My wife and I used ASW for our countertops in our old home a few years ago. Great work at fair prices. Recently our auto repair shop (Green Garage) needed a flat surface to resurface a cylinder head from a vintage BMW we didn't trust giving to anyone else. ASW generously gave us a piece of scrap stone and even helped me load it in my car. They refused payment and only wanted referrals in return. Great people all the way around. Use them! Thank y'all again!

Creating a unique statement piece during my kitchen renovation with Shelby at Alabama Stone Works was simply an outstanding experience. I had a very specific quartz counter top to find and through asking a lot of "out of the ordinary" questions and research we found a remnant piece and worked together to create the perfect unusual piece. Super easy to work with, Glenda goes above and beyond to get your stone selection and details of fabrication the way you want. When the stone I wanted was out of stock with the local wholesalers, she tracked it down in New Orleans. When I came back with some extra pieces to make after the kitchen was in, they were immediately on top of it, I didn’t feel like I went to the back of the queue. Price was very competitive

Alabama Stone Works is a well run business. They installed all the countertops for our complete renovation (2017) of our home - Kitchen, Butler Pantry, 3 Bath counters. We used various stone finishes plus a solid surface material. Very professional work with great communication during the process. Installation was organized and quick plus the selection was great. We had one small issue with a Bath counter and they took care of it immediately. Alabama Stone Works will be our go to Company for future projects. My daughter plus several friends have used Alabama Stone Works for renovation projects and they have been pleased with all aspects of the process.

We're redoing the kitchen of the new home we've purchased and we decided to check out Alabama Stoneworks instead of going with the national chain store we have worked with previously. So far, it's been great working with Daniel, Trent, Glenda, David and the others at Alabama Stoneworks. They have a variety of granites to choose from and they've been very accommodating during this stressful time. I'm learning quickly just how difficult it is to make so many longterm decisions. Alabama Stoneworks has not put any pressure on us to speed up our decisions, but they've been great with attempting to get our work completed on our timeline. Visited the store a few weeks aga to see if I could get help with my granite cabinet kitchen which was covered in a rare Violeta stone in need of repair. Luckily this was the only place I could find remnates of the stone. After walking around for awhile and getting no acknowledgement of our presence, an employee, David Fuino, later identified as the owner approached us for assistance. After discussing our situation he led us outside to the exact stone we needed. He was helpful in determining how we could fix our cabinets. He gave us some instructions, a sketch and asked that we fax to his office the measurements. We did this, called the office after no reply and spoke with the secretary. She remembered hearing the discussion we had with David. She said that she would ask him to give us a call. After several subsequent calls and getting only voice mail, we got no reply from anyone here at all. Terrible service, poor follow up and the worst experience I have had in recent memory. Awful appreciation of its customers. You should stay away from this place at all costs!
