This comment is in reference to the customer service only, because they did not actually do the work we agreed on, so I cannot comment on the quality of work. I came into the office, and spoke with Alex, and gave him the specs of the pieces that needed to be completed for my job. We picked out the piece of quartz that was going to be used, and filled out the work order. Alex told me that he would have his coworker call with an estimate later that day, and I received a call from Vlad to let me know the price of work. We agreed that the product was needed on Wednesday, and he confirmed no later than Thursday they would have the piece is complete, and we confirmed method of payment upon pick up. On Wednesday I was driving past The shop, and stopped in to check on the work. Vlad told me that they decided not to do the work, and did not have a reason for why they did not call me to let me know. He said that they had never promised that they would do the work, despite a very clear indication that they would. Extremely poor business practices at Advanta granite and stone, take your business elsewhere to someone who will actually do the work for you, and follow up if there are issues. Very disappointed.

These guys were great through the entire process. Friendly service. Quick to get the estimate done, helpful in selection and choosing the right options for what we were looking for. Installation was quick. The counters look fantastic. Could not be happier!

I work for a local home builder and we use Advanta exclusively for all our homes. The entire crew is great to work with. Prices are competitive and they are quick. They normally get quartz measured and installed in less than a week. In a pinch they have turned around a quartz order around in 24 hours.

I considered 4 different fabricators and selected Advanta for my kitchen remodel. They provided outstanding support in selecting the material (Cosentino Silestone), configuration, templating (Alex, owner, did the templating himself), fabrication and installation (by Dimitri). They were the most competitive bid and provided the shortest timeframe from order to installation (templating to installation was 6 days). They did a great job including the waterfall and I highly recommend their work!

We could not be more pleased with the work of these gentlemen. The pricing was fair,the scheduling was promptly accomplished and the product looks out of this world
