They have a good sized 'showroom' with plenty of slabs to look at including marble, quartz, quartzite, dolomite, and granite. The gentleman was very helpful in showing us around, explaining the differences in the stone, and helping us with what will soon be a countertop purchase.

If you are shopping around for marble or granite countertops, you owe it to yourself to stop by All Granite and Marble. My wife and I saved thousands by looking through their remnants in the back -- there were thousands and thousands to choose from! And the price was so crazy reasonable! They came out to our house to measure everything carefully and installed the piece (that was finished beautifully) beautifully! We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with All Granite and Marble!

All Granite came highly recommended by a friend. I was extremely happy with the service Junior provided. With his help I found the perfect granite countertops. The staff and the installers were very professional and easy to work with. It’s been over a month and everyone who sees the granite absolutely loves it. Thank you very much Junior and staff.

Nathalia was extremely helpful. After viewing our original slab we decided it wasn't the right color for us. She showed us several other samples, and was very patient with us while we looked and compared. When we found one we liked she suggested we go to Constantino to view the full slab. We look forward to working with her again when we return to see our new piece.

I can’t say enough positive things about All Granite & Marble Company from Carlton, who were contracted through Lowe’s. We recently had Silestone Quartz countertops installed and were amazed on how smooth the process went! From the coordination, templating and installation we were constantly informed with prompt responses to our email. Everyone we had interactions with were professional and answered all our questions! A pleasure to do business with! Bob & Ellen

The installer called ahead of time and did arrive when they said they would. They were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job efficiently without any mess. The sink and Quartz countertops were as expected or better. Great job!

These folks were the only ones in this process that made everything easy and made me feel comfortable from design measurements to final project. I would highly recommend them 10 out of 10. Their service technician when he came to do the measurements was amazing and very easy to talk to and laid everything out simply for me to understand. They are precise and professional, every step throughout the way. If I had to do everything over again I would not go to Home Depot or any big box store. I would go to all granite and marble directly for my countertop needs.

I suppose I am one of the “I wish I didn’t have to leave this review” people but unfortunately we had a very pretty poor experience. I’m sure not a lot of customers could say, this but we received the fully wrong slab of quartz. It was confirmed by the vendor it was the wrong stone and the company is still pressing for us to pay a large amount for a counter we didn’t select. It’s not a pair of shoes so easily return or changed out, the delay to change is both expensive and will extended our time displaced from our home and their claim was “it still looks nice”. I spent months planning the kitchen, I could have picked this stone, but I didn’t, for a reason.

So far, so good. I will feel better when we get the loan! Great place. Staff are wonderful. Kitchen design and products are excellent. Can't wait to see our new kitchen.

I went into Home Depot to purchase countertops with installation thinking that everything would be fine since they are supposed to be a reputable company. I brought in my estimate of the countertops with pictures. They sold me the material, with what was supposed to be free installation and edges. I was told to go out and see the slabs at All Granite and Marble. When I got there, I showed the representative my measurements and she calculated it. Afterwards, I was supposed to have received an appointment from All Granite and Marble, the installation provider for Home Depot. Two days went by without any response. I called Home Depot and was instructed to call the provider. I was given a date and time frame for the measurement. The employee showed up 25 minutes late and had major attitude when I called to asked him how far he was. When he arrived at my house, he immediately started to complain that he was unable to measure the countertops due to the tile backsplash that had nothing to do with the countertops. I then called All Granite and Marble to schedule another appointment for someone to come out and was informed that the scheduler was at lunch. Two more days went by with no return call. I called on the Tuesday and was told that she was at lunch. Anyway, I was given an appointment date and timeframe from 11am to 2pm. I stayed at home waiting for their employee to come out. At approximately 1:47pm, I received a call from the company that they had to reschedule my appointment. I was not having it, as I explained to the representative that I should have been made aware from in the morning. They sent 2 non English speaking guys who ripped the countertops and my wall. I was then contacted by Home Depot to let me know that “they found an extra 16 square feet of countertop and it was going to cost me $1,900.” I told the rep that, that was impossible and that I wanted a refund. I also made a complaint regarding the damage of my walls. No one from Home Depot or All Granite and Marble have addressed this issue even though I sent photos of the damage to Home Depot. I received a follow up call from another associate at Home Depot and I reiterated the same message and was promised a call back which never happened. Finally I got down to Home Depot and waited for over an half-hour to speak to someone in the kitchen department. When he finally arrived, he tried to tell me the same story. I requested for the manager who arrived with much attitude. After spending 2 hours trying to explain the situation and reporting that the rep from All Granite and Marble basically hang the phone on me when I insisted that the measurements were incorrect and that I needed another measurement, I was promised another opportunity for a re-measurement. Two, guys came out, we spent an hour going over the template that was taken prior. I asked about 4 times for the countertops to be measured and even offered to get my tape measure for them to use. After much reluctance, he finally measured the countertops and found a much discrepancies. The measurements totaled 65 square feet verses the 74 square feet that the other All Marble and Granite employee had stated. I then received a phone call from Home Depot that based on the measurements, I now owned $1,600. I asked, how could that be since the first measurement was 74 square feet and would have cost $1,900 and now it’s 65 square feet so how can it be $1,600 more that I would have to pay. I requested a refund and was bluntly told that they would deduct $250 for having to come out to my house a second time to measure my countertops. I have placed 2-3 calls to Home Depot, transferred and received no answer.

