I want to share my experience with Amrit Bhayya at APEX Marble because he was absolutely fantastic! Amrit Bhayya went above and beyond to help us out. He listened carefully to what we needed and then showed us exactly what would work best for us. He knows everything about marble and made sure we understood all our options. What really stood out was how friendly and patient he was. Even when we had a lot of questions, he took the time to answer them all and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. Came into Apex Marble the afternoon of 11/2 and found a slab that we absolutely loved. After much searching for an employee, we finally found a man at the counter, we approached him with a question about price (prices not listed on the slabs) and a couple additional questions and he was less than helpful... kind of scoffed at us, gave us super short answers, and didn't really make us feel welcome at all. An unfortunate loss of business for them as we will not be purchasing out stone at Apex Marble solely based on the interaction with that employee.

I purchased a slab from Apex and had it cut and installed. It was the third purchase that i made with them. All good. This slab was for a cabin that we were renovating and i was concerned about the budget for a stone countertop, but they had just what i needed and we love it. I love the showroom and selection and straight and helpful support from Raj and Chelsea. If you’re looking for stone, make sure that you make this stop.

Spent all day going to different stone places, finally found slabs i liked here, checked price - was told $1,800 ea. Got my fiancé, went back, convinced her (took some effort), got the forklift guy (he was great) to help spread them out and make final selections. Go in to pay and she wants to charge me more then 4x what she told me the first time.. over $8,000 each!! Got the owner involved and he offered me a discount on the $8k price, but it still was nowhere close to what his office lady quoted me the first time and they won't stand behind it... Sucks to go through all that, get you hopes up, get invested, convince others... then have what was already going to be a stretch budget get blown up by more than 4x what you were told. Doesn't seem like the people "working" in the office care much... Only stars are for the forklift driver, he was cool.

I went to Apex to let them know I was wanting to buy and have install a countertop over an outdoor cabinet where we would serve food, drinks, etc. I picked one and they convinced me that they had a better option that was also on sale because it had not sold. I told them EXACTLY what it was for, and how it needed to be stain resistant. And paid to have it sealed. Well the first time I used it with food containers, it stained and I needed to put this special paste over it that removed it. And they had me reseal it yet again. It’s been sealed THREE TIMES and still this granite keeps all regular food stains. It looks awful. We are talking just normal food. I’m going to look into other action because this is ridiculous.

Carolina was the rep we worked with at Apex Marble! Not only does Apex Marble carry a wide selection but a good rep like her walked us through the pros and cons of all the different counter top materials like Granite, Quartz, Quartzite and Porcelain. We made several trips to Apex to finalize the slab we wanted and Carolina was patient and helpful and never pressured us to make a decision quickly. She was also able to look at our kitchen design and quickly give us an estimate of how many slabs we would likely need and also set aside the slabs for us. I was looking for a piece of blue marble stone for my sink. After checking its neighbor places, where there's few marbles, I almost lost hope. This place has a large variation of marble pieces and other materials as well. Huge storage places where you can choose the piece yourself. The customer service is also good - Jorge helped me choose the piece, very honestly point out which piece is better, shared fabrication knowledge. Most importantly I really like the final price - a great marble piece cheaper than my expectations. A good place to check if you're looking for good slab. I personally will for sure check this place first for my next project.

After a long search/research/quotes I decided on Apex. My kitchen needed 2.2 regular size slabs, meaning I had to either pay for 3 slabs or buy 2 slabs but have two seams in one long counter. Apex stocks mostly jumbo sizes - twice the width and slightly longer than regular size. We found the simple off white quartz we had been looking for (Silestone Miami White) and one jumbo was enough for my kitchen! Great value. They also stock many beautiful quartzite jumbos which is rare and all the slabs are stored indoors which is also rare. I got a ton of quotes and Apex was aligned with the lowest fabrication prices in the Bay Area. I was nervous bc I rely on Yelp and not many fabricators were mentioned here but my counter installation turned out great. Fabricator Asuncion was assigned to my counters and he was tremendous - a man of few words but serious about his work. During template he mentioned he will try to make my long counter/peninsula combo in seamless one piece. I told him don't worry, that I would be happy with one seam instead of two. To my pleasant surprise, he showed up with beautifully miter edged, all seamless counters. They are as flawless as I could ask for and I'm happy and relieved.

