We had an amazing experience with Amazon Stone. Over the course of the last month, we have worked side by side with both Andrea and Sonia and were extremely pleased with their professionalism. They really took the time to understand our project, listen to all of our questions, and executed the project to 100% satisfaction. The team of installers did a phenomenal job with the installation of quartzite in our kitchen. It was extremely heavy, took 6 men to carry in the slabs but they managed to get everything set flawlessly. Thank you so much for all your help. We are thrilled with our experience and will definitely recommend Amazon Stone to others.

Amazon Stone was a pleasure to work with. We did a complete remodel in our kitchen and the new countertops are my favorite part! We initially went to a big box store and were dissatisfied with the customer service so a friend recommended Amazon Stone. The customer service was night and day between the two places. We were encouraged to look at the slabs in person before deciding on one and turned out to be sage advice. It was important to me to feel those involved in all steps of the process understand countertops and I found that at Amazon Stone and love my new countertops!

Super impressed with Amazon Stone customer service and support during the purchase and installation of my kitchen countertops. We had a great experience with the whole team. They were the only one that answered the questions regarding the composition of the Quartz materials we were considering. Most places felt that telling you “ it’s an excellent brand” was enough. Sonia went above and beyond to get us the specs (amount of resin vs rock, origin, etc) on our selection. In one week we had our tops and 4 days later the back splash. Thanks for your patience and support during this process !

Very disappointed in the job Amazon Stone did for my mother. They clearly made a mistake and used a different Stone for the top of her counter. Instead of apologizing and making it right, they belittled her and demanded full payment. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Amazon stone has some amazing slabs and they look so great in our new kitchen. It was also wonderful working with them both in the showroom and the fabricators. They were able to deliver on the promised date and there was no delays. The install crew was amazing - was at our home on time - and did an excellent job. I can't see the seems anymore. They were through, clean and meticulous. We are very pleased with the whole process.

I used Amazon Stone 10 years ago in my kitchen in Tuscawilla. They did a beautiful job. My daughter used them to update her kitchen, and again, a perfect job. So when I needed a new island update on my home in Deland, I called Amazon. They worked closely with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. And again, it was beautiful. I decided to stop by Amazon Stone after hearing many positive reviews. From the beginning Andrea was a pleasure to work with. She was very attentive and promptly addressed any concerns. Sonia was great as well. I ended up picking Taj Mahal quartzite, my favorite stone and a quartz for the bathroom. Amazon Stone had the most competitive price on Taj Mahal, having a direct connection to the query in Brazil. A main concern for me was finding someone who did a good quality seam and they did an excellent job. The whole team was professional and courteous. I love my new countertops with full backsplash!

We met with three different stone countertop installers. The first charged by the slab and we couldn’t get all counters on one slab, so it would cost an extra $2,000+ for a couple of square feet needed. The second company was not very communicative when we had questions plus their inventory was very small. We decided to check out Amazon Stone and bam!, we had a winner. Pricing was very reasonable, great selection of natural stone slabs to choose from, and every employee was a pleasure to work with. From meeting Andrea and Sonia at the store, to the fabricator and installers, the process of selecting the stone, choosing a sink and accessories, and installation of all was timely and flawless. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Amazon Stone! We first started looking in the Silver Star area. We decided to "just look" at AS and we were hooked! We met Sonia the sales person. She is kind, efficient, very professional and lovely! From the day we picked out our amazing stone to installation, was 25 days!! Oh, and we bought a fabulous black sink. Throughout the whole process, we trusted in them and had fun! Buying countertops & a sink should be fun, right?? And they're family owned and we got great prices!!

The owner, Andrea; the salesperson, Sonia; and all the other people who helped me at Amazon Stone went over and above with excellent customer service. Our quartzite countertop and backsplash are amazing. The quartz countertop in the master bath is also beautiful. The stone was also perfectly installed. Also the prices are reasonable. Amazon Stone installed granite in our laundry room several years ago. We were very happy with the job they did so, when we were ready to update our kitchen and two bathrooms recently, we chose to work with Amazon Stone again. Everything did not go as smoothly as possible -- there was a delay in the ordered sink which held up installation, the sink arrived with a crack and had to be replaced, and the job took slightly longer than indicated -- but overall, we are very pleased with their work and the outcome. During installation, we noticed a few slight imperfections, but Robert and Tomás were very quick to rework to ensure we were satisfied. The staff is very friendly and work to ensure customer satisfaction and their pricing seemed very reasonable and competitive. I would choose to work with them again.