The first visit was a challenge; it was canceled at the last minute and then 2nd appointment was changed twice with worker coming couple hours earlier then expected. Everything after that was wonderful! Wendell came to measure countertops and used a Lazer tool. Also gave us help with the sink and our need to increase opening area for it. One week later, Renaldo & his helper installed the countertops needing to make many new cuts for sinks and cooktops to fit in perfectly. All in all we are very happy with the end result!

I stupidly did not read reviews for this place before booking with Home Depot, because I probably would have been scared away if I had. However, I thankfully had a wonderful experience with All Granite. The man who came out to measure was quick and kind! He answered all my questions and my countertops were measured perfectly as there were no issues during installation. Two other men came to install and they did an awesome job. I absolutely love my new quartz countertops! They were also quick and cleaned up after themselves (to the best of their ability, there was a lot of dust from cutting the sink out). I did not have them install a backsplash so I can't comment on that aspect. I went with a professional tiler following the installation of my countertops. Overall, I had a great experience with All Granite & Marble.

Great service! I purchased my countertops and All Granite did the installation and fabrication for my kitchen. They called me the day after I purchased it, which I thought was very quick, and they were very kind and helpful. I was so worried this was going to take long, and that it was going to delay the other projects in my house, but they were able to book me for the week after, and even though they said that it would take 2 weeks to install it after the measurements, they called after and were able to put me on the schedule sooner. I got Calacatta Laza and it looks so good!!!! The girls over All Granite are all really nice, and I had Melissa working on my order, and she was very nice and helpful. I'm new to all this, and she took the time to explain everything to me, was very patient and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be coming back to this company.

I first heard about this company through Home Depot and had an A+ experience. Very satisfied with Customer Service and the products they offer. I could tell everyone liked their job. They were very open to any questions and concerns that I had. And the inventory of granite and marble they have to pick from is tremendous! Every company and person alive can make a mistake from time to time. But that doesn't warrant a negative review. All Granite and Marble made an initial mistake on how they cut the marble and they immediately went out of their way to rectify the situation. The immediacy in which they rectified the situation only showed me: 1/ they are true professionals who have high standards; and, 2/ they are extremely customer service oriented. I never lacked confidence that they would perform throughout the entire process. Even when a SNAFU occurred, I knew they would make me happy as they had from the first day we picked out the marble slab for our kitchen. I don't make recommendations for Contractors lightly as I'm rather demanding and don't want to hear complaints about those I recommend should a problem occur. But this place is easily recommendable because I never had a single doubt about the final product and remain amazed at how exact the cuts were in the marble. But then, they do have modern computerized equipment for a highly qualified job and their attitude toward work is supreme and very respectable. in summation, without hesitation, I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

We had a very positive experience with the new countertop in our kitchen. The office team including Viviana kept us apprised of the scheduling. Rafael was fantastic when he came out to template, and advised us of an error/miscommunication that had been made with our Lowe's rep, and the problem was rectified without too much delay. We did not go with standard granite but rather with an eco countertop, and it's beautiful. There's not a visible seam anywhere, and the installers were able to run a piece behind our stove so there's no more risk of dropping something behind it. :-) All in all we were very happy with them and would recommend.

