful helping me find the kitchen counter top stone that matched my new cabinets. He was also very friendly, respectful and offered a helping hand to pick some scraps for my art projects. The technician he sent to measure was also very professional with high tech equipment for precision. The instalers who came to our house were very polite and obviously trained at their jobs with proper uniforms and tools they needed. The whole experience was delightful, fast and left us feeling satisfied with our decision to choose to work with this company. I recommend to give your business to them. They are seasoned professionals who respect your wish to create your dreams. They also offered to give me my sink cut out as a cutting board. I am tickled pink. Everyone in this place is very nice.

I'm a multifamily builder in DC and have built and sold over 120 condos the last 5 years. I have never once worked with a company as pitiful as Architecture Stones. I was lied to consistently and all commitments and assurances were never once met. Hiring them for countertops for an 8 unit project was a huge mistake that cost me significant time and money. The ownership down to production to the rep had no problem lying to me day after day. The culture at the company is that they do whatever it is they please and hold no accountability. The countertop industry is saturated with companies - I highly advise you go elsewhere before giving these people a penny of your money or a second of your time.

After looking at several competitors, we hired Architecture Stones to put in a bathroom double sink quartz counter top. We found them to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional in every way. Their product selection and pricing was better than any of the others. Their installers were on time and responded promptly to correct a minor problem with the product. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Thank you to Nick and the Architectural Stone installers for a fabulous job deserving 10 stars! We have a lot of granite in our kitchen that was installed in 2008, and our main countertop had a bunch of cracks, and had to be replaced. We were doubtful that we'd find the exact granite and had researched extensively. Several places we talked to told us we'd have to rip out everything - which we did not want to do. We went to Architectural Stone and Nick was the very best and he somehow remembered -- out of the tremendous inventory they have -- that there was a slab that looked like the broken piece we brought in. He took us through the fabrication area and into the area where there are countless slabs of all types, and he found the exact match! The tech came within a few days to measure, and today the installers put in the counter perfectly. We appreciate all the attention to detail, and all the time Nick spent with us. A total class act. Thank you!! We highly recommend Architectural Stone, and Nick!!! Catherine&Rich

We are ssssooo pleased with our quartz countertop. Victoria was our salesperson and was knowledgeable, kind and very patient with us and all of our questions. We had a tough time making the decision on what stone as there are so many beautiful options it can be overwhelming, but we were so happy to have decided on a beautiful calacatta quartz. Manny was also amazing and has incredible customer service skills! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and well prepared. He made us feel very taken care of and at ease throughout the whole process. Axel was the designer and she allowed us to see exactly how the cut slab would look in our kitchen through a digital rendering. We were even able to decide what parts of the veining would show on what areas. We were able to select the exact slab we wanted! We could not be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend Architecture Stones!

Our Kitchen was dated and finally we decided to upgrade everything, so in search for new countertops we found Architecture and Stones. We chose our favorite slab and the service was absolutely incredible. The cuts were very beautiful and installation was very quick and in a matter of two weeks our kitchen was turned from a tacky old room to a modern and more appealing kitchen. To anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen I highly recommend Architecture Stones, they have a wide variety of marble, granite, and quartz and more importantly they get the job done quick.

The countertops were even better than we had imagined, and the two guys on the delivery crew were a delight. The marble was also cut in a beautiful way once we chose the slab--whoever cut it looked for the pretty spots and made sure they were highlighted where the eyes would fall, edge areas etc, especially a very pretty seam of green that really stands out to the right of the sink. The team there was flexible, helpful, and artistic.

Worked with them for a kitchen remodel as a subcontractor. We picked a slab in the beginning and later had a change of heart after a second visit. Change was seamless and easy and sales person was kind and helpful. Measurement was flawless and the company even caught and corrected two errors (1) where the project contractor claimed we couldn't have the larger sink we wanted by confirming measurements themselves. (2) where they rounded corners differently than specified. They recut at their cost and resolved without our intervention, other than a phone call to make confirm the correct radius. Highly recommend working directly with them.

