Awesome experience using Hard Rock Granite. Everyone was patient with us while we asked a million questions and made our decisions. They listened to what we wanted and gave really good advice and suggestions on some decisions we were struggling with. Tear out and installation was fast and no mess. Their customer service is excellent! We definitely will use them again!

We were having some issues with our other fabricators, so I went and met with Janie who worked diligently to try and find the granite color we needed and was very responsive and did find it for us. We were able to get the granite situation resolved after several days with our original fabricators, so even though we did not use HardRock Granite, I would highly recommend them for your next project. The best advance I can give is DO NO USE Anderson Granite and Marble. My stone was flawed due to their handling. The installers were in a huge hurry and could care less about the quality of their work. There were major issues. I received 3 invoices within 2 days wanting the remainder of the balance before they even sent someone out. The stone is still not quite right but I paid them and I will always regret that I used them. Save yourself the grief and the loss of high dollars paid for amateur work.

Terrible service from this shop on a recent 6 unit apartment building. All units have same floor plan and 2 countertops were installed correct and well however, 4 units received damage to walls and corners during install as seen in pictures. I was told it was due to tight working conditions but could not be explained how 2 units were done correctly and 4 were not. The bill from a remodeling contractor came in at $1500 and the only offer I got from them to help at all was $750. The granite was also poor quality with 2-4" diameter black splotches on multiple of the slabs. I've gotten better service from Lowes than what I received from this shop. Highly disappointed and having to deal with disgruntled tenants.
