The work that Tony and the AMC crew provided was transformative. This professionalism and attention to detail as refreshing. He got our cabinets quickly (a little more than a week) when others that gave us a quote said it would take 6-8 weeks. His crew worked quickly as well. Is team completed our job as promised and in a timeframe that other competitors would not be able to match. My kitchen is now a beautiful modern showpiece s opposed to the state it was before. On Saturday, April 20th, my wife and I met with Antonio Barbieri, Owner of AMC Granite & Cabinetry, to discuss our need for a remnant Quartz® vanity top measuring 32” wide x 21 1/2” deep – a mere 8 Sq. Ft. piece. In our search of the yard, my wife and I found a suitable Cream Marfil Quartz®. Antonio represented that the yard is a shared space and the material of interest belonged to a business partner, who as it turned out sold Antonio the remnant of significantly more that 8 Sq. Ft. for $200.00. Antonio instructed Mary Barbieri to prepare a price quote (which she did). Initially, Mary quoted us north of $600.00. After some negotiation, Mary revised her price quote to $550.00 in cash. My wife and I left the business without a commitment. On Monday, April 21st, I emailed Mary with a counter–offer of $450.00 based on market value reasonable charges for a remnant piece (which is nothing more than scrap from a previous project slab). As of the writing of this review, Mary neither acknowledged nor responded to my email. For some perspective, Mary wanted me and my wife to pay three (3) times what Antonio would have paid for a remnant 3 or 4 times the actual size I needed. Mindful that I am responsible for the cost to fabricate the vanity, including the cost for a rectangular sink (which we also needed), in the final analysis, Mary’s aim was to charge me as if the piece was cut from an original slab in their possession (which was not the case). Anyone who understands remnants knows that a remnant in a yard is the equivalent of auto parts from a junk yard. If this is Mary’s approach to such small, insignificant project proposal’s, I can only imagine her approach to high–net–value projects, order. For theses reasons, I DO NOT recommend this business! I encourage you to explore other more suitable, reasonable fabricators. There are many options in NJ. Leo response to Business - I will not engage in a rendition of facts. I will let the objective facts speak for themselves. First, Antonio paid a business partner $200.00 for a remnant 3 or 4 times the size of the 32” x 21 ½” we needed. Second, the initial price quote was written for something north of $600.00, which was later reduced to $550.00 – a mere $50.00 difference. Mindful that there is cost for labor and ogee edging, AMC is asking for near 3 x’s the cost for what it was to pay a business partner for the acquisition of the remnant – scrap material from a finished project where material was left over. These prices are typical to what boutique stores charge. $400.00 is reasonable. $550.00+ is not, period.

I was referred to AMC Granite & Cabinetry by a friend who was aware that I was fully renovating my kitchen. My husband and I popped up to AMC on a Saturday morning with a slight idea of what we wanted our kitchen to look like. Tony very quickly sketched up a design based off of the measurements we provided and came over that same afternoon to get the exact measurements for our cabinets & counter. I was surprised at how quickly the process was. My cabinets arrived in less than a week, I already had a guy working on my kitchen, therefore I did not need installation services from them. Once my guy finished with our cabinets, Tony came by to measure for the countertop and 2 business days later his guys came to install it. I recommend AMC Granite and Cabinetry for your cabinet / counter needs.

I strongly recommend AMC Granite and Cabinetry, LLC. We used them for a total kitchen makeover where the only thing not redone was the floor: the project included cabinets, an island, countertops, backsplashes, plumbing, electric, lights, trim, paint, etc. We initially chose them because they were more reasonable and responsive than the other contractors we spoke with, including Home Depot. But then the real benefit was working with Tony and Mary to determine the eight million details in a project that extensive. They listened, then used their years of experience to follow up with the right questions and advise for a fabulous end result. They had ideas and ways to save money/space that I never would have thought of. They also have excellent long-time workers who knew what they were doing without drama or mess. I especially liked that Tony was a good communicator. Every day I knew what was scheduled for that day and what to expect. My only regret is not knowing about them when we redid our bathroom six months earlier.

I called to get basic information and Mary extremely helpful because I had a small project I was working on. She easily answered not only my questions but was informed me of what the business entailed and hours. When I arrived at the store she was present and her husband the owner walked me around the property helping me pick the exact perfect piece for my project. They confirmed the measurements many times and it was complete within a couple days. The price was very very reasonable. Highly highly recommend and will be back if I have any future projects.

Rocco and his team at AMC Granite are some of the nicest people you will ever work with. It was our first time doing a major home renovation (both bathrooms in our house as well as the kitchen). Through every step Rocco helped guide us do what was best for our needs and budget. The quality of the workshop is impecible and they had so many options to pick from. Living in Westchester so many places take advantage of you with absurd prices and try to sell you the kitchen sink (literally)....I drove nearly 40 miles in each direction because AMC is that worth it. I probably made 5 or so trips picking up materials and never once got tired of the drive because I knew they are truly looking out for us and made our dreams come true with our renovation. I can't wait to renovate another house or room to use them again.

If you want a botched kitchen and a kitchen nightmare with damage that didn't exist before then look no further! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They have left us hanging over 3 weeks for a small kitchen with not even a full remodel. The countertop is misaligned and I cannot install anything else until that gets fixed. Tony is absolutely horrible to deal with who sweet talks the sales process but nasty after. All the guys that contract for him leave in data. My home is a disaster recovery zone. They didn't cover anything as promised and I have dust everywhere. They messed my my kitchen so badly I cannot even describe the amount of cost cutting Tony did on a few basic things required for the job to be done well just to cut corners and save on what was quoted. He compromised on materials that cost $150 range and made the guy proceed without the required materials result of uneven flooring. He also threatened me in my house and called the crew off. he is disrespectful uses filthy language. I would not recommend Tony and his inexperienced crew of one person. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Buyer beware ' these guys are useless know nothing. Tony does not care if you have no kitchen for weeks on end. He starts w/ 4-5 days it's over 3 weeks unfinished no kitchen no faucet appliances disconnected dust all over. How to function in chaos and keep a job down? We had to use another contractor to finish the botched job! Good riddance to bad rubbish as they say. Peace of mind is more important than money and dealing w bad people.

I bought new cabinets from AMC and they are only a few months old. They are cracking/splitting and falling apart. The installation is awful and the cabinets don't line up. We have called for replacement doors and the owner doesn't return our calls. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to waste your money.
