All About Cabinets and Countertops are real pros. Scott patiently worked with us to select our cabinets, layout, and sort out all the little details. We changed our minds on several things along the way and he didn’t miss a beat. Wendy coordinated our counter install and when we changed our minds on those she helped get that done too. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them.

I heard about AAC&C on 94.7 The Word and was very happy with the total experience of working with Nick. The selection was broad and Nick helped narrow the field to the best options for us based on function, quality and budget. Nick then visited our home to review the project, make some suggestions and measure. Within a day he provided a CAD rendering that captured our dream kitchen on paper. The cabinets arrived as on time and our installer remarked on the excellent quality. The kitchen turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined thanks to Nick's input and guidance. We'll be back later this year to get matching cabinets for the laundry room and master bathroom. I highly recommend All About Cabinets as a team member for remodels.

Great Selection and Expert Design Team, But Lack Remote Options I recently had the pleasure of working with All About Cabinets & Countertops, and I must say, their selection of cabinet styles and colors is impressive. The design team is top-notch, providing valuable insights and expertise throughout the process. However, my experience was somewhat hindered by the absence of remote visit options like Zoom. As someone with a busy schedule, it's not always feasible to visit the store in person to review designs. Having the option for virtual consultations would greatly enhance accessibility for clients like myself. I've had positive experiences with other companies that offer remote meetings, which effectively replicate the in-person experience. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of service and products provided, but I hope they consider incorporating remote visit options in the future to better accommodate clients with varying schedules and preferences.

Poor customer service, actually, no follow up. Spent alot of money at All About Cabinets (more because I had to correct their errors), only got alot of headaches and inaccuracies. They make you feel like their errors in measuring are your fault. Suggest you consider another business that values their customers. I wouldn't recommend.

I highly recommend Sharayah, she saved our project. We almost went with another supplier and happened to stop by AAC&C. She updated our design, tweaked some custom options and had great ideas. Oh, and we saved money too.

Mike was horrible to work with. There was no communication during every step of the process. We paid for shipping for every part and we still had to drive to the store to pick up the remaining items they forget to deliver. No refund was given to us. Mike is also very sexist. We came to All About Cabinets and Countertops 5 times and he only spoke to my male partner. Not only did he discredit ideas I had, he straight up ignored everything I said. He was also extremely rude to the young females that worked there. The cabinets we bought were all suppose to be easy closing and slam proof but some were not.

I would just like to say how much I appreciate working with Wendy, Scott, Mike and the team. We've been working on cabinets and countertops in three different spaces in our house that have been in different phases of readiness/construction, and the challenges of those spaces presented to us have required some collective creativity. The team has taken the time to explain the logic and sentiment behind certain design standards and recommendations, made valuable suggestions to how we might optimize the spaces given the cabinet catalogue we were working with, and have been real partners of ours in getting those spaces from concept to reality. I never felt rushed or pressured. They have answered all of my questions, regardless of how crazy the questions may have been, and made it so much more pleasant than we anticipated the process to be. I also think that the mettle of a company is in how they express the spirit of their business. Of course everyone tries to get it perfect the first time, but the reality is that stuff happens, and it is the opportunity of the company to be good stewards of their customers in navigating anything that may go a bit sideways. The couple of small things that came up for us were picked up immediately by the team with wonderful customer support. So thank you to AACC for a great overall experience! We will be recommending you to others in the future.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from here, the final product does look nice, just was very difficult to get with multiple mistakes and delays. We ordered our cabinets and the original estimate when we were in store was 4 weeks and then when we got down to sign the paperwork she changed it to 10-14 weeks, which she did communicate, but was at the end of the process so it did feel a little like bait and switch. Anyway, on week 14 I gave them a call looking for an update (no one had reached out at any point) and the person who answered the phone was very short with me and said the original individual who helped us no longer worked there. When I asked for an update he said well I don't know who you are or your order you have to talk to the manager who isn't working right now. I asked if he knew just on average how delayed orders were and he just argued with me saying it hadn't been 14 weeks (I thought you didn't know my order?) and was very intense. Grateful I didn't have to speak with him again. Then a few days later the manager hadn't followed up so I called her, she let us know it would be another 3-4 weeks, which was accurate. It took between 17-18 weeks to get 4 cabinets. When they arrived one of our cabinets was made incorrectly which took another 3 weeks to get the correct one. They also didn't order our toe kicks but those came in with the new correct cabinet a few weeks later. Our shelves came in separately from the new correct cabinet and we had to pick them up another week later. That was never communicated, so we assumed they were also missing/incorrect and when we asked she seemed annoyed we wouldn't know the shelves and cabinets come separately despite no one telling us that and previously our shelves were in the same box as our cabinets. All in all most of our interactions were a little off and they seem very disorganized. Several mistakes and missing parts that took about 21-22 weeks to get everything that we ordered with a lot of back and forth. Even still they forgot the little parts that hold the shelves up, but we just ordered online so we could be done with them. Quick Note: the manager called and tried to get me to remove this review even though she agreed it was all truthful. It was very uncomfortable and I would imagine that is why they don't have as many low reviews as they should.

