I have been using ADP Granite and Marble for the last 6 years in several remodeling projects. I do not have nothing than good things to say about them. They are passionate about what they do and you can see that in each piece of counter top or stone product that they create. They know what they are doing. A few years ago, ADP offered much better work and customer service. Over the last two years, they have really lacked in providing the same quality and service they had before. There's plenty of other granite installers with better service to need to put up with their poor service.

Terrible experience and zero customer service. I ordered a slab of quartz to match my existing counter top. I went to ADP and brought the quartz sample they provided to me and matched it exactly to my existing counter color. The sample was the exact match. I was thrilled. I purchased the slab and waited for weeks for it to be fabricated. When the counter top was installed it was a different color; not matching what I had ordered in the first place. In addition the corners were not rounded as I had originally requested and the installers dinged my staircase wall when taking the piece up to the kitchen. The only way to make this situation right (short of replacing the whole counter) was to replace the backsplash behind my oven range so it matched the new counter color… i explained the issue to Patty at ADP and was met with absolutely no empathy and was plainly told that despite their many errors I will have to pay to fix their mistakes… I spent $1850 to get this work done. I am appalled by the way I have been treated as a customer and the aggravation this has caused me. It is clear to me that Patty has absolutely no intention to make this situation right and has given me no choice but to spend additional money to fix her error. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I do not recommend to do business with this company.

We went to ADP Granite to purchase a remnant for a project on our RV trailer. The staff was very courteous and showed us so many different remnants it was difficult to choose just one. The price for the remnant and cutting it to the size we wanted, along with the finish on the edges, was very reasonable. We will definitely use this company again.

ADP Granite and Marble designsjust installed new soapstone counters we could be happier. We selected them because they were recommended by our designer. ADP picked up a slab of soapstone that we had purchased from another stone dealer. From the very beginning, every single person was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Patty in the front office who oversaw our process was great. When they came to measure and template for the counters of our new cabinets, they made several design helpful suggestions which we followed. After templates, we were allowed to visit the yard to arrange them on the slab the to best match the stone pattern to our liking. Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. Yesterday they came to install our stone. The team was on time and and worked together as a perfect team. When they were clearly finished. They stayed spending extra time cleaning and polishing the counters. The craftsmanship of our soapstone is amazing. Every detail is perfect! There is not one mistake from fit to finish! We could be more pleased with ADP!

Our flooring provider, who had worked with Antonio before, recommended that we contact him for countertop fabrication. Our contractor had also worked with him in past and highly recommended him. Antonio gave us a valuable education regarding quartzite and steered us away from purchasing a slab that was actually "fake" quartzite. He obviously values quality in his work. We ended up selecting a beautiful (and well- protected -this is important) slab from his yard and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We also selected two quartz remnants for our bathroom vanities. He is in high demand so we had to wait a wee bit longer for our countertops to be installed, but the small wait was definitely worth it! His operation is highly professional and well organized. From initial selection, measurements, approval of template placement, and installation, it was obvious that there is a lot of experience and expertise there. Victor, who oversaw measurements and installation, was efficient and precise. Patty is the office manager and is not only exemplary at juggling all the parts of project management, she is so warm and friendly to work with and has a good eye for design that helped tremendously. Overall a wonderful experience and we are really happy with the final result! Will be recommending ADP to others. Thanks, ADP!

We used ADP for our kitchen and butlers pantry remodel, to say Antonio and his guys are amazing would be an understatement! They are unbelievable and the work they do is flawless! My husband and I could not be happier with them! We are so happy with their work that we have just used them to build us a custom marble sink and are going to be doing our master bathroom remodel next! Antonio was extremely kind, patient, understanding and very easy to work with! His employee Victor is awesome! He did our kitchen and custom sink install! He was professional and truly cares! Recently had a quartz bathroom vanity counter top placed in my Master Bathroom. I had made the vanity and there were curves and indentations on my art deco vanity. They did a perfect job. I choose the same edging as I had in my kitchen granite. In the granite the line for the edging is very noticeable, not so in my bathroom. I would definitely use them again.

After having a real horrible situation with the granite guys who did my remodel just six years ago I was referred to ADP by Miles Harris my amazing contractor who is just the best artesian in the world and a world-class cabinet maker. I trusted his referral and I'm very glad that I did. I am very very particular and Antonio went above and beyond to be certain that I was 100% satisfied with the final product. I was referred to ADP Granite & Marble Designs by Bedrossian because they were not able to do my very small project. Had already been told by two other fabricators that what I wanted was not possible. I was looking for a white quartz remnant to replace my laundry room counter-top and I wanted the sink cut-out finished and polished, with hand holes, so I could lay it on the under-lay sink and have a continuous counter-top with no sink hole. Not only was I told, "no problem," but ADP executed what I wanted perfectly and in a timely manner. Victor was the project manager and he was extremely courteous and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I can't think of a single reason why I would ever go anywhere else for granite/quartz/stone work. They easily did 5-star work for me.