We were really pleased with the service and quality of the countertops for our recent remodel project. We wanted quartzite countertops and they helped us find a last remaining slab at a supplier in the exact pattern we were looking for, and called the supplier at the end of the day on a Saturday to make sure the slab was reserved for us and delivered the next week. The price was perfect. Isaac Shon was so nice to work with and always helpful. Templating and installation went fine. We paid $6,200. Very happy.

Our granite countertops were installed a little more than a month ago, but I want to give Architecture Stones a proper review. I didn't know what to expect and just stopped by their store. Marcelo was the associate who explained the process and answered all my questions. He was patient and thorough as we made a few changes and considered different options regarding full backsplash, 1/2 backsplash, etc. When the time came for the final measurements and then the installation, the two-man team was very professional and courteous. The stone was installed so that the natural patterns are highlighted. Everytime I look at or get compliments about the counters, I remember the excellent work from the team at Architecture Stone.

We're currently remodeling our 4th house in 10 years. In the previous house we spent too much on the counter tops, around $100 sq ft for Cambria. This time we opted to stick the money elsewhere. Architecture Stones came through with a great product at the lowest price around. I found them by searching the net and seeing an add for $38 sq quartz. The selection was limited at the $38 sq ft price point, but several options available as the price increases. We chose Cosmos Namaste. I thought it would be a bait and switch, but it wasn't. . All of the staff that I dealt with were professional during all interactions. The finished product looks great, no issues at this time. I recommend giving them a shot. .

I can't begin to say how happy I am with AS and the work they did on our kitchen. Nina was very patient as I requested several different quotes. Turnaround time was a week from template to install, and the counters looked great. I priced several shops in the area, and the pricing was fair, especially considering the quality. When they delivered the stone, they were there on time again and did a great job. We love our countertops in the three rooms and the sinks that were installed too. Architecture Stones installed my gorgeous quartzite counters last week. Very good experience. After emailing and getting a tough estimate of what my quartz counter top would cost, I came into the showroom. I told Nikitas what I was looking for. He knew right what to show me --- which is impressive since they have so many slabs. First one he showed me was the perfect one that we chose. They even had a sample pre cut that I could take home to show my wife. Templating was done right on time as was delivery and installation. Price was reasonable and exactly as quoted. I like that for a remnant, the price per square foot for quartz was the same no matter what slab was chosen Overall, id come back for future projects.

This place has the most amazing selection of stone. Found exactly what I was looking for but was worried that there was only one slab - the team did a great job of laying the work out so that it all fit. Price was great, installation team did a terrific job, their (contracted) plumber that followed was terrific too - right on time, plus, we were missing a part of the faucet and he was able to bail us out.

I just had the best experience with the people of Architecture Stones! I happened upon them when I was looking for Granite Works (of whom I did not have a great experience with). The person who helped me upon first entering the store, Erica, ended up being a such a useful resource and delight. I went back several times as I changed my mind a few times on my choices of quartz/granite and tile. Erica was very pleasant the whole way through, and gave thoughtful design suggestions. I feel like their pricing is fair, maybe not the cheapest game in town, but worth every penny for the service I received. They have a very large selection of granite and quartz, and many backsplash tile choices as well. When they came to install the granite, the gentleman in charge could not have been more polite and thankful for my business. I wish I could say the same for my contractor and cabinet sales person. Five stars plus!!

I am so happy we decided to go with Architecture Stones for our kitchen countertops and tile backsplash. We now have our dream kitchen. We bought our house 2 years ago and ever since have been wanting to install granite countertops but kept putting it off as we thought it would cost a fortune and could not decide on what would look good with our existing cabinets. We finally made the decision to get started. We called Architecture Stones and spoke with Leanna, who made the process extremely easy and stress free. Her designers eye and attention to detail is amazing! She received multiple calls/ text from us and always responded promptly. We had taken measurements and pictures of our existing kitchen and sent them to her for a general estimate and to get some ideas of what would work well with our cabinets. She responded with some beautiful options and great prices and we were sold! We went to see the pieces in person and saw that this place has huge inventory with some really beautiful pieces. After selecting the countertop, we asked for opinions for the backsplash. Again Leanna delivered. Alex and the rest of the installation crew were great! They removed the old countertop and installed the new one quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and made it look as if they were never even here. I really appreciated that. I can honestly say I recommend this place for anyone wanting update their kitchen or bathroom. I will be going back here once we start our bathroom remodel.

