I am thrilled with my experience with Alpha Granite! Their measuring technician was very thorough in measuring our space; very thoughtful in his questions and gave a great explanation of what could be challenging about the installation. The day of the installation was the Friday before the snow storm and two well-mannered professional men came to do the installation. What was expected to take all day took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours and they thoroughly cleaned the counter tops, gave me cleaning instructions, cleaned the space and left everything in great shape. My husband and I love the counter tops and we were very pleased with the entire experience.

Alpha Granite did an exceptional job on our new countertops. From the customer service all the way to installation and even after, our experience has been really great. Nina was so amazing. She was always prompt when answering any questions we had and always made sure she connected us with the right people to get the job done. My husband and I decided on getting the porcelain since we wanted to get the Invisacook. Also, porcelain had the look we wanted along with the durability we was looking for. Alpha Granite was the only location in our area that could install the Invisacook. We absolutely love it and it’s such a great conversation starter.

I appreciated the office staff leading me through the process because I had never done this type of renovation before. Beautiful options were available to look at and pick from. We were impressed with the great service by Mindi in the Kerrville showroom. She knows the products and was helpful throughout the process. She listened to what we were looking for and she helped us to find our selection. The warehouse coordinator kept us informed about template and installation dates. Gabe was impressive with his skill and knowledge about measurements, and he caught that a sink was too large and he helped me find a replacement online. This was over and beyond great service. The installers, Tony and his partner were professional and skilled. They arrived on time. They protected flooring. They had a vacuum. It was not the loud mess I expected. I was surprised and very pleased with the job ~ from beginning to end. Mindi even came and checked out the finished job. Quality and service make a difference.

Would you hire a company that will charge you before the work is scheduled, is not bothered whether or not your work has been done and keep insisting that it is not their fault? Go for Alpha Granite I have a crack in my countertop within 1 year of install (not sign of any rough usage, infact in an area where there is hardly any usage). They said that if they repair there will be color mismatch and repair may be visible and recommended that we replace the who counter top. We decided to go with the repair accepting the risk of repair being visible and color mismatch. Charged us $500 for it upfront, came around tried to glue it, stated that it will not work and that we need to replace and they won't refund our $500 and we need to pay 75% upfront for them to replace the counter top! Well played!😡 Screw the customer seems to work well for them

I would stay away from this company. I tried to get some countertops for an outdoor kitchen. They told me 4 weeks. 10 weeks later and still do not have countertops. I have tried to call and email multiple times and no one seems to know where my countertops are. There are much better countertop companies in Austin.