I had a great experience working with Scott to design my kitchen he was super helpful in coming up with a very functional and beautiful design. Scott was great in listening to what I wanted and guiding us when we needed it. I was originally going to go with wood grain cabinets and white. I realized that I really wanted a color. He put a color in the design and I fell in love with it. He helped with the countertops as well and The black (soap stone look alike) just really added the perfect touch. I am so happy how it turned out. The rest of the team (Wendy etc) were very helpful on the back end.

Wendy and Claudia were awesome in helping me pick out my new quartz countertops. I was a bit overwhelmed at making a decision on what I wanted and they were so helpful. I love the new countertops and how they have brightened up my kitchen, the installers were really great as well.

I'm so glad we found this place for our kitchen countertops. Great prices! Cindy was wonderful to work with and went out of her way several times to be available to help us. The installers was great too and also saved us $2500 when I told him what the plumbers wanted to do with our sink/disposal installation because he was pretty sure they were quoting me for unnecessary work. After getting a different plumber in, sure enough, he was right!

These guys were great to work with. I didn't even know where to start. I brought in my measurements and my vision and they walked me through the process and helped me design everything and gave me some good ideas that turned out better than I would have expected. After all they are the experts. The order was delivered to their shop when they said it would be. I did have one problem though upon opening the one of the boxes at my house I found that one of the cabinets was damaged. I called the guys up, texted them a picture and they promptly ordered the replacement. Would I do business with these guys again? Definitely.

Have purchased cabinets and granite counter-tops for several projects. I have worked with Nick on all my orders and have been very happy. Cabinets have looked and been installed as promised. My clients are always happy with the products. Delivery seems to be an issue from the manufacturers. We had a truck break down on one order and weather issues on another. They may underestimate how long delivery is from the manufacturer and that is hard to explain to my clients. But overall very pleased and I used them for cabinets for my own house.

We are highly disappointed in All About Cabinets & Countertops. They are very unreliable and make promises that they do not keep at all levels of the company. We were promised an estimate from the salesperson and owner of the company four different times and have not yet received an estimate. Due to the poor communication and attitudes at this company, we recommend that you look elsewhere for your cabinets.

BUYER BEWARE! We used All About Cabinets & Countertops to fabricate a simple vanity top with two sinks (no backsplash) and two smaller pieces (12"x44" and 14"x44") for our shower. Our contract stated bullnose edge to match the rest of our house's granite. It took over one month and three tries to get a bullnose edge because it kept showing up to our house with an eased edge, which we rejected. The seaming was done very poorly and the wrong color epoxy too. Over two months later and at least twenty phone calls/texts, we still DON'T have our smaller pieces.

Ordered approx. 22' of basic square edged laminate counter top with seperate sit on backsplashes from Eric, a "salesman". Told maybe 4 or 5 days to get them. Never could get a call back from Eric every time he told me he would call me 'right back' (at least 6 times), I would have to call him hours later to find out where my countertops were. Major run around!!! Upon calling 'again' ,on the 7th day, Eric said he was having the owner personally pick them up as if that was a favor. 7 days total they came in with a chip on the edge and once again I was told by Eric that he would call the manufacturer to find out when they could replace the edge and "get right back to me before close on friday." Guess what? I had to call Eric again monday to get the answer that he didn't have yet. Finally he called with a time and the manufacturer showed up uninformed that Eric promised replacement of the edge and not a repair. They had to go get the edgeing and actually 'they' did a great job. The product ended up fine and looks great but the completely lousy customer service and false promises from their sales rep. Eric have put them on my "DON'T USE" list. Wish I could deal directly with the manufacturer. They were polite, punctual, precise and made a nice product. To bad there had to be that 'middle man'!!!!!
