Working with American Quartz & Granite was a very positive and pleasant experience from selection of my countertop material to ordering my selection to installation in my new kitchen. I requested several price estimates for various countertop materials. Each time I requested an estimate, an email was promptly delivered to my inbox with clear, upfront, and reasonable pricing, enabling me to narrow my final material choice. I ultimately decided on Cambria Quartz and placed an order. However, 2 days later I decided I wanted the same material yet honed. My substitution was processed the same morning. No stress at all! Once the material was received, the installation was quickly scheduled. The delivery and install of my countertop was stress-free. And, the result looks phenomenal in my kitchen. My entire experience with American Quartz & Granite was extremely trouble-free with upfront pricing and qualify fabrication. I would not hesitate to do business with this company, again.

Honest, reliable, easy to work with! This company is wonderful! Professional and friendly customer service. During the process I was able to communicate with them easily. They responded to all of my questions. Installation was smooth and their employees are highly experienced/skilled with crafting the stone and installation. I was impressed how quickly they installed with no mess. We love the new countertops and recommend this company to everyone!

I was looking for the new island countertop to be installed in my project. I shopped around and finally ended liking at this place. Salespeople Fatma and Murat were very helpful and understanding my project. They installed the island top, and I ended up buying the rest of the kitchen due to their great service and fair price they offered me, I couldn't resist the temptation. We had a small hiccup with an installer, but that was quickly addressed and fixed by management. I recommend this place for quality and fair pricing.

Throughout the installation, their team displayed attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and dedication to our satisfaction. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was seamless and stress-free. It has been about a year and a half since the installation, and we continue to be impressed with the quality and durability of our countertops. Highly recommended!

These guys did an amazing job on my kitchen countertop. I had a bit of a weird situation, where the last owner had extra appliances and I was missing pieces of my existing countertop. They removed my island, and used it to fill in and seam where previous countertop was missing. They then installed a new quartz island I'm absolutely in love with. Matt explained how I'd never find a matching piece to fill in the missing spots so using the island, was the best route, and you wouldn't notice there was countertop missing previously. Omar his tech was awesome, he knew everything and did an amazing job installing the countertops. Super friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He made sure everything looked perfect. I would 100% recommend these guys if you're looking for new granite/quartz.

We had an amazing experience and overall result working with Murat and the team at American Quartz & Granite! They were unbelievably communicative and super above and beyond during the whole process. They even answered my many questions when I decided I wanted to install a white ceramic sink instead of a traditional stainless steel which added to our timeline and required some more measurements on their end. The installers came and measured everything perfectly and answered all of our questions. We removed an old desk feature from our old kitchen and they were able to redo the countertop all at the same level and make everything look cohesive and like it was meant to be like that! On install day everything was demoed and installed within a few hours and it looked amazing!

American Quartz & Granite provided an outstanding kitchen countertop installation from start to finish. The sales team, Fatma and Murat, were very pleasant and responsive throughout the entire process. Also, the pricing of our Cambria Quartz project was very competitive. The design and fabrication team worked diligently with is to create mock-ups of the slab layout. This was very important to us since we wanted the waterfall island to have a natural flow in the veining pattern of the Quartz. Another goal was to minimize the number of seams, and to place them where they wouldn’t be noticeable. The installation team was amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We just finished the process of getting our countertops installed and are extremely happy with American quartz and granite. From the initial selection to close out Fatma was fabulous in helping us select our stone, knowledgeable on bringing in colors to support hardware colors as well as trends within the industry. She also was extremely flexible with our timeline. We purchased the stone before we started our renovation and of course our renovation timeline kept getting pushed she kept checking in sporadically but never pressured us to get the measuring scheduled. When we did get oir appointment to get our stone measured the gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and help us think through some placement since we were also getting stone slab for our backsplash. We are glad he was there to help make some of the decisions. Finally the installation was extremely quick after measurement. That made us very happy! The team that installed took their time and were extremely considerate in our home and did a great job caulking and all that. Overall just a wonderful experience and glad we worked with this team!

Beautiful granite and quick turnaround. Chose stone in Alexandria showroom, gave estimated measurements and deposit. They were flexible in scheduling measurements around the timeline of my project. The guaranteed turnaround from measurements to install is 7-10 business days, but they were much faster. They came and measured on a Friday, I chose to pick my actual stone at the Fairfax workshop on Saturday and put tape on roughly the sections I wanted, and they installed on Wednesday — this is incredibly fast service. Pay per sq ft, not for the whole slab. Throughout the process I could easily reach them via email and they were very patient in allowing me to chose exactly the sections I wanted. The stone itself is gorgeous!

We had a wonderful experience working with American Quartz & Granite to provide quartz countertops in our kitchen addition and renovation. The showroom has a lot of samples to look at, in addition to a good number of full slabs. Murat was very helpful as we made our selection, and he had me come out and check our three slabs before the fabrication process. The whole process moved very quickly, and Murat was able to adjust measurement and installation to suit my work schedule. We were able to meet all of our construction and renovation timelines for the installation, without any delays. The installers were hard working and precise, and the finished installation looks great! I'd show you pictures, but the painters are in the addition right now and everything is covered with drop cloths. We're looking forward to the final result. Can't recommend American Quartz and Granite enough!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at American Quartz & Granite. They had a great selection of slabs to choose from for our island countertop and two bathroom vanity tops. We made our decision on a Monday, they came out to measure on Tuesday, and everything was installed - perfectly - the following Monday. Just in time for Thanksgiving. Their advice, service, and price were all excellent. Many thanks to Mark for all of his help. I can't imagine going to another supplier if or when we need countertops.

Great company to work with. When I called and spoke with Mark he was very informative on different types of counter tops. I went with Pacific Salt Quartz and I couldnt be happier. Mark ordered it for me and it was in within a few days. The install was even faster. The installers arrived on time and went right to work. The whole process of installing took 45 mins or so. I couldnt be happier with the quality and results of the product.