Worked with Nikitas to purchase quartz countertops for two bathroom remodels. Selection of products is extensive and well organized, there are some stunning pieces of natural stone! Nikitas was tireless in moving around pieces in the remnant area so we could see all the choices. Measurement appointment was timely, and professional. Fabrication included using two sinks that we provided rather than their in-house options; that went smoothly. Install had to make minor corrections to fit just right in one of the two bathrooms, they worked well with my contractor to accomplish this. This was my only small complaint or issue. To be clear, it was fully resolved, but I wish the install team had made the adjustments on their own, without having been prompted by my contractor and me. That would have been worth the 5th star. Communication was good from walking in the showroom and all through the rest of the project. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Love my countertops! Mollie, Erica and Juan are very diligence and responsive. The only drawback I have to mention for her lack of interest in the customers, it's that at the beginning my husband and I had to go back there twice because Ana Simoncevic deliberately ignored our emails after a couple interactions. However, Erica, Mollie and Juan are completely different and deserve our business. Also, the group of guys who came to measure and installed them today are awesome. Guillermo is a gem, very happy, respectful and he didn't assume anything, he asked me for every detail and I appreciate that.

Architectural Stones was a huge disappointment. Though we love our countertop choice, the process and the people we worked with left much to be desired. Measurements were done incorrectly and we were left with counters having inconsistent overhangs and gaps between the counters and appliances. Though they returned and attempted to correct the mistakes, each correction resulted in an additional error. Their miscalculations held up our entire project. Eventually, you cut your losses. Definitely can't recommend.

We have used Architecture Stones previously for our kitchen countertop. That was a large order and we were pleased with the service (measurement, installation, meeting deadlines as promised) so we came back again when we renovated our bathroom. UNFORTUNATELY, the associate that "helped" us this second time around was anything but helpful. If you get a Lucy . . . RUN! She took us outside to look at the remnants and didn't come back for us after quite some time. We had to go get her. Once she came out and we showed her what we wanted to get, she answered a personal phone call and continued with that conversation for several minutes. We had to walk away as we weren't interested in listening to her entire conversation. Instead of hanging up after that and helping us finalize our purchase, she totally disappeared by going back into the office. After we went back looking for her, she brought another associate to help us. She said she was going to help another customer and walked away. Though we thought the second person was friendly and didn't abandon us, it seemed like it was her first day on the job. And I am not complaining at all about that because she really did try to help and that is much more appreciated that being ignored and abandoned. When we wanted to see more of the slab that we intended to purchase, she got someone to move the heavy stones and pull out the slab. BTW, the person that came to pull out the slab was the best person there. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered excellent advice about our selection. I must give praise where praise is due. His name was Manny, the Production guy. Anyway, Manny talked to us about seeing the slabs in the sunlight versus being inside where we'll see it all the time in our bathroom. He has an eye for patterns and colors and I can't say enough how much his expertise informed us. Since we brought the vessel sink that we were planning to use for our bathroom, he showed us options for where to place it no the counter as well as which position to place the faucet. I made sure that everyone in that shop that day knew how much we valued Manny's assistance. But why two stars? One star for my previous experience and another star for Manny. But problems with Lucy persisted. I don't understand why she was still the person assigned to our order but she told us it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday. When we called, it was not. She said to come back on Saturday. We came on Saturday and one of the backsplash pieces was too long. It needed to be cut another half inch which she made us mark ourselves with a pen. And as we were leaving, Lucy was running around looking for a piece of paper for me to sign to say that the counter was picked up. But she couldn't find the paper until one of her colleagues helped her out. Lucy told us the corrected piece would be ready on Monday. I came about an hour before closing. She told me to just ask for her when I come so I did not bring any paperwork. Of course she wasn't at the desk when I arrived and someone asked for my order number. Gosh, if she had told me that I needed that I would have brought it. When they finally found her on the premises, she said the order wasn't ready and told me that I should have called. She basically told me it was my fault for coming on the day she told me and I wasted my time because I didn't call. I told her she could have given the courtesy of calling me -- the customer -- that it wasn't ready to save me time. That was all she had to do. Fast forward to Wednesday. We called and she answered. Instead of telling us the order was ready, she hands the call over to Hubert who was quite abrupt. When we went to pick it up, someone just pointed to the small backsplash and said it's there. Not a word of thanks for being a customer or have a nice day, blah blah blah. When we made this second purchase, they noticed that we were repeat customers in their system. I told them that we still have another bathroom to renovate and that we would come back. I think after this experience, we would not.

