He listened carefully to what we needed and then showed us exactly what would work best for us. He knows everything about marble and made sure we understood all our options. Absolutely great customer service provided from purchase of our granite countertop to installation. We also purchased porcelain tiles from them. I highly recommend visiting the showroom from a great selection.

Raj and Chelsea at Apex Marble have been amazing and helpful. They will listen to all your needs and help you identify right slabs for you. I also used their services to install slabs in my kitchen. And they were very quick to provide me a date and stick to it. They are very professional and you can expect good quality work from Apex Marble. And their prices are quite reasonable, both material and labor. I will certainly use their services for any remodeling work in future.

I purchased a slab from Apex and had it cut and installed. It was the third purchase that i made with them. All good. This slab was for a cabin that we were renovating and i was concerned about the budget for a stone countertop, but they had just what i needed and we love it. I love the showroom and selection and straight and helpful support from Raj and Chelsea. If you’re looking for stone, make sure that you make this stop.

We had a very pleasant experience with Apex Marble. Tanya was very helpful and patient while we took our time choosing what we like. She helped us with the fabricator, who did a great job installing the countertops. Pretty fast turnaround overall, in about 2.5 week we had everything installed.

Great experience buying slabs for kitchen countertops at Apex Marble. I was helped by Amrit and he showed us a lot of options and advised us on what to buy. He was also very good at follow ups - while we were deciding on what to buy, he kept in touch with us regularly. They also have the best deals in the area so all in all, I highly recommend Apex and special thanks goes to Amrit!

Spent all day going to different stone places, finally found slabs i liked here, checked price - was told $1,800 ea. Got my fiancé, went back, convinced her (took some effort), got the forklift guy (he was great) to help spread them out and make final selections. Go in to pay and she wants to charge me more then 4x what she told me the first time.. over $8,000 each!! Got the owner involved and he offered me a discount on the $8k price, but it still was nowhere close to what his office lady quoted me the first time and they won't stand behind it... Sucks to go through all that, get you hopes up, get invested, convince others... then have what was already going to be a stretch budget get blown up by more than 4x what you were told. Doesn't seem like the people "working" in the office care much... Only stars are for the forklift driver, he was cool.

Amrit was very professional, very thorough and was able to get me want I wanted for a reasonable price. His team did a beautiful job installing my new countertops and backsplash. I would highly recommend this company and working w/Amrit.. Thank you Amrit for my gorgeous new kitchen..

Hello can you respond to my message Mr. Randy Branson

I went to Apex to let them know I was wanting to buy and have install a countertop over an outdoor cabinet where we would serve food, drinks, etc. I picked one and they convinced me that they had a better option that was also on sale because it had not sold. I told them EXACTLY what it was for, and how it needed to be stain resistant. And paid to have it sealed. Well the first time I used it with food containers, it stained and I needed to put this special paste over it that removed it. And they had me reseal it yet again. It’s been sealed THREE TIMES and still this granite keeps all regular food stains. It looks awful. We are talking just normal food. I’m going to look into other action because this is ridiculous.

Tile delivered one week later than promised (in writing), delaying entire project and costing us more than the tile purchase itself. Very frustrating. They never even called us to inform us of the delay. Very poor customer service. I cannot recommend their services.

I went to every granite yard in San Jose, I found what I liked at Apex. Raj gave me a fair price. The fabricator came when he promised and they had a fast turn around time. They did a good job and we are happy. Was it inexpensive? No, but they did a good job.
