Tommy and the crew went above and beyond my expectations. They were very thorough during material selection and the whole process. They were very patient in the selection process answering all questions we had. We went to several other companies but they made us feel like we knew them from the second we walked in the door. Tommy went over what to expect and not to expect during the installation process. Letting us know what could and couldn’t be done . They got us installed in a timely manner working with us on our busy schedule. This was a project we have been wanting to do for a long time. We saved for about a year to be able to finally do this project. Not once did they try to upsell us on anything. They showed us the most inexpensive material they had first and then told us we could go up from there depending on our budget . All we can say is thank you for making or kitchen be something we’ve been looking forward to! I’d give them 10 stars if I could . Don’t hesitate at all to give them a call!

Probably the most attentive owners I've ever dealt with. I've never had a business owner be so on top of their business like they are. You could definitely tell they are a busy company but they treated me like I was their one and only customer. My husband and I are very happy with the work they all did. All the employees are very polite and respectful. I will definitely be referring them to all my family, friends and anyone else I can possibly brag to for granite & marble countertops.

We had granite countertops installed in November 2021. We were initially pleased with the product and installation team. Things have quickly gone down hill from there. The first time I went to put a dirty dish in the dishwasher, the entire dishwasher pulled out as it wasn’t secured to the countertop. Surely this was an oversight, so I called and asked for this to be addressed. I was told they don’t secure dishwashers under granite! So I had to purchase the bracket and install it myself. In December 2021, I replaced most of the appliances in my kitchen, including a standalone ice maker that is under the granite. When I removed the old unit, I saw the water line was pinched between the granite and the base cabinet. I drilled a hole near the water line and dragged the line into the new hole to solve this issue. In May of 2023, my realty company called to tell me the under-mounted sink fell out…..you read that right…..it fell out! The maintenance people from my realty company said they’ve never seen this before. I had to have a plumber come out and address this as there were renters in our home. I did call Affordable Granite after the fact to ask if they would reimburse us the plumbers charge. I was told no, but that they would have come out and addressed it if I had called them. I was also told the renters may have been walking on the counters and sink causing this issue. While I can’t say for 100% that this wasn’t the case, I’m very, very skeptical! Also in May 2023, the entire main slab came loose and was rocking if you pushed on one corner. I called Affordable Granite and talked to the woman there. She said someone would get back to me, but surprisingly, no one did. So once again I had to fix their shoddy workmanship. I had to shim the low end and the caulk all along the edge. This place was $800 cheaper than the other vendor wanted for the exact same stone, but clearly I would have been better off paying the extra money up front. Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere!

I recently had granite countertops installed in my home. Affordable granite came highly recommended by Home Advisor. Kristy and Tommy were very knowledgeable about the granite we picked and did a great job getting our kitchen measured. Installation occurred over two days and we are very happy with our decision to use Affordable Granite. We’ve already recommended them to our neighbors. They are a family business and worth your time. Check them out.