Not professional - wanted me to sign off on measurements that were not accurate. They also have a checklist of items they need initialed, one of which was that they reserve the right to change the location of the seam. Are you kidding me??? - I cancelled the order but they still charged me $120 for measuring. Avoid at all costs.

I had the worst experience with this all granite & marble. They show up big section of sink area was alittle long At two places which was fine if they could fix it on site! But the installer said he not able to cut it because he not sure if he can with out chipping. So he said let me call office. He comes back and says we need to bring it back so they can do it at shop . Now mind you I am the contractor. Now costing money and time for all this plumber was scheduled next day etc on top of it all. So I told thank you for at least being honest to not try beyond his capabilities, Now mind you I own all of this by law and responsible for everything as Rhode Island contracting laws state until job completed and I finish contract ! The secretary calls my customer and tells her your boyfriend , man or contractor stop them from finishing the install and sent it back! The installer could have cut it there! Now read back what actually happened ! I did no such thing but to be nice take a hit for a week to have it fixed and kept my cool. Until they had to lie to my customer and blame me ! I called the secretary so mad that she had no right to lie to my customer and two when I told her the installer the one and who ever at office decide to send it back not me I agreed to the installer words he not able to fix period. She says I was not told of that and still had an attitude like it's my fault that's when I told her you better get this fix ASAP. You just costed time and money and just showed how crazy this company does business. I am still thinking of filing a motion for lost money and trying to contact owner to discuss how he does business. Now mind this was bought through Home Depot so I have to speak with there corporate office an explain I will never buy from them again if using this company

We got this company through Home Depot back in February 2021. First, the measurements were wrong so they have to returned, then the next one have cracks and chips. They say it is a natural fissure on marble. I refused it then they brought two pieces of different colors. Finally in May I went to Home Depot and cancel the order. They still got paid but not countertop installed. Poor service, poor quality of granite.

Now that we have a Court judgement in our favor, we will share our experience at All Granite and Marble in an effort for another family to be spared. After purchasing 'Granite' in our contract and going through a horrific install, we discover it is actually Marble they put (and cut) in our kitchen. The owner 'Junior' sold it to us as Granite as we said we were looking to only purchase Granite. One would think the owner of All Granite and Marble would have the knowledge of differentiating between Granite and Marble. Given we would never put Marble in our kitchen, we asked AGM to refund us and take back their Marble. 'Junior' has refused to resolve and said if we didn't like it, to buy new counters from him. We have attempted to resolve with All Granite and Marble for the last year and have never dealt with such an unprofessional business. After hiring a Geologist and proving it is in fact Marble, trying to resolve with an Attorney, we went to court and won a full judgement against All Granite and Marble last week. Today, we receive a voicemail from Junior asking us to take down our review, as well as an email from the business informing us they will not be paying their court judgement. We will now be proceeding with an execution of wages by the court. There are many reputable fabricators in Mass and CT, and this is not one of them.

Purchased 'Granite' counters for kitchen renovation only to find out they are really marble and destroyed within months. This company has refused to refund, replace, or acknowledge their misrepresentation of the stone. They also installed without a permit or a license. This is now a legal matter and is in process.

We recently had granite counters fabricated and installed by All Granite and the experience was terrible. We chose them only because they had the material we wanted, not based on their reviews. We spent an hour with the fabricator reviewing the slab, where a seam would be applied, and how he back splash would line up with the surfaces. When they came to install the counters the seam was directly in the middle of the counter and could not be used. The sink was also damaged. We needed to wait for them to make new counters. The new counters was seamed in the correct spot but the back splash is not per the original design. Some of the back splash seams and edges were not properly caulked. Several weeks later we noticed a chip in the counter not previously seen, and they are requiring we pay for a repair. They have no interest in customer satisfaction. George G.

