Needed a quick install to sell a house. Customer service was outstanding. Jim worked with me and helped find me a great deal on new flooring. Installed two days later and looks great. Can't thank Jim and the installers enough for the great service and help picking a great looking carpet for the whole house.

Best Experience Ever! This past week, we had a scheduled installation of a new kitchen tiled floor. A gentleman called before heading out to see if we need any additional materials, such as metals. This was great because we weren’t sure if we had enough on hand. We had a father and son team arrive within the hour of the call. They were so kind and professional, treating my 90 year old Father and my Mother with the utmost respect. They worked with and explained everything that they did with my Dad. They even moved the heavy appliances back into the kitchen for us. These guys made this long overdue project one of the best experiences ever for my parents. We can’t thank you enough!! V. Powell

We had a whole house renovation and thought that things would go quickly using American carpets. We replaced all of the floors, a shower and put flooring, cabinets and granite in our kitchen. The cabinets and granite in the kitchen are amazing. Everything else is junk. They hire the cheapest contractors and do not treat them well. I am very disappointed in this company. After asking other contractors, I realized that this company does not have a good reputation with contractors. I recommend that you ask around before doing business with them.

I stopped by American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite today in hopes of bragging to Blake Kirkland about the lovely vinyl planking floors my Son and I had just installed. Blake wasn’t in but y’all… I was introduced to the charming, and still quite handsome, Mr. Don Williams. The sweet lady that greeted me when I came in said, “You can brag to him… he’s the owner of the store”. And so I did! Rewind a few weeks ago, I was in a dilemma over my floors in the Apartment I was adding over my garage. After several failed attempts at “brown paper bag floors” I was just done. Totally against Vinyl Planking floors, I had several trusted friends talk me into just going to look at them because the quality had improved so much. Another friend told me not to go to a big named store, but to go to a Real flooring store. So I decided to go to “American Carpets - Open 8 to 8 so don’t be late!” Telling my age a bit but that had to be one of my favorite commercials of that time with Don himself and his cute little granddaughter. It was that commercial that brought me into his store years ago when I purchased carpet from him and had it installed in a previous house I had built. I was very pleased back then and as a returning customer I am very pleased once again with the quality and service I received. They have since then expanded and changed their name to include the other quality products they now have, but their service is still the same. When I walked in a few weeks ago… that’s when I met Blake. Unable to find the floor I had set my heart on (No one makes it anymore), Blake helped me to decide on what would best meet my needs. I had pictures of my rooms and was a little apprehensive on what would go best in the space I needed flooring for. He was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. And once again, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m sorry I missed you Blake, but I’m honored to meet you Don. After visiting for a bit and showing some pictures to Don and the sweet lady at the front desk, I asked if there was a way I could share the pictures with Blake…. So here I am… a very satisfied customer once again! Please see the attached photos Blake! My floors turned out perfect! And as my friend recommended… I got the best quality flooring for a much better price than the “BIG” named stores! I will be coming back for my rug soon Don! 😁 I threw in a few before pictures too to show the transformation. A forever customer, Tracey! 😉

Its been 1 year since this company destroyed what used to be our "dream forever home". We withheld payment until the job was done correctly and we finally got to a point where we had to settle with them months later. After many, many "re-dos" they repeatedly showed us they do not know what they are doing. And destroyed our house in the process. The sloppiness evidenced by dents/chips all throughout our house are still being found (dishwasher, custom cabinetry, baseboards, doors, walls, etc). I brought it to their attention and no accountability was taken. They also lied about the results of the moisture level test on our slab. We had a specialized flooring inspector come to our house and reported the grouting was done incorrectly. Don Williams (owner) then came to our house and tried to use intimidation tactics to get us to pay full price and also said, "When you started this project did you think it was going to come out perfect?" Well, yes.. As it should be for the price we paid and our expectations of a flooring company. Please look elsewhere for future work. I would not recommend this business.

Erin was amazing on helping me not just once but twice for my needs. She helped me get great flooring to redo living room. Also, when it was time to do remodel for bathroom she was great there as well. I plan on keep using her when I get ready to do my other projects I have in my home.

I would like to say that American Flooring Cabinets and Granite is the best place to purchase what you need to make your home beautiful. Erin was so patient and help us design our kitchen just the way we wanted it to look. Blake didn’t rush us as we took our time and picked out the cabinets and countertops. It was the most pleasant buying experience we ever had. YOU CANNOT NOT WRONG WITH AMERICAN CARPET. The only option was five Stars but I give them 100 Stars. Thank for everything.