As I started a kitchen redesign, I stopped at Amazon Stone and fell in love with the Fantasy Grey. I basically chose colors for the redesign around this stone. It was months before I could have it installed so I would stop by to confirm this was still my choice. I learned so much with these stops that I was fully prepared for the installation, which went smooth. I am very happy with my kitchen and am now shopping their yard for my bathroom vanity top.

We just had our kitchen countertops done with Amazon & I couldn't be more happy. Not only is the stone absolutely beautiful but the customer service was above and beyond. I worked directly with Andrea & Sonia and they helped me find exactly what I wanted (even gave us big sample pieces to take home... not no small inch samples that big lot stores give you), they worked with my schedule & were just absolutely kind and patient through the whole process. In total we went to about 6 different stone warehouses just to make sure on prices & designs and none of them offered unique pieces like they did. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks again Andrea!

Wish I had read these reviews before working with AS. Make sure to get things in writing regarding promises made over the phone. My main gripe is the install was very messy. I had to take an hour out of my day to inspect the whole job after discovering a few small things before they wanted me to sign the completion paperwork. I'm glad I did. Shims not cut off. Very messy caulk job. Gaps in the caulk, entire section of caulk missed. They chipped a piece on brand new cabinets, which they took off to fix (delaying completion by about a week) and they wanted my final payment before the cabinets were even repaired. These were all things that I found as the client. I would expect that they held their installers to that standard. I definitely felt like I was the inconvenience when all of this happened to me. Wanted to share here so anyone using them knows what they may encounter.

Well, I was just cussed out (by the owner) and told to leave because I identified a flaw in her basic geometry formula. She abruptly interrupted an otherwise pleasant conversation with Robert and lost my $3,000 job because I tried to politely explain to her how her math was incorrect. This was all over a $200 difference, but imagine if it had been more. Completely embarrassed and shamed by her woefully unprofessional and offensive treatment of me. Will be talking to BBB about false advertisement. Can't tell someone you charge by the square footage when you actually don't. Stay far away.

I am completely disappointed with Amazon Stone. They have some beautiful stone and a lovely showroom, but don't be fooled. They are unorganized and because they don't put anything in writing and clearly don't have a system of checks and balances, they installed the wrong countertop in my clients house. When I called to find out what happened and how we could resolve this issue, all I got was yelling and pointing the finger from Andrea (the manager/owner). There was no ownership, no solution and no concern at all for the customer. There are PLENTY of qualified professional stone companies out there, that no one should have to go through that experience.

We worked with Amazon Stone for our bathroom vanity counter; the price point we encountered for the materials were not outrageous and mostly in-line with what we saw throughout all of the stores we visited in Central Florida while looking for our bathroom vanity counter. The piece we found with them was exactly what we wanted. During the process of buying it, they were generous in holding it for us, as we were traveling and unable to have it immediately installed. During the purchase process and working with Andrea (sp) we were told that we would have to purchase the entire remnant even though we would have a substantial amount left over. We were not daunted by, as having purchased a number pieces of granite/marble/quartz in the past, that is a pretty common practice. Fast forward a few weeks - they came and installed the counter piece and it looked lovely. We were very happy with it and at this point had recommended them to a few friends. After this, is when things went south. I called back to see how much it would be to cut and edge the remaining piece to use as a coffee table top in another part of the house. It was then that Andrea (sp) told me that we would have to repurchase the piece as they didn't sell us the entire piece. I confirmed with my husband what he heard when we first met with her and he confirmed my understanding. I brought this to her attention and she claimed that she did not sell us the entire piece. It is because of this dishonesty and disingenuous approach that I would not recommend this company. There are a lot of counter providers throughout Central Florida and we encourage you to look at those vendors and avoid this one does not stand by it's word (now, in reading reviews, I see other reviews on different platforms, reporting the same thing).