We contacted with them a month ago for new quartz. It was installed almost 2 weeks ago and we are still waiting for a sink that fits the hole they cut. We had planned on reusing my sink since it's perfectly fine but the cut was too big. They have now brought out 4 different sinks which they assured me would fit but NONE has fit! My plumbing has been disconnected and reconnected three times already and now the garbage disposal and pipe is leaking! All of it was fine before. We are finding ourselves constantly reaching out to their Manager, Tarkan, instead of them proactively keeping us updated! We have a fairly large kitchen and this was a very expensive upgrade...but this customer service has been abysmal! My tile guy can't finish his job and my cleaners can't clean the kitchen properly. I've also asked them to bring me a remnant piece three times so I could match backsplash tiles and that has also not happened even though their people have been here 3 times. We are VERY disappointed! And still waiting to have our kitchen back!

It took them 3 times to get my hearth stone cut and it is still not right spent more time waiting for templating and installation than I care to count. More worried about getting their money than getting the job right. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

We put down a deposit for an in-stock marble slab. An hour later, we called to cancel. We were told we would be charged an 8% cancellation fee. I pointed out the clause in the contract that stated that cancellation fees can be avoided by cancelling within 48 hours. They still refused to refund the cancellation fee. Avoid this shady place at all costs.

I recently purchased several pieces of marble from this store for my fireplace. The service was friendly and professional with a knowledge sales women (Abby). However the marble itself was not good quality. I could not pick up the pieces myself so I had someone else pick them up. Nearly every piece I purchased had a slight crack and was glued at the exact location of the crack on the back of each piece. When I emailed the sales women about this problem she responded "I remember seeing the marble when it was loaded onto the truck, and it seems that it may have been damaged during transportation. I completely understand your frustration with this situation. Unfortunately, as per our policy, we do not cover damages for pickups once the pieces are taken. However, I want to resolve this issue for you. In order to remake and replace the pieces, there will be a remake fee of $250." The person I had pick up the piece did not have a truck, they used an SUV. Additionally, I do not believe it was damaged during transportation as it was glued on the back where each break appeared. I believe they damaged it during cutting or had a slab with imperfections that they sold me. Please take caution by picking up the marble yourself and examining each piece thoroughly before leaving the store. I will not purchase anymore material from this location as they sold me an inferior product at a premium price.

I called their shop to order small countertop for our office. I spoke to Rodrigo and he asked me to come to the shop. I explained what I want as far as finish goes and gave him aprox. size. I told him that it may be 2 feet over either way and he said ok, we may have to increase price 100 dollars here or there. He gave me estimate for 1450 dollars and asked for my credit card. They charged me full amount and scheduled technician to come and measure. After they measured it, Rodrigo called me and said that he forgot to add to original estimate the finishe edge and therefore the job now will be 2900 dollars. I told him, no thank you please refund the money. They do not want to refund full amount, they want to charge me measuring fees, processing fees etc....Please be advise about this shop, shady business practices.

