I to wait 2 weeks until install...I could deal with that. What I can not deal with is the rude "owner" Leo and his staff who jerked me around. I had quartz installed and I noticed a large sent on the side of my fridge. It WAS NOT there prior to installation...everything in my kitchen is brand new and was barely used. I notified ALB Granite and was asked to send photos. I was appalled to see the email I received after they read my email. I was told that the dent must have been there prior to installation. I called the owner, Leo who said he would "look into it" and get back to me. A week later...still waiting. These people are crooks and don't care about their customers. The installers were rude and double parked their huge truck on my street and were pissed when I asked them to park it. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. Save your money and dignity and go somewhere where you will receive quality customer service.

Don't trust this company they lie about the products so you feel you need to spend addition money on another product like cambria. Which actually cost twice as much and has the same problems .they lead you to belive if you purchase cambria graniteyoù will have none of the issue the quarter brand has. None of its true they are all made resonant if you so much as use windex on the counter to clean over time the color will change. I spent 4500 on cambria because it was so durable. Th we y deliveredays later then scdules with the counters and pullup in a u haul truck when carried in the house 3 men come in and the counter had a piece cracked off. Right in center they tried hiding it buy standing in front of the cracked off counter top piece that was cracked when called about it they sent same men .they put paint on it to match the gray counter the same day a can tipped over sitting on counter and left awhile scuff mark on my solid gray counter found another on ŕight side of solid gray counter that cost me double with the promise that they where a much stronger material 3 white in 2days .not looking good for a lifetime warranty. Cabria product is misleading and damages very easy .but they lied about how much better proct was . It gets worse just don't belive them and don't waste your money. Hoping you won't have problems using the quartz brand half-hearted price. Better off at home d d pot samesecuurity at 150 dollars you could buy the precut counter and have no problems just saved thousands . Buy a vacation

I went with ALB because it's who my contractor uses, and he believed they have the best prices, but their CS is horrible. They messed up the measurements of my trashcan cabinet and it wasn't discovered until the end of installation. They are EXTREMELY rude, especially to women, and scoffed at me when I said the plans had an 18" waste cabinet, not a 15". They changed that on their own and I was stuck with it. If they could improve their CS and their attitudes, they'd be worth dealing with.

I decided to get me bathroom redone a few months ago and I am really happy with the results! Unfortunately, I am a very picky person but they were able to help me find what i wanted. The bathroom is relatively small (South Philly) and we have narrow hallways/entry ways. They were able to get the granite in without damaging my walls or chipping my paint. Overall, they worked with me to stay in my budget and got what i wanted!

I had an excellent experience with ALB granite. First, I was super impressed when I walked into the showroom as a single young woman with a stereotypical lack of knowledge about what I needed and was treated with respect and patience. I appreciated being able to look at exactly the slab that would be put into my house, rather than just a tiny sample. I also cannot speak highly enough of the team that came to do the work, especially the plumbing...not only did they do the required job, but also asked if we wanted to go buy a garbage disposal for them to put in while they were doing the rest. The price for our countertop and installation was more than fair and the finalized product looks beautiful!

I made a down payment deposit of $375 to Alb Cabinet for a vanity top. When the person from the store came out to my house to take the measurement for the vanity top, he could NOT make the measurement since the bathroom dresser I had was too narrow, and the sink would not fit. He told me to get a vanity dresser that is 60" by 21" and said to call the store again for someone to come out and do the measurement. My contractor ended up finding a vanity dresser and the top at a reasonable price. Since I no longer needed their vanity top, I called on 6/2/2023 to cancel the order. The salesman, Seli, first lied and said he had to charge me $250 out of $375 since they had already made the template. I stated that that was not possible since the measurement person couldn't do the measurement since the vanity dresser was too small. He then said he had to charge me for his visit to my house, but this was not stated in their sales invoice. He also stated that I had to come in to discuss the matter. I drove 40 minutes to the store, and they directed me to another salesman, Bob, who proceeded to tell me that it was not their fault that they could NOT make the template because I had the wrong dresser size. I told him that nowhere in the contract does it indicate what he had said. He still refused to give me the whole refund. This store and everybody who work there are unscrupulous. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

DO NOT USE ALB GRANITE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! They are cheats and liars. I gave them very specific measurements with a drawing of the old counter and afterwards they came and measured but then tried to tell me I screwed up the measurements. Their only resolution after trying to put blame on me was to return $100. They are unprofessional greedy sloppy thieves.

Very disappointed with installers and customer service. Installers spilled acid in the $300+ sink I paid extra for and burned it. Was told to email pictures. Received an email suggesting a product I should purchase to repair damage. Didn't dispute damage just wasn't repairing. In addition they cut my walls to install countertop. An on-site template was made so I don't understand the mishap. Have to pay a painter to fix. Won't take our calls or emails. Disgrace, the worst. Never pay cash.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE OR YOU WILL GET SKREWED The worst place to deal with I'm a contractor I used this place for all my kitchens that I renovate and I had counters installed in my house recently they did a switch up and installed completely different product was like 10 shades different color. Was completely different from what they sold us. I made a big mistake giving them the rest of the money after job was completed. When I went back The salesman Nick started changing up the story! He told us he will have to order is 2 slabs and when I was talking with the lady in back she told me that they never ordered anything because they sold us what they had in stock!! All liars The owner Leo did not want to talk to me even though he makes all the final decisions, the lady in the back blocked my number so I called from a different # and she picked up right away and said oh sorry I was about to call you! after waiting for 3 days for her to call me back. keep in mind I have no intention to scam them I gave them all the money for the job. I always trusted them will all my clients. And I always recommended them to everyone I work with. This is so disappointing, especially knowing that I gave them all that work over the years and this is how they treat me. . PLEASE PASS ON THE MESSAGE!!

Business installed counter top ($3700 apprx). 2 weeks later spots and dark and white lines started showing up. An evident division in color. After several attempts the owner, Leo Pajo, said their was noticed they could do. They were not going to change it or give us our money back. Before installing they did not pre-treat the counter top so once installed you couldn't do anything. Took him to court. He did not show up as he knew even if the judgment was for us, we would never collect because we would have to put a lien on his business or property. If anything did happen to his business, as a creditor, we would be so far down the list we would never see the money. So we have a $20 thousand plus new kitchen with terrible counter tops that we have to look at everyday. It's not right that a company can take care of a customer this way. All in all a terrible experience once there was a problem. Desired Resolution: Refund Desired Outcome Honor the judgment and give us our money back or replacement.

Can't comment on the granite itself but I was pretty scared in the store today. I'm not a stranger to the neighborhood and didn't feel at all uncomfortable going to the store but once we entered we were not greeted by anyone and all we could hear was a man screaming and cursing (mostly in another language...Russian? Arabic? Sorry I sound so uninformed about the dialect) at a woman in the back room. We stayed about 10 minutes hoping someone would offer assistance but as the screaming continued we decided it was time to leave.

I was very unhappy with my ALB counters. We started the work in September. We waited past October, November, December and January! We not only had to wait until the second week of February but we had to settle for mediocre! Even after two templates they messed up a seams on he counter! The customer is never number 1 at ALB. No one should have to wait with bare cabinets and no sink during the holidays and a busy school year. We have remodeled a few kitchens to know what the real deadline can be if you have effective suppliers. They gave us a run around, we felt like we were in a three stooges movie. We had better luck ordering what we wanted from Home Depot and Lowes, and that was for a good quality quartz. Shame on you ALB. you give small business suppliers a bad name.
