An Amazing partner. I emailed Jack a dimensioned countertop drawing I made in PowerPoint along with my preferred stone color. Jack quoted my preferred color and a similar color available as scrap from another customers job. I went with the scrap piece at a huge discount. Jack had it fabricated and ready for pickup in less than a week. High quality work. The piece looks wonderful.

I highly highly recommend Amazing Stone, without reservation. Out of all of the various contractors and installers I’ve worked with, Jack was by far the best. He and I went back and forth many times fine-tuning specifications to find a way to bring costs down, and to adjust the design many times. Through all of that he always responded within the day, with prompt and thorough responses. He’s a great communicator and always happy to work through the details with you. Their onsite team was the same. They were professional, thoughtful and thorough, and talked through all of the details on site. They listened carefully to what I was asking for, clarified and made useful suggestions, and followed through. During install, their work was efficient and clean and precise… they worked very carefully and diligently over details, seams, and edges, and took real pride in getting everything just right. On top of it all, they even managed to finish the project one week in advance, as they had a cancellation and slipped me in at the last minute. Amazing Stone were genuinely focused on the quality of the project. They have a work ethic that is very rare. I trust them a lot, and couldn’t recommend them more.

Damaged our floor (ripped the linoleum) in the kitchen while replacing the countertops. They didn't tell us when the damage occurred, we saw it after they left and had to try and resolve it after they were gone. They did own up to doing the damage but still have not resolved it (it has been 2 months of back and forth). Our linoleum pattern has been discontinued, so a patch repair is not possible, which makes this repair particularly costly. At this point, I can't recommend this company because it would not meet the ethical standards that I would want to see in a contractor. If you do work with them, make sure you withhold the final payment until you inspect for any damage that could have occurred, so you don't end up with an additional $1200 of work that needs to be done like we did. On the bright side - the countertops look great if you don't get distracted by the big rip in the floor in the middle of our kitchen...hopefully I can update this review with a happy ending but wanted to make sure to warn any potential customers so you don't go through the headache we've been through.

If you need a countertop or looking to do a kitchen remodel, look no further than this hidden gem. Jack is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's patient and exceptionally helpful. What's more is that the quote was transparent and far better priced than HomeDepot or other vendors. I really appreciated how easy it was to get the project done. This was one of the most simple and reassuring experience I've ever had. I'm looking forward to doing more projects with Amazing Stone.

I loved working with Amazing Stone for my custom bar countertop project! From my first email thread with Dariel to visiting their showroom in-person to installation day — everything was clearly communicated and well executed. I had to purchase a full quartz slab for my custom-sized bar countertop and Amazing Stone happened to have the perfect piece in stock at a reasonable price. After meeting their team in-person, I decided to also hire them for fabrication and installation. We had countless conversations about what I wanted (full backsplash with a ledge, horizontal outlet cutouts, mitered edge, negative reveal for an undermount sink) and they were able to explain everything in detail, made sure the sink I wanted would fit the limited dimensions and provided a visual of where the quartz would be cut for design purposes. On the day of installation, Luis and his team arrived on time and put everything together effortlessly in just a few hours. They made my vision come to life and it makes me so happy every time I see my countertop :) I would hire them again in an instant and highly recommend the Amazing Stone team!
