Christina was especially helpful. The process was smooth and the result beyond fabulous. In fact we were so pleased with the granite counter top that we switched from tile to a granite backsplash. The care taken in cutting and matching the granite was perfect - and we are fussy!

They definitely live up to the Quality in their name, not only with their product, but also with their craftsmanship and their customer service. They certainly take pride in what they do to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied with the outcome. My installation had a minor fit flaw and they made it a priority to get the piece replaced with a perfect fitting new one without any arguments or grieve. They were happy to make it right. That’s true customer service which is so rare these days. Thank you all so much!

I don't typically go out of my way to write a review on a company however, I just couldn't resist letting everyone know how wonderful and thorough this team was! From the time I walked in the store, to the time the job was finished. They were on top of everything. They were all so polite and helpful, they really took their time with me and my job. My kitchen counters are beautify done! I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone!

I rarely write these, but I need to warn anyone who considers AQM&G because they refuse to be accountable/take responsibility for their inconsistencies and mistakes. Unfortunately, I have dealt with the consequences of what would honestly have a simple resolution if they had integrity. In March of 2021, I purchased granite countertops and two cabinets for my kitchen, including a custom cutout for a floating desk area from AQM&G. I was advised the floating desk needed three metal brackets for support (invoiced at $150), which I paid. In December 2022, my house flooded due to a frozen pipe and all my cabinetry was removed including granite counters and replaced. As I used this company for the original installation and granite purchase, my repair contractor Servpro (for which I only have praise) contracted with them to do the reinstallation in May 2023. Nothing about the floating desk granite piece or cabinetry layout changed. However, AQMG failed to install three metal brackets for which I had paid in 2021, claiming they were unnecessary (why now and not in 2021?), even though the brackets were present with all the granite. This was after the granite was installed. I thought using the same company would ensure they installed consistent with the records from only two years ago, but I was unfortunately mistaken. Even if their claim that the brackets were unnecessary was true (contradictory to what I was told by them in 2021 shown by the invoiced payment for the brackets), they are incentivized not to reinstall the brackets as it would risk breaking the granite (via removal/reinstall) for which they clearly do not want to be liable. I would rather protect my investment by providing additional unnecessary bracing (honestly I can forgive the $150 but they are unwilling to understand that it is about the peace of mind knowing my investment is secure consistent with what I originally paid for) but despite my attempts to compromise with the company in a way that would not require them to remove and reinstall the granite (e.g., refund me the $150 and cover the cost for an independent party of my choice to certify the brackets aren’t needed, or adding bracing in a way that doesn’t require granite removal), they refuse to take responsibility for ANY resolution. They continually have attempted to explain to me that they are not responsible for any additional stabilization because the two small pieces of wood which run between my cabinets holding the floating desk area are sufficient and yet they refuse to understand that it isn’t about their claim for stability (questionable at best, since they aren’t willing to pay a third party to agree and claimed differently in 2021), it is about my peace of mind given that they are the ones who have been inconsistent based on my purchase of the brackets at their suggestion in 2021. Additionally, their management representative Stacy preferred raise her voice and hang up the phone on me than discuss my resolution request where I repeatedly tried to explain my concerns to no avail. Regardless of the bracing necessary, they failed to own their mistake by providing any compromise or resolution despite my attempts to reach out by various means. I have attached a picture of the floating desk and the brackets which were not installed.
It is ridiculous to claim that it was Servpro’s responsibility to replace the brackets given that 1) AQM&G is the granite expert not Servpro 2) Servpro was only responsible for putting the cabinets back and contracting granite reinstall, 3) they contradict themselves by saying it was Servpro’s responsibility to stabilize while also claiming their expertise in 2023 (not 2021) determined that additional bracing was unnecessary during install, and 4) 2021 AQM&G claimed brackets were necessary and should have a record of their work or AT LEAST asked. The layout change to the unconnected piece of counter should have prompted them even more so to review their installation records. Just more evidence that they do anything to shift blame and not take responsibility.

When we called there and gave our location and dimensions of what we wanted, there was no problem.
After we drove the two hours to the store, the lady curtly informed us they would no longer travel to us for our needs.
They have done small jobs for us before.

The in-stock stone selection is excellent! We choose a Brazilian "Portinari" stone for our kitchen. Everyone loves it. We get so many compliments. The removal and installation went very well. The staff are very good at scheduling and communicating throughout the process. They allowed us to preview the stone cuts-pattern. This allowed us to have a beautiful pattern for our Kitchen Island. The lead stone specialist, Frank, is a magician with stone. We were very pleased with the price. Highly recommend!

AFFORDABLE QUALITY MARBLE AND GRANIT is a very well established business in Aiken SC.
The Sales Personell are very nice and knowledgeable.
The Installers could be a bit more friendly but overall, we would highly recommend them.
We started to go with a Company out of town, but after we talked to the folks we realized that it would cost an arm and a leg, besides, we couldn't physically look at the Material.
We are very happy
to go with our local Business.