Do not go to this company to get your stone work done. The quality of their work is poor and the customer service is horrible. I built a custom house and had major work done by Architectural Stone. That was my first mistake. Throughout the entire project, there were problems. Nothing went smoothly with this company. We finally got the bathroom and kitchen finished and I thought that I would never have to see them again. We moved in six weeks ago and now I find a crack in my granite countertop and a plug of granite missing on the edge of the counter. I have never seen this before...granite with a hole in it? Unbelievable that they would not quickly come out and replace or repair the granite. I have been waiting for weeks to get this repaired and I don't trust that they will do it. So don't spend your good money with this company. They are untrustworthy and poor craftsman. Delores O.

Small job, big headache. This place advertises on Facebook marketplace for remnant parts. We were excited to come by the location last Sunday to place and order which we were told would be ready for pick up on Wednesday and that someone would give us a call about the order (which we paid for in full). We received no call! We called on Friday and were told someone would call shortly. After not having heard from them we physically went to the store where we were met by the young man who helped us on Sunday. He made excuses as to why the order wasn't complete and why he didn't call (or anyone else). He was very passive and didn't accept responsibility for dropping the ball. We shopped in the area for several hours and a quarter to 6 (their closing time) they called to say they needed a form signed BEFORE they can make the cuts on the stone. At this point, we returned to the store and asked for a refund because we had been to the store twice and this was not requested. We were told again that it would be ready on Monday and now, they were saying they couldn't proceed without a piece of paper after an entire week. While this was a small job, we had an interest in using this company for a kitchen remodel, but this place would NOT get our business! Horrible customer service!!!

We were referred by someone who we thought was a friend to use this company. Well .....lesson learned, always read reviews that are honest! Anyway, this company was so communicative at first, they were emailing and calling us back and forth about replacing the counter tops in our kitchen to granite. Two installers came out to measure and review the project, however only one spoke basic English (first red flag). After we paid our deposit, their customer service skills went downhill. The project was delayed a day, because the slabs weren't delivered on time. When the installation date was scheduled we were happy to get the project started. They installed all our countertops and while they were bringing the last largest slab into the house, they dropped it and it broke into pieces. We were soooo upset. The installers began speaking in their native language on their cell phones... We assumed they were talking to the main office. We waited to hear how they were going to handle this.... crickets. So we finally called the office and can you believe they acted like they didn't know what had happened. We asked for the Manager, who informed us they would have to order a new slab, which they did..... but it took 3 days. This left our family without a working kitchen. No electricity in the kitchen and no running water. Note: when you get new countertops they turn off the electricity and install the faucets last. By the way, we had to hire our own plumber to remove old faucets and reinstall new ones. Architecture Stones does not do that as part of their service (second red flag). The replacement slab was delivered and installed. We walked around to look at the work and noticed that there was no sealant between the walls and cabinets. There were small gaps throughout our entire kitchen! We asked about it and were informed "they don't do that". My husband told them that the sealant needed to be done before they left OUR HOUSE! They did it... but before they proceeded to walk out our door, the installer informed us that because the new granite countertop was so heavy, that WE needed to get an additional bracket installed in the middle to keep it from pulling from the wall and breaking in half. My husband and I were appalled. We asked why they didn't tell us that before they started the project and why couldn't they install one. Their response again, "we don't do that". We called the Manager 4 different times over the next week and sent pictures via email to him about the bracket.... and he consistently kept saying, "we only install granite, you need to call a handyman to install a bracket." We were done! When we told our friend all the issues we were having, he said "well yeah, they did that to me too. We asked why didn't he mention that....again.... crickets. So basically we can say we have new granite countertops that we paid good money for! They are pretty, but for all the red flags and issues we had to deal with... it wasn't worth it! Read reviews first!