Indeed the selection was great but then we discovered a newer product called Dekton that had impressive qualities over the quartz we had research. Beyond that, they had two patterns that we fell in love with and the decision was easy. We worked with Jorge who made the whole process easy and was very responsive to my many follow up questions and follow on order for him! Best selection of slabs in the Bay Area with super knowledgeable staff. Raj helped me find the right stone for my kitchen (eclipse granite) and gave me an excellent price compared to other stone yards! I will definitely be back for my next project. I also HIGHLY recommend Francisco Morales for fabrication and install. He works directly with Apex and had my stone fabricated and installed in five days for a great price! I just completed my kitchen remodel and I couldn't be happier with the final result. After visiting several Marble and Tile providers I chose Apex Marble to purchase countertop and backsplash materials as they had a great selection of materials which were displayed in an organized and very viewable manner. Chelsea was my sales representative and she did a marvelous job of explaining pro's and con's of different materials. After deciding on quartz, she guided me through the warehouse to ensure I could view all available product. The countertop was a fairly easy decision but matching the backsplash was a decorating challenge. Upon describing my vision of the desired backsplash Chelsea eagerly researched my options, offered suggestions and ordered samples as required. Having looked around multiple shops in the Bay Area we finally decided to go with Apex Marble for granite and marble purchases for our whole house renovation. They have great selection and very reasonably priced compared to others. We had 13 feet tall marble slab installed along fireplace in family room. replaced 12 feet long kitchen island countertop, laundry room and bathroom vanity counter tops. Just had to pick the stone in the store the rest was breeze. Raj had his crew come to our home to take measurements, couple of days to cut them for sink and finish (happened in their store) followed by installation a week later (1 day). The installation cost was almost 25% lower than what our contractor quoted. Overall a very pleasant experience. Now I'm working again with them for outdoor kitchen and cabinet countertops. Nothing has changed. The same friendly customer service and lots of good ideas shared which I had not thought about in first place. Would highly recommend this place.

We finally have our dream kitchen thanks to Chelsea at Apex Marble! We had researched natural quartzite before pulling the trigger on our kitchen remodel. We chose it specifically because it is heat and stain resistant. We could not find exactly what we were looking for at other places until we met Chelsea at Apex. She was so patient with us over the long process. We changed our minds a thousand times but she always assured us by telling us to take our time until everything was exactly perfect. I feel this place should be called Chelsea's Apex Marble!! Chelsea helped my wife and I to select a countertop and it looks amazing. She is very knowledgeable on the attributes of different natural and synthetic materials. We selected a beautiful looking granite and I thought it was going to be super expensive but it was very reasonable. We also went with their installation service and they did a fantastic job. All the seams were perfectly fused together and perfectly smooth to the touch. The pictures will do better than my description. They were clean, friendly, professional, and only took 4 hours to install it completely. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use Apex again.

Stopped by but nearly gave up looking for granite at several other places in the area. The people at the other locations are simply unhelpful, give preferential service if you are of the same ethnicity as the folks running the store, and not to mention better prices. I was blown-off saying they were too busy to install and was recommended going somewhere else. Just for fun, asked I don't mind waiting with them replying it would be more than a month. Meanwhile, someone fresh came in right after me and said they could get them right away and could come out in a day or two. I speak several languages and people speak fluidly when you don't look like those who are there. Think of the Seinfeld shows of the ladies at the nail salon for reference and having George Castanza's dad come to hear the ladies talk smack; I skipped that step... ha ha ha!!! Anyway, thought try one more time. This is when I was pleasantly surprised to see much of the same but better inventory; met Chelsea there and it was a smooth ride from there on out. Much like others have reported, folks came out in under a week to measure & create a template and then one week afterward to install. The team who came out did an awesome job and helped me focus on a couple spots where things weren't quite level. Had some homework in that week and when they came out there were quick & strive for perfection. We're loving our new outdoor kitchen.

Big thanks to Adriana for all her help. Bought two slabs here for a great price with holiday discount. This place was the needle in a hay stack when we were trying to find a countertop that was not quartz or ridiculously expensive. She gave me prices on all the slabs I asked, without pressuring me to buy immediately or vaguely mentioning that they could be gone tomorrow. She was honest and helped make the purchase as easy as it could be. While I was there I noticed her being very attentive to older people shopping with their families. Super nice lady who was patient with all my questions and offered good advice for design. Honestly she was one of the few people in the Brokaw/Rogers/Junction tile/slab area who was customer friendly. So lucky to have found her and those slabs or else I would still be looking.

We needed to purchase a countertop for our DIY island, apex had beautiful quartz options and affordable pricing. There is a discount for cash / check! The install was quick (1 week to measure, 1 week to cut and install), so it was a pretty fair turnaround and they were great with answering a lot of questions for my first time doing a home reno project! I was searching for a granite that would fit in my kitchen design and I happened on the perfect slab at Apex Marble. After choosing a slab, I worked with Chelsea to finalize all of the paper work and she was AWESOME. I later came back to find a coordinating tile flooring. Although they didn't have it in stock, Chelsea found and placed the order and it arrived in time to keep our contractors schedule. We started our remodeling project in June and due to Covid, our cabinets were delayed until early October. Robert assured us that they would hold the slabs until our contractor picked them up. We went to numerous places to look at quartz but trying to make a choice based off of a 4" x 8" sample was difficult and frustrating. Enter Apex Marble! The warehouse has a larger than average inventory of full slabs, making it easy to find the one you've been dreaming of. As if that wasn't enough, they give you the option of seeing your template on the slab so you can make any adjustments you want. Salespeople were knowledgeable and friendly, installer was excellent...I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend this place for your remodeling needs.