Antonio and his team did a superb job on my kitchen and bath granite! I shopped around quite a bit and decided on Antonio because (1) he helped me choose a BEAUTIFUL granite slab I would have never chosen (2) he understood my timeline and worked very hard to meet/exceed the deadline (3) definitely the BEST price for all the work (4) very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout and (5) quality of the work is outstanding. I must admit there was a little miscommunication on who was responsible for replacing the electrical switches, but Antonio came over one night shortly after bringing it up and fixed all the switches and lights. Antonio and his team are very professional and he keeps his word. The price of the project only changed because I wanted more granite. I will definitely use Antonio again and highly recommend him.

I would like to start my review by responding to Joy K. And Mark W. The reviews that you have provided have to be the most inaccurate and shocking that I have heard on Yelp. I am a contractor serving North County, San Diego for about 15 years. Tile, Stone and Masonry go back in my family for generations. We have been doing complete remodels for years, specializing in tile and stone. We subcontract ALL of our countertop and slab work to ADP, and have been for about 6 years. Since the very first time that I used ADP, I was completely impressed with all phases of their operation. I haven't used another fabrication/ installation company since that time. The professionalism of Antonio (owner) and all of the staff members that I have come into contact with has been insurmountable. Every homeowner that I have dealt with in association with ADP has had nothing but positive responses to the professionalism, consistency, attitudes, and most of all, the finished product. The quality of the workmanship and overall knowledge that they possess is truly amazing. There has never been a project that they were unable to perform. I trust them completely as they have always gone above and beyond in every situation that I have presented them with. Antonio has always been very honest and fair. He always strives to do the right thing in every situation. I have a deep appreciation for this especially considering how often I run into less than honest behavior in construction. There is a lot of integrity involved in this company. Not only do I recommend this company, but from where I sit, you would be foolish not to use them. As for the couple of negative reviews that I see here, they are completely unwarranted. If I stood in the shoes of Joy K., and Mark W., I seriously consider taking a long hard look at myself. Management takes advantage of customers. Patty writes the invoice with no details on it despite providing detail. I asked to have it written on invoice and Patty said not to worry, they know what they are doing. The result was incorrect and then when pointed out, Patty said they would need to redo it and recharge the whole order again.....Due to time constraints, I paid again and asked to have the details on the invoice, Patty refused and got all snooty saying they know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. AVOID this company. You can find better!

Worst customer service ever. They didn't do the radius cuts on the corners per the specs. Ok, no biggie, we let it slide. One of the seams has resin all over both sides of it so both my contractor and I called them last week and they were supposed to call me to schedule. Days later, I called again and get ahold of Patty (probably only because she happened to answer the phone). I asked her why nobody had called me to schedule and she comes at me with a HUGE attitude. We are busy...Antonio will call you when he's ready to do it...We are not in your area (Oceanside--15 minutes away)...We already told you it would be a while (No--Laura told me you were on the phone and that you would call me right back--that's it). All I wanted was to get on their schedule and for someone to be polite. How hard is it to be nice to people, return their phone calls, and advise them as to the status or to make an appointment. Even if last week somebody said hey, we're super busy and have some big jobs we need to finish, we will call you sometime next week to get you on the schedule--how hard is that? Now I don't even want you guys back in my house. If your attitude sucks that hard don't take it out on me and my granite. Contractors beware this is how they treat your customers.

I am a property manager and was referred to this company by Granix in San Marcos to have granite countertops installed in a 50 unit apartment complex. I spoke with Antonio and made an appointment for 03-11-2016 at 4pm. At 3:45 I received a phone call from him staying he would be late but didn't give a time. I then called him back and was told by 4:30pm. That time came and went. I then had to call him back and he then stated 5pm. He didn't show but left a voicemail he would be there by 5:10pm. Called him at 5:15pm as he still hadn't shown and it went to his voicemail. It's not 5:30pm I have left the complex and have not heard back from him. Very unprofessional company as they are in San Marcos so even with traffic you should not be running an hour and a half late for an appointment. I guess this company is so busy they don't need work from a company that manages over 600 properties in total.