What's a nice stone without good customer service and disorganization? If you have time to deal with unfriendly people and wait for them to scratch their head, back, arms and legs to put you in their schedule, then go ahead and order from them. Getting them to tell us when they would measure and install was hell... we'll let you know tomorrow, the next day and the next day because they can't figure out when THEY WILL WORK ON THEIR SCHEDULE. NEXTTTT!

Run, Run, Run away from this company as fast as you can. Incompetent, sloppy and dangerous. Couldn't connect basic appliances after they disconnected. Their "standard sinks," which are in contract that we had to sign if we were to make an impossible deadline by our agent, shows that no one in that company has ever cooked anything..maybe a boiled egg? Completely incompetent, late with product, confused about order, etc. NEVER EVER use them.

Counters look good and I must say Nikitas was very helpful in the sales process- but the install team was very careless in moving around my appliances and left deep white scratches on my brand new hardwood floors. The office staff/production team (Mollie and others) were terrible on the phone, did not want to help with a solution, screened my calls, and overall extremely unprofessional. Mistakes happen all the time, and a simple apology minor cost reduction to fix the floors would have sufficed. Instead, they took a nasty approach. Not how a business should treat a customer paying thousands of dollars! No respect for their customers. The owner of the company did not even care to follow up or step in to see what the problem was. He was in the background during one of my calls. Plenty of other companies in the area more deserving of business.

I would give it no stars. Avoid this company and go else where. They did the install and afterwards the stove didn't fit and they needed to have the stone trimmed to fit the stove. They took the measurements also. A week later the stone around the sink cracked. Now we are trying to get them to do a repair and they have just been pushing us to the side. We were scheduled for Friday for a repair but they didn't show up. I've called several times. Now that they know my phone number they won't pick up. I've had to call from different numbers to speak to someone. There are two many other stone company's in the area avoid them completely.

Run away from this company. We hired them for a small kitchen countertop installation. They botched something at every step of the way. I mean every single step. Appointments, quotes, measurements, installation, etc. When they failed to show up for the first measurement I went against my better judgement and proceeded to contract them. Don't be a sap like me. Spare yourself the unending aggravation. The staff in the store were very friendly and polite but this place is the height of incompetence. The list of mistakes they made is far too long for a Yelp review but please feel free to private message me for a detailed count of our sorry experience with Architecture Stones.

They are friendly and price is reasonable, but the installation people came late and didn't bring enough man, I wait for one day more for extra helpers, but they brought 2 kids!!! And they didn't really help, and during they moved stone, they scratched and made some holes on my wall, and hard wood floor. I ask architecture stone to take responsibility for the damage. But they said I didn't tell them my kitchen is on second floor, it's my fault so I need to pay extra 400 dollars for second floor installation. They send their "professional technician" to measure the size before we finalize the price. I don't believe they don't realize my kitchen is on second floor. And architecture stone also claims that my stairs is too narrow, so I should use seam countertop, but because I ask for no seam so they did it in one slab. But if they are " professional technician," when they measured, they would realize the problem. And should discuss with their customers. However, the truth is they damage my new walls and paints but they tried to push the fault on me. And they won't pay enough installation people to carry the stone. So if you want to buy your counter top from them, it's better to tell them your kitchen is on second floor or first floor, because they don't ask, and after they damage your house, they use this to negotiate with you. And if you had stairs or corners in your house, its better to tell them how wide they are. Because their "professional technician" can't see that and even he see that they don't tell the shop and once any damage happened it's customer`s fault. I like the countertop, but how they handle the mistake just unbearable.

I was helped by Erica when I went there. She was kind and helpful in the beginning. As per their terms and conditions I put a 50% refundable deposit down to hold my granite ( $2884 deposit). After several months she contacted me and told me someone else was interested in my slabs. I told her it was fine since our project was delayed. I asked her to refund my credit card. She said OK. I waited for a month and never saw the refund. I contacted her twice and she ignored my emails ( yes, it was the correct email address). When I called their billing dept I was told the refund was never issued. Accounts Receivable took care of the refund --finally! I guess if I never would have noticed that it didn't show up on my credit card, I would have been scammed out of almost $2,900.
