Arch City Granite did it again! This is the second time we've used them in our home, and I have the kitchen of my dreams because of it. Rahul went above and beyond - he listened to what I liked about the granite I picked out and gave me beautifully sparkling countertops. We chose Mona Lisa granite, but they also have a gorgeous selection of marble, quartz, and more. The gentleman who measured our kitchen was quick and professional, as well as the crew who installed. It was an overall amazing experience, and I can tell they strive for excellence! Another bonus is the time from picking out the granite to install was fast! I highly recommend Arch City if you want a perfect kitchen or bathroom you can love spending time in and admiring!

A few months back we had the pleasure of working with Arch City and Alexa Grega on a granite project. We looked a many vendors, and went with AC as they had great pricing, scheduling and they were the only fabricators who were able to fabricate the granite slab to fit our configuration. So today, I was able to share the completed project of our kitchen remodel (while still pending crown, its completed to where my wife can use for the holidays), as I completed it this afternoon. Thus, shared the final product with Alexa, and offered to share this review and post. I recommend AC for all your granite needs and installations - thanks Alexa!.

It was a positive experience all the way around, from the initial shopping for the slab, to the measurements, and finally the install. The process was around the holidays so we had to be a bit patient, but once the ball got rolling, it was seamless. The price was reasonable and there was no pressure. I highly recommend Arch City and hope your experience is as good as ours was.

We chose the Blue Pearl granite for our kitchen. Rose was very helpful. The large pieces of granite and marble are at a warehouse around the corner from the storefront. They have a large selection. The measurements Arch City took and the delivery and installation all went perfectly and the granite is so beautiful and well polished and finished. Just amazing!! Thank you!

Rahul was really wonderful. I did a full kitchen remodel and did all the general contracting myself. I worked with a lot of contractors and Rahul at Arch City and the Arch City installers were perfect! Literally could not have been better! I had "white sand" quartz installed. Rahul was available whenever I needed him, pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the process very easy. I had a fairly complex counter design, with curved bars on two sides and bump outs and little fussy bits around corners to fit "inside" the window (the counter is the window sill if that makes sense, so there were extra notches and such to get it to be perfect)...he never lost his patience with me as I repeatedly asked questions and he gave me clarification and support for all my concerns. When the counters were installed, they were literally perfect. Every seam, every edge, every everything was perfect! I'm relieved, amazed and can't say enough nice things about it. There was a relatively new person helping with the install and I was privy to hearing the lead installer help guide the newer person, the lead person watched them carefully and I heard them explaining and teaching them about little aspects of getting the install right. In the pictures I don't have my tile backsplash on yet, so there is a rough edge against that one wall between the windows which the tile will hide...it's not a defect, it's just not finished and since my tile was delayed I didn't want to wait longer to do this review so just FYI. Oh, also, they were the least expensive of the bids I received. I just can't believe how exact everything is, every seam, angle, sink cutout (they mounted my sink) etc. is laser perfect. THANK YOU! The counter is the real star of my new kitchen!

Drove a distance to visit and let my daughter compare some counter tops to her cabinet face and wall color. We didn’t bring our drawings because we wanted to get an idea of what she liked and approx price ranges. The girls there did not help us at all. We were the only customers. We showed up at 3:45 and they don’t close until 5 so I don’t know why we were ignored. We got a few words for prices on a couple items but neither one helped or guided us or even asked us what we were looking for. Will not be coming back.

I found Arch City because of the Google reviews. Sure enough, they lived up to them. From the initial walk-in to the install, everyone was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Rahul answered all our questions and helped us pick out the best counters for our kitchen. He even spent several hours in the warehouse with me working out the waterfall legs to make it all came out perfect. He's a patient man! The install guys paid attention to details, cleaned up when completed and were respectful of my home. The ladies who answered the phone were always knowledgeable and followed through when follow up was needed. I couldn't be happier and come my next project requiring stone, I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Arch City team for helping my wife and I create the kitchen of our dreams!

Professional and beautiful installation. We were able to pick our slab of granite and help layout the location of the cuts. Field measurements were taken prior to fabrication and everything fit perfectly. The price was competitive and we are very happy to recommend Arch City Granite to everyone.

Positively the best experience I have had working with anyone during our house remodel! Arch City was there from start to finish making sure we got exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. Alexa went above and beyond answering questions and making sure we knew what was going on through the entire process. I highly recommend Arch City for all your Countertop needs!

Alexa and the owner at Arch City Granite are 12/10. They make the process easy, they are very low pressure and the final product is impeccable. We are moving to a new house and there is no place we’d rather go for our countertops. You won’t find a better price to value.

We recently reached out to Rahul at Arch City Granite & Marble for kitchen countertops. Rahul was great to work with and so was everyone from Josh that measured to the installers that installed the countertops today. The price was fair, communication was good and the turnaround was great. We'd highly recommend Arch City!!!

can’t say enough about the team at Arch City! Robyn at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. She worked with me on scheduling the template and install, and the appointments I had to make in the store. Rahul is so detailed and cares a lot about his job! He walked me through the warehouse with all the options for countertops, and priced out my top three. Before the install, he met me to choose which pieces go where in the kitchen and make the seams look best. The prices are lower than anywhere else I looked and the installers were professional and fast! The kitchen turned out perfectly!

