Excellent work! That’s how I want to start off this review. Second countertop put in our house . First was in sewing area by ANOTHER company through big box hardware four years ago, horrible. So we were nervous getting laminate replaced in kitchen (hub of our existence). Through sources we found reviews of Architectural Granite to be outstanding. They live up to it. Professional, quality, value, service. Do not be afraid use them they are the best. Below pics of before laminate and after the awesome quartz.

Architectural granite was Wonderful to work with. They are detail oriented and have an extensive material selection. In addition, their customer service was very thorough and they were always available to answer any questions we had. We are going to be constructing another home in the future, we will definitely be using them again for our countertops.

Architectural Granite was simply the best to work with. Sebastian was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful to us in picking out our choice of countertop. We finally choose quartzite and couldn’t be happier with the way our kitchen turned out. The installers were phenomenal. They knew exactly what they were doing even though I had serious concerns at one point. I never thought the seam, which was very uneven, would ever be level. I was wrong! It is perfect and you can hardly tell where it is. The installers were meticulous, arrived on time, were courteous and when done, cleaned their work area thoroughly. Based on our experience, I highly recommend them.

I am Lory, This is absolutely beautiful than I expected. They have lots of beautiful selections. I have liked the Taj Mahal, but I always eyeing back to this Fantasy Brown. PAUL, assisted us in a superb assistance you can ever ask, he is always available and one of the best, he returns your call, email and text messages you name it he is there for you. He makes sure you'll have the best slab on this Fantasy Brown that you desire, it was a pleasant experience, there were 5 or 6 slabs, and the crew move one slab at a time for me to see the different flow on each slab so I can select the best I like. And installed this beautiful stone in no time. They executed this job as anyone would want it to be. And did I mention this is going to second floor of our building imagine these strong men (thank you strong men) brought up all this heavy granite. Once I laid my eyes on this granite in my kitchen, I knew, I fully selected the best shop/company to do business with. I bought a bathroom vanity which was installed correctly however there was no side panel underneath to cover the side drawer’s. If I would have known this I would not have bought the vanity. I called them and told me it does not come with a side panel. I went to the store and they gave me a side panel that I have to install myself. Not a happy customer. I have another kitchen counter replacement that I will not be using this company for. I am also informing my realtor to not recommend this granite company to future clients.

1. Architectural Granite has a vast supply of slabs and remnants to choose from. 2. When we encountered some implementation problems on site meshing the sizes and weights of the cabinets, sinks and countertops, they worked with the other contractors to provide the best outcome. 3. We worked with several of their employees over the course of our project and they were all friendly and conscientious. 4. Much of our contact was within "Covid times" & they admirably handled the changes and transitions during this challenging time.

Greatest place in Palm Coast. Prices are wonderful. Barbara, who helped us, was super helpful. Our island came out fantastic and the measurements were perfect. Other granite shops we had gone to had the same product but were much more expensive. They were professional, on time, did a fantastic job, and called on their way. Will be recommending them for others and will be back for our other granite/quartz, etc needs.

Architectural Granite has extensive viewing areas and hundreds of slabs in stock. It also has a relationship with another source in Jacksonville for even more selection. It's quite a remarkable operation for the size of Palm Coast. Like other businesses during Covid and immediately thereafter, it struggled with meeting its staffing needs which sometimes caused some disconnect between the salesperson and the installers. However, as our home took 2.5 years to be built, they returned our patience with their own, which we appreciated.

I picked my granite and was told it would be installed two weeks after they measured. So after I had the plan, I wanted to make some changes, so I went there in person. Now at this point, I was told I was scheduled for installation already, had the date. After I spoke with the designer, he was able to make the changes. As I was leaving, Barbara said, We have to schedule the install. I thought maybe because I made a change, wasn't sure. The day before my original date of install came, I got a call, "We are coming tomorrow." What? Completely taken off guard. So they came the next day the date of the original install. When they left, they had not screwed in the dishwasher properly, so it was loose. Someone did come back to fix it, no charge. But they destroyed my island. I literally had holes it places and corners where they put the granite. My fault, I should have complained, never did and I regret it. They had my money already. I fixed it myself. I don't think I would use them again unless I had it in writing that any damage to the island, they would be responsible for repair. So unless you're getting a new island, make sure who is responsible for any damage.

On a new custom built house that they installed an entire wall unit of cabinets and easy shut drawers, I've reached out to the owner several times and tried to get service done for cabinets & drawers they installed just for some minor adjustments and have absolutely no luck. I'm very disappointed, the owner has blown me off after numerous attempts. Not good customer service.

I wanted new countertops. My husband and I visited Architectural Granite February 15th. We were directed to look around ourselves, which should have been a red flag, but we did assuming someone would catch up with us. This never happened and again trying to stay positive we went through room after room with no direction and no one to answer our questions. We took a picture of a slab and bar code and brought it back to Barb in the office, along with our kitchen measurements. The following day I emailed Barb with a couple of additions asking for an updated estimate, which was never received. Time went by and I struggled with whether to reach out again as this seemed such a one-sided effort. I thought perhaps with all of the new construction, my project must seem insignificant, however on September 23rd, I emailed Barb again. Barb emailed back the next day, which I took as a good sign. A gentleman came out early the next week to measure and things were looking up, excitement was building because I was finally getting my granite! I made it a priority to get there quick with my deposit, so happy this was moving forward. The day before install Barb called unsure of what color we selected. After wondering how this could be, I searched my photos back to February I sent her the info. I was told the saw cutter couldn't find the slab. Searching again, I found a 2nd photo of the slab and sent it. After communicating my frustrating initial experience and asking for a refund, I was told that they found the slab and she thought he started cutting. I then clearly communicated "If you can make this work for tomorrow, I want them." I breathed a sigh of relief and went back to work only to find more texts "I can't do it tomorrow," "I apologize," "My guys said they could do it in the afternoon, but I have to let them cut now let me know." None of this made sense, since I told her I wanted them if she could make it work for tomorrow. My husband called first thing this morning to see where we stood. There was no offer to install later in the day, which would have made this right, so we finally threw our hands up and requested a refund. I'm left disappointed and with the loss of a day's pay.