I do not recommend them or going through the Home Depot for any countertop purchase or installation. I purchased and contracted through Home Depot for a granite countertop. You will not save money and will risk poor quality work and damage to your home. If you value your project in the least, pay the extra penny and go elsewhere. We should not be supporting businesses like these. My story is long, I will spare the details, it was obviously a bad experience.

Very disappointed with this place. I got in contact with them via Home Depot. The first meeting was great. The guy that came in was very friendly and answered all my questions. The installation guys were also friendly and professional but the installation itself was off. The countertop is not centered. It's off by 5/8 on the right side. I called multiple times to explain but never got a call back.

Complete waste of time. Went in on a Saturday (during their normal business hours) and there were no "salesmen" available-so no one could tell me the price of anything. I asked if they could give me even a $10 range of the granite I was looking at-NOPE! The woman that showed us the granite said I would have to write down all the items that I liked and a salesman would call me when they came in on Monday. Right off the bat this must mean it's all based off of commission--DON'T waste your time, unless you have an open ended schedule and can deal with this. I've spoken to several other homeowners and they had unpleasant interactions as well. Years ago I heard the company was great but lately, poor quality and service.

Hi, I should of read the earlier review. I utilize them through home depot, granite was great but one piece of backsplash was not delivered, when they came to install, it seems the driver did not want to be inconvenience an hour to wait for it. Now its been 3 weeks, they "lost" the piece and have tried to match it up and no piece has come close. Now I am not only inconvenience but I still have yet to see a matching piece. I would recommend you go somewhere else. They don't seem to care too much about the customer.

The granite was delivered on-time and almost fit (they did one cut on-site that had been mis-measured.) We recognized shortly thereafter that the granite had not been sealed (any drop of water left a dark mark which then dried.) We called them and they verified that the granite had not been sealed and they warned us that any colored liquid or oil would permanently stain it. So we covered it immediately with plastic and waited for a return service call to seal it. The following week, they came to seal it and after that service call we waited 24 hours. When began to use the counters normally, we realized that several areas still were NOT sealed. We called and emailed the owner and have not had any response. So now we're forced to file in small claims court. We recommend you get several quotes and most importantly, pay attention to online recommendations

STEER CLEAR!!! If you're too inpatient to read the whole story just read the bullets at the bottom I was directed to this company by my kitchen/cabinet company, a high quality place with a great staff and service... I wish the same could be said about All Granite & Marble!! The prices at All Granite & Marble were almost double anywhere else. However, as I was referred by a high quality kitchen store, I thought the quality and service must be worth the extra buck. WRONG! They are the most inconvenient company! The don't care about your schedule i.e., won't stay open late for you in an emergency, won't expedite any work for you in a pinch, call to remind you of an appointment, and certainly won't get your order right..! For thousands of dollars per customer, these are the things you should expect from a reputable establishment. I was remodeling a home to move into, the kitchen cabinets were in and I had pre-ordered my appliances. The date for the template (measuring) of the counter tops comes and they told me that I HAVE to have my range in place to template. I said no, the tile floor isn't in yet, but here's the exact dimensions, model #, and a picture. The woman said, no, we will not template without the range in place unless you agree to waive your right to a correct sized counter.. So then I had to expedite delivery of my range, get tiles to put under it for correct height, and put it in place (temporarily). The template guy shows up and says all he needed was to know if it had a flat or sloped back... WTF! Thank god the tile company, appliance store, delivery company, and my carpenter were able to bend over backwards to help me get everything ready, right?! Then the come to install... The cuts were accurate and the counter fit... BUT: -They called to change the time of my appointment the day of, which I'd scheduled my week around -They forgot to bring the slab for my laundry room (which I'd paid for) -They forgot to silicone the entire right half of the kitchen counter top to the wall and cabinets -They didn't' answer my call when I called to ask what the hell happened Don't go shop here. It's double the price, and double the headache.