Great experience. These folks are artists at what they do. They have a large selection of granite and marble to choose from and the install was amazing. They take the time to measure and fabricate with state of the art equipment and it showed. The install was almost dust free and these guys were super professional. I cat say enough about them. Thank you ARCH CITY!!!!!

Highly recommend this place for your granite. I selected my slabs months prior to installing just had to put the down payment. The sales person was very patient as we walked through the huge warehouse with so many choices. When I was ready to install they came and measured my kitchen and called me in for a consultation to mark exactly where each piece was being placed. They took their time laying it out so we could make sure seams matched up. Very happy with my granite and no surprises or hidden costs.

This experience could not have been better from every aspect. The stone on site is fabulous and easy to view. Mike, Raoul, Robin and the rest of the team made this experience fun and efficient. Their prices are better than anyone else I found and they do it all from great selections on site to fabrication and install. I give Arch my highest recommendation.

I went to ArcH City Granite looking for Granite for my kitchen product a week ago. I picked out 2 beautiful slabs of Granite for pricing. I never received the quote. After several days waiting on the quote I called to inquire about the quote and was told that my information could not be found and that someone would call me back. I never received the call. I am highly disappointed seeing that they had some really nice Granite and I really did want to get pricing. I would love to go back and give them another chance but I think I'll pass. They did have couple of beautiful pieces that we may have purchased but it scares me because how would the service be trying to get the pieces installed or if there's a problem after installation?

Not very pleased with the service and quote! If your kitchen is a small project, don't even try to get a quote from them. Completely waste of your time.

Very disappointed with Arch City Granite. I picked out a stone in the back room and the salesman told me it was available. There was more of the same granite but very different in color in the front showroom. I told him I did not want that it was to grey. I told him if I could have the one in the back room I would take it. He told me no problem. When they show up to install it guess what it is the grey stone not the brown that I picked out. The installer told me that the granite was wet and it would change colors when it dried. I should not have trusted the salesman when he was bashing his old company that he worked for. I would not trust them they are sneaky!!!! My granite downstairs has an 8 inch crack coming from the sink to middle of granite. I have to have it all tore out and redone. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We purchased $5,000 for granite counters with Arch City for a new home. Our countertop is River White. Our Salesperson was Kim Chambers. Our order was expedited our order. We have no complaint about the sales process. A few days after the install we noticed rings forming on the counter that a day to clear. We had granite (purchased elsewhere) in our former home. We never had a problem with marks or rings. We called our salesperson and she informed me this was usual with new granite tops and as the sealer cured we would not have the problem. We accepted her answer. On 9/12/2016 the owner who was at my home stated some stones require more sealer. On 10/6/2016 Mike Lucido Arch City Granite was in our home and stated the sales person should not have told us this because they would have been out here the next day to apply more sealer. He said "that is why she is no longer a salesperson." In Mid August we called Arch Granite to request a service call. The owner showed up, argued with me about the counter and wiped a bit of acetone on it which did nothing. He said he needed a cleaner which was on order. Wouldn't you think this company would have this cleaner for service calls? He said if this sealer doesn't work he would need to apply a paste and that we would have to wait 72 hours before using our counters. Then our counters would need to be sealed again. On Monday 9/26 I called to and was told Josh and Mike would be at the home on 10/3. Josh and Mike Lucido, a manager arrived and cleaned the counter with HANAFINN Rejuvenata The towel used to wipe the cleaner on the counter showed some dirt was removed and a very slight improvement was made. Mike then informed me the owner wished to try a poultice. Mike and Josh left and Josh returned a few hours later with 5 small cans. Each can covers up to 30 inches. Our total counter 56 SFT with about about 2/3 of that stained and dirty. Needless to say there was not enough to cover the whole counter. Only the area by the sink and left side of the stove were completely covered. The other parts of the counter were only half way. The instructions stated to apply the poultice ¼ inch thick. Because there was not enough material it was applied paper thin. It was dry in less than 24 hours and created intense orange fumes. Five days later we still smell fumes. The kitchen could not be used for three days. Neither Mike nor Josh have every applied or worked with a poultice. Their only experience with the product is from the owner. On Tuesday 10/6 Josh and Mike returned. The the entire area is now darker and has a greenish tinge to it - so not only is there no improvement it is worse. Arch City now wants to do a poultice again, this time following the directions on the can. They estimate 15 - 20 cans of the product will be required and used. On Thursday 10/8 I contacted the manufacturer for the product they wish to apply. I spoke with their technical services for installation manager. This is what I was told: 1. This product is meant to be a "spot" treatment and they would not under any circumstances apply more than 2 or 3 cans at a time. 2. In addition to various solvents and isopropanol the product contains linseed which causes the majority of the fumes. Unless all of the windows are open and large fans are available to vent the home, the smell will permeate the sheet rock, couches, furniture etc.. and it would take months to rid the home of the smell. 3. The fumes are hazardous to health. Again, why she absolutely does not recommend more than a couple of cans. She is surprised family members did not fall ill using 5 cans. Given we have a family member with severe asthma she does not recommend using more than 1 can. 4. In addition to the hazards, there must be at least 1 inch diameter around the area to be treated to allow the product to pull the stain out. The farther you are from the clean area the least likely it is to work. Needless to say -- this is not going to be the route we take.
